Synthesis, Structure, and Reactivity of Bis(dialkylamino)diphosphines Starting with the aminochlorophosphines iPr2N? PCl2 1 and (iPr2N)2P? Cl 2 , the synthesis of some new functionalized aminophosphines (iPr2N)2P? SiMe3 3a , (iPr2N)2P? SnMe3 3b , (iPr2N)(DMP)P? Cl 4 , iPr2N? P(SiMe3)2 5 and iPr2N? P(SiMe3)Cl 6 is reported. Reactions of 2 with different phosphides yield the aminodiphosphines (iPr2N)2P? P(SiMe3)2 7a , (iPr2N)2P? P(SiMe2tBu)2 7b , (iPr2N)2P? PPh2 8 and (iPr2N)2P? PH2 9 . The phosphines 3a/b react with halogenophosphines to the aminohalogenodiphosphines (iPr2N)2P? PCl2 10 , (iPr2N)2P? PtBuCl 11 and (iPr2N)2P? P(NiPr2)Cl 12 . The ambivalente aminophosphine 6 gives the aminotrichlorodiphosphine Cl(iPr2N)P? PCl2 13 after condensation with PCl3, while the reactions with the corresponding lithiumphosphides yield the aminosilyldiphosphines (iPr2N)(SiMe3)P? P(SiMe3)2 14a and (iPr2N)(SiMe3)P? P(SiMe2tBu)2 14b . The aminochlorophosphines 2/4 are reductively coupled with magnesium leading to the symmetrically substituted tetraaminodiphosphines (iPr2N)2P? P(iPr2N)2 15a and DMP(iPr2N)P? P(iPr2N)DMP 15b . The functionalized aminosilyldiphosphine 7a is treated with methanol to yield the diphosphine (iPr2N)2P? PH(SiMe3) 16 and gives the lithium phosphinophosphide (iPr2N)2P? PLi(SiMe3) 17 after metallation with n-BuLi. The compounds are characterized by their NMR and mass spectra and the 31P-NMR values of the diphosphines are discussed according to their substituents. The crystal structures of 7b, 8 and 15b showing significantly differing conformations are presented.  相似文献

To achieve targeted distribution of anticancer drugs with sustained activity, ferromagnetic ethylcellulose microcapsules containing an anticancer drug, mitomycin C (FM-MMC-mc), were prepared by a method based on phase separation principles. Two prototypes of FM-MMC-mc were made: one with the drug as the core and zinc ferrite on its capsular surface (outer type); the other with both the drug and zinc ferrite as the core (inner type). Both preparations provided a sustained-release property and a sensitive response to conventional magnetic force, although certain differences in the release rate of drug, magnetic responsiveness, and particle size were found between the two dosage forms. Animal studies showed that the magnetic microcapsules could be magnetically controlled in the artery and urinary bladder. VX2 tumors in the rabbit hind limb and urinary bladder were successfully treated with magnetic control of FM-MMC-mc. Pharmacokinetic study revealed that the targeting of the microcapsules markedly enhanced the drug absorption into the surrounding tissues for a prolonged period of time. The results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the magnetic microcapsules as a targeted drug delivery system.  相似文献

Summary The chromatographic mobility of 21H, 23H-porphine and its Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Pd(II) complexes were investigated by high-performance thin-layer chromatography on an octadecyl-bonded, silica gel plate with various polar organic solvents including alcohols, acetonitrile, dimethylsulfoxide and propylenecarbonate. The mobility generally decreases according to the central metal ion of the complex as follows: Zn(II)>(free porphine)>Ni(II)>Pd(II)>Cu(II). Methanol is a good choice of solvent for the separation of these metal porphine complexes. Successful separation of porphine and the four metal complexes is accomplished within 13 min on a LiChrosorb RP-18 column with methanol eluent.  相似文献

Divalent bis(phosphinimino)methanide lanthanide complexes of composition [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}EuI(THF)]2 and [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}YbI(THF)2] have been prepared by a salt metathesis reactions of K{CH(PPh2NSiMe3)2} and LnI2. Further reactions of these complexes with [K(THF)nN(PPh2)2] led selectively to the heteroleptic amido complexes [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}Ln{(Ph2P)2N}(THF)] (Ln = Eu, Yb). The ytterbium complex can also be obtained by reduction of [{CH(PPh2NSiMe3)2}Yb{(Ph2P)2N}Cl] with elemental potassium. The single crystals of [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}Ln{(Ph2P)2N}(THF)] contain enantiomerically pure complexes. As a result of the similar ionic radii of the divalent lanthanides and the heavier alkaline earth metals some similarities in coordination chemistry of the bis(phosphinimino)methanide ligand were anticipated. Therefore, MI2 (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) was reacted with K{CH(PPh2NSiMe3)2} to give [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}CaI(THF)2], [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}SrI(THF)]2, and [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}BaI(THF)2]2, respectively. As expected the Sr and Eu complexes and the Ca and Yb complexes are very similar, whereas for the Ba compound, as a result of the large ion radius, a different coordination sphere is observed. For all new complexes the solid-state structures were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In the solid-state the {CH(PPh2NSiMe3)2} ligand acts as tridentate donor forming a long methanide carbon metal bond. Thus, all complexes presented can be considered as organometallic compounds. [{(Me3SiNPPh2)2CH}YbI(THF)2] was also used as precatalyst for the intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization reaction of different aminoalkynes and aminoolefines. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has the advantage of obtaining mechanical properties as well as topographic information at the same time. By analyzing force-distance curves measured over two-dimensional area using Hertzian contact mechanics, Young's modulus mapping was obtained with nanometer-scale resolution. Furthermore, the sample deformation by the force exerted was also estimated from the force-distance curve analyses. We could thus reconstruct a real topographic image by incorporating apparent topographic image with deformation image. We applied this method to carbon black reinforced natural rubber to obtain Young's modulus distribution image together with reconstructed real topographic image. Then we were able to recognize three regions; rubber matrix, carbon black (or bound rubber) and intermediate regions. Though the existence of these regions had been investigated by pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance, this paper would be the first to report on the quantitative evaluation of the interfacial region in real space.  相似文献

为替代传统的贵金属基NOx储存还原(NSR)催化剂,本文设计并制备了不含贵金属的BaFeO3-x+Cu-ZSM-5 耦合催化剂,用于催化消除稀燃发动机尾气中的NOx. 在稀燃阶段,NO在BaFeO3-x催化剂上发生了氧化和储存反应;在富燃阶段,从BaFeO3-x催化剂中脱附出来未能消除的NOx被置于其后的Cu-ZSM-5催化剂进一步催化消除. 实验结果表明,BaFeO3-x+Cu-ZSM-5 耦合催化剂的工作温度窗口被拓宽到250-400 ℃,同时NOx消除性能得到了显著提高:NOx转化率最高可达98%,N2选择性接近100%.  相似文献

与[C12H25N+(CH3)2CH2]2•2Br-(简记为C12-2-C12•2Br)/ C12H25SO4Na(SDS)混合水溶液相比,随着联接链上乙氧基团(E)数目增加,[C12H25N+(CH3)2]2C2H4(OC2H4)n•2Br-(简记为C12-2-En-C12•2Br, n=2,3)与SDS混合水溶液澄清区域明显增大. C12-2-E3-C12•2Br/SDS混合胶团化过程中二组分产生了协同效应,理论预测在澄清区域所能达到的最小临界胶团总浓度(cmcT,min)= 0.0339 mmol•L-1,对应的SDS在溶液体相中的摩尔分数(x2*)=0.447.当水溶液体相中SDS摩尔分数(x2)=0.5时,混合胶团总聚集数(NT)=36,混合胶团中SDS的摩尔分数(x2M)=0.43.  相似文献

A novel chelating resin containing S, N and O atoms (PSME-EDA) was synthesized by using poly(2-hydroxyethylmercaptomethylstyrene) (PSME) and diethanolamine (EDA) as materials. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform-infrared spectra (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The adsorption of the resin for Hg2+ was investigated. The saturated adsorption capacity of PSME-EDA for Hg2+ could reach to about 1.1 mmol/g at 25 °C when the initial Hg2+ concentration was 0.02 mol/l. Some factors affecting the adsorption such as temperature, reaction time and ion concentration were also studied. The results showed that adsorption was controlled by liquid film diffusion. The increasing of temperature was beneficial to adsorption. The Langmuir model was better than the Freundlich model to describe the isothermal process. The values of ΔG, ΔH, and ΔS calculated at 25 °C were −7.99 kJ mol−1, 22.5 kJ mol−1 and 34.4 J mol−1 K−1, respectively. The adsorption mechanism of PSME-EDA resin for Hg(II) was confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).  相似文献

A chiral P,N-bidentate aryl phosphite ligand containing peripheral (R)-(+)-camphor-derived ketimine and its rhodium(I) and palladium(II) chelate complexes were synthesized for the first time. These compounds were found to be suitable for asymmetric allylic substitution. The Pd-catalyzed sulfonylation of 1,3-diphenylallyl acetate with sodium p-toluenesulfinate gave the product in 73% ee; in the alkylation of the same substrate with dimethyl malonate, the ee was 94%. These ee values are higher than the enantioselectivity achieved with the known phosphine analogs.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
