合成了八种新的四氟硼酸二甲基苯基锍,用元素分析和核磁共振对其结构进行了表征。研究了以CDCl~3为溶剂,NMR位移试剂Eu(fod)~4^-对所合成锍盐的^1H和^1^3C NMR的影响。结果表明,Eu(fod)~4^-是一个对锍盐非常有效的位移试剂,且Eu(fod)~4^-对二甲基苯基锍盐之甲基的^1H和^1^3C NMR的位移呈线性关系。 相似文献

Equilibrium geometries of 16 possible isomers for C74(BN)2 were studied by INDO series of methods, to indicate that the most stable three geometries are those where boron and nitrogen atoms substitute carbon atoms located at the same hexagon near the longest axis of C78 (C2v) to form B-N-B-N unit. Electronic spectra of C74(BN)2 were investigated with INDO/CIS method. The reason for the red shift of UV absorptions for C74(BN)2 compared with those of C78 (C2v) was discussed. IR spectra for 9,8,28,29-C74(BN)2 and 28,29,30,31-C74(BN)2 were calculated on the basis of AM1 geometries. 相似文献

Weakly bound linear and bent dimers, FH—X (where X = CO, OC, CNH, NCH, N2O and ON2), are investigated using the DFT B3LYP and ab initio MP2 methods with the same basis sets (6–311++G(3df,2pd)). The strengths of the H—C or H—N H‐bonds in dimers FH—CO, FH—CNH, and FH—N2O are compared with those of the H—O or H—N H‐bonds in dimers FH—OC, FH—NCH, and FH—ON2. The results obtained for the H‐bond distances, the elongation effect of the HF bond, the red shift of the HF stretching frequency, and the energy difference between the dimer and the charge transfer reveal that the H‐bonds of the first group of dimers are stronger than those of the second. The Gibbs energies calculated for the six dimer formations indicate that the weakly bound dimers are unstable at room temperature (T = 298 K) (FH—X's → FH + X's, ΔG < 0). 相似文献

A new method for refinement of 3D molecular structures by geometry optimization is presented. Prerequisites are a force field and a very fast procedure for the calculation of chemical shifts in every step of optimization. To the energy, provided by the force field (COSMOS force field), a pseudoenergy, depending on the difference between experimental and calculated chemical shifts, is added. In addition to the energy gradients, pseudoforces are computed. This requires the derivatives of the chemical shifts with respect to the coordinates. The pseudoforces are analytically derived from the integral expressions of the bond polarization theory. Single chemical shift values attributed to corresponding atoms are considered for structural correction. As a first example, this method is applied for proton position refinement of the D-mannitol X-ray structure. A crystal structure refinement with 13C chemical shift pseudoforces is carried out. 相似文献

The infrared spectra of phosphinic acid R2POOH dimers (R=CH3, CH2Cl, C6H5) have been studied in CCl4 and CH2Cl2 solutions (T=300 K). The infrared spectra of deuterated R2POOD dimers (R=CH3, CH2Cl) were also studied in the gas phase (T=400–550 K) and solid state (T=100–300 K). They are compared with previously studied spectra of the light (non-deuterated) dimers in the gas phase, in the solid state and in low-temperature argon matrices (T=12–30 K) in the 4000–400 cm−1 spectral region. It is found that the strong and broad ν(OH) dimer bands have similar shapes, nearly equal values of bandwidth and low-frequency shift, and possess the Hadzi ABC structure irrespective of the type of acid, significant differences of dimerization enthalpies, influence of solvent, the type of H-bonded complexes (cyclic dimers in the gas phase, in solutions, and in inert matrices, and infinite chains in the solid state), and temperature in the range 12–600 K. Isotopic ratio of the first moments of light and deuterated acid bands has been measured. Analysis of the ν(OH/OD) band of hydrogen bonded dimers of phosphinic acids shows that the interaction between the two intermolecular bonds O–HOP in a cyclic complex plays virtually no role in the mechanism of the ν(OH/OD) band formation; the shape of ν(OH/OD) band is controlled mainly by the POOH(D)O fragment; and the band shape of strong hydrogen bonded complexes is formed by a number of vibrational transitions from the ground state to different combination levels in the region 3500–1500 cm−1. 相似文献

采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸(AA)含量不同的N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物P(NIPAM-co-AA)微凝胶, 并以其作为微反应器, 通过原位外源沉积法制备了一系列微米级、表面具有图案化结构的SiO2-Fe3O4-P(NIPAM-co-AA)磁性复合微球. 实验结果表明, 复合微球的表面结构与微凝胶的组成、Fe3O4和SiO2的沉积量有关. 在微球表面进行修饰, 可得到表面带有氨基等官能基团的磁性复合材料. 将这种功能化磁性微球用于识别生物大分子并进一步用于生物医学领域具有重要的意义. 相似文献

Knowledge of chemical shift-structure relationships could greatly facilitate the NMR chemical shift assignment and structure refinement processes that occur during peptide/protein structure determination via NMR spectroscopy. To determine whether such correlations exist for polar side chain containing amino acid residues the serine dipeptide model, For-L-Ser-NH(2), was studied. Using the GIAO-RHF/6-31+G(d) and GIAO-RHF/TZ2P levels of theory the NMR chemical shifts of all hydrogen ((1)H(N), (1)H(alpha), (1)H(beta1), (1)H(beta2)), carbon ((13)C(alpha), (13)C(beta), (13)C') and nitrogen ((15)N) atoms have been computed for all 44 stable conformers of For-L-Ser-NH(2). An attempt was made to establish correlation between chemical shift of each nucleus and the major conformational variables (omega(0), phi, psi, omega(1), chi,(1) and chi(2)). At both levels of theory a linear correlation can be observed between (1)H(alpha)/phi, (13)C(alpha)/phi, and (13)C(alpha)/psi. These results indicate that the backbone and side-chain structures of For-L-Ser-NH(2) have a strong influence on its chemical shifts. 相似文献
