Summary Some esters of isocamphenilanic acid (4) have been prepared and tested for their fungicidal and insecticidal activity. Esters of various acids with isocamphanyl ethylalcohol (5) have also been synthesized and included in the fungicidal/acaricidal/insecticidal screening programme. All esters bear a geminal dimethyl group at C-3 of the bicyclus which is important because of its shielding effect.

     

4-hydroxy-2-quinolones. 110. Bromination of 1-r-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid anilides

1-R-4-Hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid anilides have been prepared. It has been shown experimentally that these compounds are brominated by molecular bromine in glacial acetic acid at position 4 of the anilide fragment. ZrxTixAl1-2xO2的制备及其在三效催化剂上的应用

Zr_0.5Ti_0.5O₂(ZT) and Zr_0.25Ti_0.25Al_0.5O₂(ZTA) mixed oxides were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by low temperature adsorption-desorption， XRD and NH₃-TPD. The activity of Pt/Zr_0.5Ti_0.5O₂ and Pt/ Zr_0.5Ti_0.5Al_0.5O₂ catalysts was evaluated using the simulated gases. The results show that ZTA samples exhibit higher specific surface area， larger pore volume and proper surface acidic amount and acidity in comparison with ZT. The results of the catalytic test indicate that Pt/ZT and Pt/ZTA catalysts exhibit excellent low-temperature catalytic activity and lower light-off temperatures of hydrocarbon， carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides， especially better conversion for nitrogen oxides (NO_x). The addition of Al₂O₃ into ZT enhanced the anti-aging property of Pt/ ZTA catalysts due to the excellent textural， structural， surface acidity and thermal stability.     

Trifluoroacetic acid: a more effective and efficient reagent for the synthesis of 3-arylmethylene-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinolin-2-ones and 3-arylmethyl-2-amino-quinolines from Baylis-Hillman derivatives via Claisen rearrangement

Trifluoroacetic acid has been discovered to be a highly effective and efficient reagent for the tandem Claisen rearrangement and cyclization reaction to yield 3-arylmethylene-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinolin-2-ones from compounds obtained from the S_N2 reaction between anilines and acetyl derivatives of Baylis-Hillman adducts of acrylates in the presence of DABCO. In contrast, similar compounds obtained from the acetyl derivatives of Baylis-Hillman adduct of acrylonitrile on treatment with trifluoroacetic acid directly furnish 3-arylmethyl-2-amino-quinoline via tandem Claisen rearrangement, cyclization and isomerization.     

TiO2与ZnO复合纳米结构电极的光电化学研究

利用尿素加压共沉淀法以Ti(SO4)2与Zn(NO3)2为原料制备了TiO2-ZnO复合纳米粒子, 其纳米结构电极的光电化学研究结果表明, 反应物摩尔比为3∶1, 于530 ℃煅烧制备的复合纳米结构电极的光电转换效率最高. 对吸附染料RuL2(SCN)2∶2TBA的纳米结构TiO2和各种复合纳米粒子的纳米结构电极进行光电研究的结果表明, 染料对各纳米结构电极都起到了敏化作用, 其中也是由反应物摩尔比为3∶1, 于530 ℃煅烧制备的纳米结构电极的光电转换效率最高. 对聚3-甲基噻吩修饰的纳米结构TiO2和摩尔比为3∶1, 于530 ℃煅烧的复合纳米粒子构成的纳米结构电极进行光电性能研究, 结果表明, 聚3-甲基噻吩与半导体纳米粒子之间存在p-n结, 在一定条件下p-n结的存在有利于光生电子/空穴的分离, 从而提高了光电转化效率.     

Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of alkynylzincs with benzylic electrophiles

The reaction of alkynylzinc bromides with benzyl bromides or chlorides in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(DPEphos)Cl₂ in THF at 23 °C cleanly produces the corresponding benzylated alkynes in 73-97% yields. With 10⁻³ mol % of Pd(DPEphos)Cl₂, the maximum turnover number of 7.1 × 10⁴ has been observed for the formation of PhCCCH₂Ph.

The use of trans-2,3-divinyl epoxides as precursors to carbonyl ylides

trans-2,3-Divinyl epoxides have been found to be good substrates for the generation of carbonyl ylides in CCl₄ and 145 °C. These ylides, to a limited extent, undergo isomerization to cis-2,3-divinyl epoxides, leading to the isolation of 4,5-dihydrooxepins. Of greater potential usefulness is the finding that these ylides can be efficiently trapped in an intermolecular sense by a dipolarophile, leading to dihydrofurans.     

利用H2与金属氧化物的选择性反应从CO中除H2

研究了一些氧化物的H2－TPR及CO－TPR行为,结果发现,Co3O4／Al2O3,NiO／SiO2,NiO和Pd／NiO的H2－TPR温度要低于它们的CO－TPR温度,特别是Pd／NiO样品,它的H2－TPR温度为598K,而其CO－TPR温度高达949K,差别为351K,因此有可能利用Pd／NiO在一定温度下选择性地与CO中的H2反应而将其除去. 实验结果表明,Pd／NiO可在603K及4000h-1的条件下从H2（0.34％）,CO（50％）和N2（余）的混合气中选择性地除去90％以上的H2,吸氢容量为每克样品55mL标准态H2.     

Addition of diazocyclopropane generatedin situ to acrylic acid derivatives and transformations of resulting functionally substituted spiro(pyrazolinecyclopropanes)

The reaction of diazocyclopropane generatedin situ with acrylonitrile or methyl acrylate to give 1∶1, 1∶2, and 2∶1 cycloadducts was carried out. The products resulting from 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition and subsequent isomeriation,viz., 3-cyano- and 3-methoxycarbonylspiro(2-pyrazoline-5,1′-cyclopropanes), isolated in the first step in ∼70% yield, react in an alkaline solution with the above acrylates or diazocyclopropane as C(3)-nucleophiles to give the corresponding 3-(2′-cyanoethyl)-, 3-(2′-methoxycarbonylethyl)-, or 3-(cyclopropylazo)-1-pyrazolines.
