The coupling of the local contact problems between the components and the deformation of the components in the mechanical system were discovered. A series of coordinate systems have been founded to describe the mechanical system with the contact proble.ms. The method of isolating the boundary of contact body from others has been used to describe the constraint between the contacting points. A more generalized static mechanics model of the mechanical system with the contact problems has been founded through the principle of virtual work, As an application, the model was used to study the multi-teeth engagement problems in the inner meshed planet gear systems. The stress distribution of contact gears was got. A test has verified that the static contact model and the computational method are right.  相似文献

The available sources and procedures for determination of AGMA geometry factor J are tables, charts and semi-analytical methods. When computerized gear design is considered, usage of tables requires a number of interpolations; usage of charts requires curve fitting; and usage of semi-analytical methods needs a numerical algorithm and may have convergence problems. As an alternative to these, polynomial equations for direct calculation of AGMA geometry factor J are derived for external spur gears. Thus, it is made possible to evaluate the J factor easily and with minimum process time. J factors are determined being independent of the highest point of single tooth contact (HPSTC). Derived equations can be used to calculate the tooth root stresses corresponding to loads acting on any point on the involute tooth profile. Thus, cases where the center distance is increased for providing backlash or for operating the gears at a desired exact center distance can easily be handled by determining the corresponding new HPSTC. A computer program is developed to demonstrate the usage of the derived equations. The method can also be used for determination of the J factors for gears with non-standard proportions.  相似文献

A simplified model of a landing gear is tested in a wind tunnel to investigate the effect of the landing light location on the resulting noise generation. Examination of the near-field pressure fluctuations, combined with phase-locked stereoscopic particle imaging velocimetry of the unsteady wake identified two distinct sources of pressure fluctuations. The higher frequency source has a wide frequency band and is situated in the outer regions of the wake near the lights. On the other hand, the lower frequency source is found to be stronger, has a narrower frequency band and is developed further downstream in the wake, closer to the wake centreline. The lower frequency source is observed to be rather robust as it is hardly affected by the location of the landing lights, whereas the higher frequency source becomes weaker as the spacing between the lights is reduced. The effect of a splitter plate positioned downstream of the landing gear strut is also investigated as a means of reducing the lower frequency pressure fluctuations. Although the lower frequency source is considerably weakened by the splitter plate, substantial enhancement of the higher frequency source is observed.  相似文献

In this primarily expository article, we study the analysis of the Diederich-Fornæss worm domain in complex Euclidean space. We review its importance as a domain with nontrivial Nebenhülle, and as a counterexample to a number of basic questions in complex geometric analysis. Then we discuss its more recent significance in the theory of partial differential equations: the worm is the first smoothly bounded, pseudoconvex domain to exhibit global non-regularity for the \(\overline{\partial}\)-Neumann problem. We take this opportunity to prove a few new facts. Next, we turn to specific properties of the Bergman kernel for the worm domain. An asymptotic expansion for this kernel is considered, and applications to function theory and analysis on the worm are provided.  相似文献

通过监测六氟化硫(SF6)气体的变化发现高压变电站系统中设备的异常. 气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)中的高压开关、电闸及其它各种设备因接触不良、电阻值增加、发热、融解、拉弧、连续拉弧等原因会造成设备短路. 因保护这些电器的SF6气体不可能非常纯净,如存在H2O. 在上述这些故障发生时变成催化条件,使SF6与H2O作用后生成氟化氢气体. 通过监测氟化氢气体的突发变化,可以预警GIS系统设备可能出现的故障.  相似文献

为了尽早发现风电机组故障,及时采取适当措施以提高运行效率,对风电机组可能出现的故障进行了分析.对可以用于风力发电机组的故障诊断方法进行了研究,对风电机组的主要部件可能出现的故障类型及可用的故障诊断方法进行了探讨.同时对故障现象及相应诊断方法进行了仿真与分析,得到的结论是:温度场分析可以较好的用于齿轮热变型故障分析,神经网及小波分析可以较好的用于变频器部分的故障分析,磁场分析可以更好地进行发电机部分的故障分析.  相似文献

齿轮的非稳态弹流润滑问题由于啮合过程中滑滚比、曲率半径、卷吸速度和载荷变化范围较大,因此数值计算稳定性很差。而考虑热效应的齿轮非稳态弹流润滑问题,数值计算就更困难。本文应用多重网格技术,求得了齿轮牛顿流体润滑情况下,非稳态热弹流润滑问题的完全数值解。  相似文献

根据现有沿-气式缓冲器结构形式,针对模拟起落架着陆撞击过程的落 震试验模型,考虑起落架航向刚度和阻尼的影响,依据撞击过程中各变量间的运动关系,建立了描述着陆过程中的运动微分方程组,并采用龙格库塔法对运动微分方程组进行求解。最后采用该方法对K8飞机主起落架(单腔)和某机起落架(双腔)落震试验过程进行了模拟,并与试验结果进行了比较,发现计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。  相似文献
