A series of new pyrazole oximes bearing substituted thiazole ring were designed and prepared. The structures of the title compounds were identified by spectral analyses, The results of primary bioassay indicated that some targeted compounds exhibited promising insecticidal activity besides acaricidal activity, particularly; compounds 8c and 8d were more potent against Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Plutella xylostella than other analogues.  相似文献

The title compound exists as yellow (1Y) and red (1R) crystals, but both gave red solutions. The intermolecular interactions between the CN parts of the crystals in IY are very weak. By the mechanical crushing as well as in solution 1Y again becomes red due to the absence of intermolecular interactions. We explain this color behavior by crystallochromism and solvation chromism.  相似文献

A magnesium metal organic framework, [NH2(CH3)2][N(CH3)4][Mg5(bpdc)3(O2CH)6]· 3H2O (1, bpdcH2 = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid), has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the trigonal system, space group R-3, with a = 11.3427(3), c = 41.5662(18) , V = 4631.3(3) 3, Z = 3 and the final R = 0.0457. Its structure features a pillared-layered three-dimensional network with 8.21  cavities, in which cationic [NH2(CH3)2]+ or [N(CH3)4]+ and lattice water molecules are located. The title compound N 1-(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl)-N 3-m-chlorobenzoyl-urea (C 9 H 7 N 4 OSCl,M r=254.70) was prepared by the reaction of m-chlorophenyl isocyanate with 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole in dry acetonitrile.The effect of the title compound on tumor metastasis was analyzed by Lewis-lung-carcinoma model.The bioassay showed that the title compound significantly reduced the number of lung metastasis.The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P2 1 /c with a=11.565(2),b=9.5616(19),c=10.221(2),β=111.75(3)°,Z=4,V=1049.8(4)3,D c=1.612 Mg/m 3,F(000)=520,μ(MoKa)=0.544 mm-1,R=0.0468 and wR=0.0922 for 1236 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).  相似文献

A new one-dimensional double chain coordination polymer, [Na(cbsH)(H2O)3]n (cbsH = 4-carboxy-benzenesulfonic anion), has been synthesized by aqueous reaction, structurally described, and thermally characterized. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P with a = 5.645(4), b = 7.905(5), c = 13.043(8) , α = 89.391(7), β = 80.637(7), γ = 82.845(7)°, V = 569.8(6) 3, Z = 2, C7H11NaO8S, Mr = 278.21, Dc = 1.622 Kg/m3, F(000) = 288, R = 0.0260 and wR = 0.0697. The title compound consists of one-dimensional double chains. 4-Carboxy-benzenesulfonic acid acts as a bridging bidentate ligand to link two sodium(I) ions to form a binuclear structure. Remarkably, the sodium(I) ion behaves as a metal bridge so that the binuclear structure units are connected to construct a one-dimensional double chain polymer. Furthermore, a 3-D framework is assembled through intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that this compound begins losing the free solvent molecules at 106 ℃ and decompounding completely at 580 ℃.  相似文献
