对364份水分含量在2.24%~32.66%之间的“冈优916”稻谷样品,经均值中心化、一阶微分、标准归一化和多元散射校正等预处理后,采用分段间隔法、组合分段法、滑动窗口法和反向分段法等进行特征谱区选择,分别使用偏最小二乘法(PLS)和主成分回归(PCR)两种定量分析方法,获得稻谷含水量近红外光谱预测模型最佳的特征谱区。首次给出了分段间隔法、组合分段法、滑动窗口法和反向分段法等传统的特征谱区选择方法的计算复杂度的计算公式,并对比分析了这几种特征谱区选择方法的程序运行效率。结果表明:采用PLS建模对稻谷含水量光谱的预测性能优于PCR建模,但PLS建模的效率低于PCR建模;在PLS建模中,采用反向分段法对稻谷光谱含水量的预测性能最好,其预测集的相关系数RP为0.995 6,预测均方根偏差RMSEP为0.78%;其次是滑动窗口法,其RP为0.994 3,RMSEP为0.89%;但这两种特征谱区选择方法的程序运行效率较低,反向分段法的平均运行时间为4.87 h,滑动窗口法的平均运行时间为29.82 h。该研究结果为今后在并行计算或分布式计算上开发近红外光谱预测模型的快速算法提供参考。 相似文献

In this article, we introduce the Skellam process of order k and its running average. We also discuss the time-changed Skellam process of order k. In particular, we discuss the space-fractional Skellam process and tempered space-fractional Skellam process via time changes in Skellam process by independent stable subordinator and tempered stable subordinator, respectively. We derive the marginal probabilities, Lévy measures, governing difference-differential equations of the introduced processes. Summary Capillary zone electrophoresis with -cyclodextrin as electrolyte additive has been investigated for the separation of the diastereomers of a 1,3-disubstituted tetrahydro--carboline. The effects of pH, buffer concentration, -cyclodextrin concentration and applied voltage on resolution were investigated. This study shows that optimizing the assay conditions leads to maximum chiral separation or resolution. The method enables further research on the quantitative analysis of these compounds. 相似文献

The principal circadian clock in the suprachiasm nucleus(SCN) regulates the circadian rhythm of physiological and behavioral activities of mammals. Except for the normal function of the circadian rhythm, the ensemble of SCN neurons may show two collective behaviors, i.e., a free running period in the absence of a light–dark cycle and an entrainment ability to an external T cycle. Experiments show that both the free running periods and the entrainment ranges may vary from one species to another and can be seriously influenced by the coupling among the SCN neurons. We here review the recent progress on how the heterogeneous couplings influence these two collective behaviors. We will show that in the case of homogeneous coupling, the free running period increases monotonically while the entrainment range decreases monotonically with the increase of the coupling strength. While in the case of heterogenous coupling, the dispersion of the coupling strength plays a crucial role. It has been found that the free running period decreases with the increase of the dispersion while the entrainment ability is enhanced by the dispersion. These findings provide new insights into the mechanism of the circadian clock in the SCN. 相似文献

With the high energy and luminosity, the planned ILC has the considerable capability to probe the new heavy particles predicted by the new physics models. In this paper, we study the potential to discover the lightest new gauge boson BH of the Littlest Higgs model via the processes e+e- →γ(Z)BH at the ILC. The results show that the production rates of these two processes are large enough to detect BH in a wide range of the parameter spaces, specially for the process e+e- →γBH. Furthermore, there exist some decay modes for BH which can provide the typical signal and clean backgrounds. Therefore, the new gauge boson BH should be observable via these production processes with the running of the ILC if it exist. 相似文献
