本文提出了离子对-原子发射光谱间接测定黄连素片剂中盐酸小檗碱的新方法。发现用1,2-二氯乙烷作萃取剂效果最佳。用此怯测定实际样品的结果与药典法一致,相对误差为0.61%,单一测定的相对标准偏差为0.67%。本法还可在盐酸普鲁卡因共存下单独测定盐酸小檗碱。方法可靠、适用,选择性较好。 相似文献

Topography and thickness of hydrophilic polymer coatings of fused-silica capillaries for capillary electrophoresis (CE) were investigated using atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and profilometry. Three hydrogels, poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) [poly(HEMA)], poly(diethylene glycol monomethacrylate) [poly(DEGMA)], and poly(triethylene glycol monomethacrylate) [poly(TEGMA)], were deposited using two procedures, either by simple physical sorption of the polymers, or by derivatization of the capillary wall surface with glycidyl methacrylate (EPMA) followed by polymerization of the appropriate monomers. The performance of the modified capillaries was tested under CE conditions (decrease in the electroosmotic flow, EOF dependence on pH, separation of milk and standard proteins). It has been found that the most important property of the polymer coating is its thickness, whereas its topography and the degree of its hydrophobicity are less significant. Chemical analyses of trace elements are affected by relatively high analytical errors due to the different steps of the laboratory
procedures: samples grinding, mineralisation and instrumental measurements. In the present communication, the influence of
the grinding phase on the global uncertainty of Pb, Cd, Ni and Cr determinations in plant samples by the classical method
of atomic absorption spectrometry/electrothermal atomisation (AAS-ETA) after dry ashing is quantified. Two grinding machines,
a planetary mill with balls and jars of agate versus a stainless steel grinder were compared by analysing leaf samples of
cucumber, strawberry, kiwivines, apple trees and grapevines from agricultural experimental plots under controlled conditions.
Variance components due to the difference between grinding methods and experimental plots were estimated. Further, the simultaneous
effects of the grinding methods on all considered metals have been evaluated by analysis of variance. With the stainless steel
grinder, on average, higher levels of the considered heavy metals were obtained (up to 67% of the mean values). On average,
the increments were similar for metals contained in steel (Ni and Cr) and those not contained (Pb and Cd). The true causes
of these differences need further investigation to determine whether the higher metal detection is due to possible contamination,
to a different grinding quality or to other reasons. Finally, the grinding methods did not seem to affect the combined uncertainty
of the analyses.

The aim of this study is to show the advantages of the emerging multicommutation methodology based on the use of solenoid valves for Te determination in milk by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). The delivery of a series of alternating sequential insertions of small volumes of samples and reagents gives rise to new hydrodynamic processes and exciting analytical potentials by controlling the time of flow through the on/off-switched solenoid valves. This drastically reduces the reagent consumption by a factor of 4 and the generation of effluents (590 mL h–1 instead of 750 mL h–1 generated by the continuous-mode measurement) and also provides an improvement in the laboratory productivity by an increase of the sample throughput (85 h–1 compared to 20 h–1 found in the continuous mode). So, multicommutation is an environmentally and economically sustainable alternative to the methodology based on continuous measurements. The multicommutation-based method developed was applied to tellurium determination in commercially available milk samples; a calibration range of 0.0–0.5 ng mL–1 and a detection limit of 0.20 ng L–1 with average relative standard deviation of 2.1% were found. Comparable results were obtained for a series of samples using both continuous and multicommutation HG-AFS modes. 相似文献
