用PM3量化参数预测多氯代二苯并呋喃的logKow

从现有的PCDFs分子的正辛醇 /水分配系数 (logKow)实验数据出发 ,建立定量结构 性质关系方程(QSPR) .采用G98W程序包中的PM3方法对 13 5个多氯代二苯并呋喃 (PCDFs)分子和二苯并呋喃进行了优化计算 ,作业命令为 #pPM3optfreqscf(conver =9) ,以计算所得的分子轨道能量、碳原子电荷作为PCDFs分子结构描述符 ,运用多元线性回归技术建立了PCDFs的logKow与分子结构描述符的四元方程 ,最优相关系数为 0 .95 0 7,标准偏差为 0 .173 7,经检验该模型的稳健性好 ,并对未有实验数据的 85个PCDFs的logKow进行预测     

Local Lyapunov Exponent for the Bak-Sneppen Model

The chaotic Property of the Bak-Sneppen model is studied from the local Lyapunov exponent in the same way as for dynamical nonlinear systems.Similar behaviour is found for the one- and two-dimensional Bak-Sneppen models.The Lyapunov exponents for the two cases have the same order of magnitude and both decrease at early evolution but show a slow increasing saturation at late evolution.

Effects of External Electric Field on Ferroelectric Superlattice with Two Alternating Layers

The effects of the external electric field on the ferroelectric superlattice with two alternating layers have been studied using the transverse Ising model based on the effective-field theory with the differential technique. The hysteresis loops and susceptibility of the system have been given. The stronger the external electric field, the smaller the susceptibility, reflecting that the polarization is weaker.     

Recombination Efficiency in Double-Layer Organic Light-Emitting Devices

We analyse the influence of properties of organic/organic interface (OOI) on the characteristics of recombination efficiency of organic double-layer light-emitting diodes. Based on the disordered hopping theory model, spatial and energetic disorder of hopping states are also discussed for the case of space charge limited currents in hole transmitting layers but injection-limited currents in electron transporting layers. The results show that the recombination efficiency increases firstly and then decreases for different OOI parameters, and there is a maximum value changed with different spatial disorder parameters and energetic disorder scale. Different spatial disorder parameters make carrier mobilities change greatly, and the energetic disorder scale causes various localized state densities. Our calculated results are qualitatively in agreement with the experimental data.     

二次阳极氧化方法制备有序多孔氧化铝膜

通过二次阳极氧化方法制备多孔氧化铝膜与一次阳极氧化方法制备多孔氧化铝膜孔排布规律性的对比 ,结果发现 ,二次阳极氧化方法制取的多孔氧化铝膜孔排布规律性明显好于一次阳极氧化法制取的多孔膜 .在几个微米范围内 ,孔呈理想的六角排布 .去除一次阳极氧化膜后 ,二次阳极氧化得以在更良好的表面进行 ,制取的氧化铝膜孔规律性和有序度更高 .有序区域的尺寸与晶粒内的亚晶大小有一定关系     

一种有机电致发光共聚物的制备和性能

采用Suzuki方法合成了9，9-二辛基芴与萘并硒二唑的两种无规共聚物并研究了其紫外光谱、光致发光和电致发光性能。两种聚合物的电致发光波长为650～666nm，均为发饱和红光的LED材料，其电致发光外量子效率最高达到了1．05％。随着共聚物中萘并硒二唑含量的增加，共聚物的光致发光和电致发光的发射波长均有少量红移。证明了根据共轭高聚物链内能量转移原理，在聚芴链中引入不同含量的窄带隙杂环单元可实现对聚芴发光颜色的调节。     

4，4′—二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与Ag（I）的显色反应及其应用

本文报道了4,4′ -二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯在Triton X-100存在下与Ag(Ⅰ)的显色反应.在pH10.0的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,试剂与Ag(Ⅰ)形成1∶1的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.55×104L*mol-1*cm-1,Ag(Ⅰ)的浓度在0-0.28mg/L范围内符合比耳定律.应用于显影废液和钮扣电池液中Ag的测定,结果令人满意.     

非线性Schr(o)dinger方程的包络形式解

扩展了最近提出的F展开方法以构造非线性演化方程更多的精确解, 即将F展开法中的一阶非线性常微分方程和单变量的有限幂级数代之以类似的一阶常微分方程组和两个变量的有限幂级数,这两个变量是一阶常微分方程组的解分量.作为例子, 用扩展的F展开法解非线性Schr(o)dinger方程,得到了很丰富的包络形式的精确解,特别是以两个不同的Jacobi椭圆函数表示的解.显然,扩展的F展开方法也可以解其他类型的非线性演化方程.
