众所周知,稠环芳烃是一类具有致癌性的物质.虽然对其致癌机理的认识尚未形成一致的看法,但一般都认为同稠环芳烃与DNA,蛋白质等生物活性物质的相互作用有关.因为致癌物后的致癌作用最终都是通过损伤细胞中的DNA而实现的.

已知在液氮温度下(77 K)核酸碱基之间能生成基态复合物^[1],这些复合物的荧光发射有比较大的红移.在室温条件下,核酸碱基的荧光发射量子产率很低,以至几乎无法检测.     

Positive and negative Hanbury-Brown and Twiss correlations in normal metal-superconducting devices

In the light of the recent analogs of the Hanbury-Brown and Twiss experiments [1] in mesoscopic beam splitters, negative current noise correlations are recalled to be the consequence of an exclusion principle. Here, positive (bosonic) correlations are shown to exist in a fermionic system, composed of a superconductor connected to two normal reservoirs. In the Andreev regime, the correlations can either be positive or negative depending on the reflection coefficient of the beam splitter. For biases beyond the gap, the transmission of quasiparticles favors fermionic correlations. The presence of disorder enhances positive noise correlations. Potential experimental applications are discussed. Received 1 June 1999     

Separation of Pyrimidine Bases on a HPLC Stationary RP-18 Phase Coated with Calix[4]resorcinarene

Lipophilic calix[4]resorcinarenes, derived from lauryl aldehyde and resorcinol, are strongly adsorbed on the modified silica gel RP-18 for HPLC chromatography, while their solutions are passed through the column. The calix[4]resorcinarene-coated RP-18 phases were found to be useful beds for HPLC separation of uracil, thymine and cytosine.

从Helinger-Reisner变分原理出发,在柱坐标系中,导出圆柱壳的弱形式混合状态方程和边界条件,联用状态空间法给出叠层柱壳的解析解,此法使得求解该类问题的形式得以扩大和统一。
