The title compound, (4R,5R)-1,3-dioxolance-4,5-bis(2-pyridineacrboxylic acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, NMR, and MS analyses. Crystal structure of the title compound was grown from ETOH by slow diffusion at room temperature. A fluorinated tetraphenylbenzidine derivative, N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(2-fluorophenyl)-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine (C36H26F2N2, Mr = 524.59) was synthesized via the palladiumcatalyzed Buchwald-Hartwig reaction of N,N′-diphenyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine with 2-fluoroiodobenzene (yield: 75%) and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.820(7), b = 14.305(11), c = 10.233(8) , β = 108.973(9)o, V = 1359.3(18) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.282 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.084 mm-1, F(000) = 548, S = 1.018, the final R = 0.0439 and wR = 0.0928. It presents a linear centrosymmetric framework constituted by a linkage of biphenyl as a bridge and two fluorinated diphenylamine moieties. The UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra of the title compound were also investigated. This compound emits intense blue fluorescence with a peak wavelength of 406 nm in film. 相似文献

A new hexanuclear silver(I) compound containing thiosemicarbazones with groups of 1-naphthalene was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis and fluorescence spectrum.The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P2 1 /c with a=16.101(4),b=24.855(7),c=14.492(4),β=109.730(5)°,V=5459(3)3,C 90 H 102 Ag 6 N 24 O 6 S 6,M r=2455.54,D c=1.494 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.228 mm-1,F(000)=2472,Z=2,the final R=0.0761 and wR=0.1507 for 5258 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).In the structure,the S atom of ligand L serves as a triply bridged chelator to connect the six silver atoms into a Ag 6 L 6 cluster.Luminescence investigation reveals that the compound exhibits two ligand-independent cluster-centered electron transfer bands and one ligand-dependent charge transfer band. 相似文献

The title compound,diisopropyl[(4-cyanopyrazol-3-ylamino)(2-hydroxylphenyl) -methyl] phosphonate was synthesized by the addition reaction of diisopropyl phosphite and N-(4-cyanopyrazole-3-yl) -2-hydroxylphenyl-imine. Its structure was characterized by IR,1H NMR,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 9.1840(13) ,b = 9.2278(13),c = 12.1952(17) ,α = 93.846(2) ,β = 90.947(2) ,γ = 111.289(2) °,V = 959.9(3) 3,Dc = 1.309 g/cm3,Z = 2,μ(MoKa) = 0.173,F(000) = 400,the final R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1196 for 2985 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) . The pyrazole and benzene moieties are approximately coplanar in each case. The dihedral angle between planes 1 and 2 is 82.99°. The crystal structure is stabilized by three intermolecular hydrogen bonds of O(1) -H(1) …O(2) ,N(2) -H(2) …N(3) and N(2) -H(2) …O(1) . Preliminary bioassay indicated that the title compound possessed antiviral activity to some extent. 相似文献

The title compound [Cu(bbpy)(H2bptc)]n (bbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine and H4bptc = 1,1'-biphenyl-2,2?,3,3'-tetracarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.2831(12), b = 11.6718(13), c = 11.7771(13), α = 105.392(2), β = 108.382(2), γ = 112.397(2)o, CuC28H20N2O8, Mr = 576.00, V = 1222.4(2)3, Dc = 1.565 g/cm3, F(000) = 590, μ = 0.951 mm-1, S = 1.022 and Z = 2. The final refinement gave R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1142 for 4270 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The title complex has a 1D [Cu(bbpy)(H2bptc)]n chain structure, in which the extensive hydrogen-bond interactions make the chain more stable. The neighboring parallel chains are further packed into a 2D layer structure via π···π stacking interaction between the pyridine rings of bbpy ligands. Moreover, the adjacent layers are interconnected by the C-H···π interactions to form a 3D metal-organic framework. 相似文献

The title compound N-tert-butyl-N-(4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole)-5-yl-N'-(4-me-thyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole)-5-formyl-N'-3,5-dichloropyrid-2-yl-diacylhydrazines (C18H17Cl2N7O3S2, Mr = 514.41) has been synthesized by the reaction of N-tert-butyl-N'-3,6-dichloropyridine-2-formyl hydrazine with 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride and triethylamine, and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, HR MS, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.726(8), b = 11.045(3), c = 14.507(4), β = 96.758(4)°, Z = 8, V = 4412(2) 3, Dc = 1.549 g/cm3, μ = 0.521 mm-1, F(000) = 2112, R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1153. X-ray analysis indicates that all rings are non-planar in this molecule. The bioassay results indicate that both the title compound and the positive control RH-5992 have weak fungicide activities, while the title compound has good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. and no insecticidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens. 相似文献

A new one-dimensional (1-D) compound [Sm(PCA)3(H2O)2]n·6nH2O (1, HPCA=pyrazinecarboxylic acid) has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the Pbca space group of orthorhombic system with a=19.465(3), b=12.034(4), c=19.842(4) , V=4648(2)3, C15H25N6O14Sm, Mr=663.76, Dc=1.897 g/cm3, S=1.023, μ(MoKα)=2.610 mm-1, F(000)=2648, R=0.0239 and wR=0.0616. Compound 1 is characteristic of an infinite 1-D chain-like structure with the samarium atoms locating at an environment of a monocapped square antiprism. The [Sm(PCA)3(H2O)2]n chains and the lattice water molecules interconnect together through π-π interactions and hydrogen bonding interactions to yield a 3-D supramolecular framework. Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title compound displays an emission in the greenish blue region. 相似文献

The chiral compound 5H-imidazol[2,3-b]isoquinoline-1-ethanol-5-one-1,2, 3, 10b-tetrahydro- β(S)-phenyl-3(S)-phenyl was synthesized from the direct condensation of 2-cyanophenyacetonitrile with optically active (S)-(+)-2-phenylglycinol in chlorobenzene under dry, anaerobic conditions. ZnCl2 was used as a Lewis acid catalyst in this reaction, and the structure of this compound was determined by X-ray diffraction, NMR, MS and IR. Crystal data of the title compound: C25H22N2O2, Mr = 382.45, P 21 21 21, a = 5.341(5), b = 16.735(5), c = 22.129(5) , γ = 90o, V = 1978(2) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.284 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0321 for 2269 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and Rw = 0.0771 for all data. 相似文献
