常温常压下硅氨基化介孔SBA-15负载Keggin型钼钒杂多酸催化氧化乙醛的反应研究

Keggin-type molybdovanadophosphoric acids(HPA),H_4PMo_(11)VO_(40)(1),H_5PMo_(10)V_2O_(40)(2)and H_6PMo_9V_3O_(40)(3)were anchored onto γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTS)aminosilylated silica mesoporous SBA-15 throughacid-base neutralization and the resulting HPA/APTS/SBA-15 were characterized by BET,TEM,XRD,ICP,FTIRand ~(31)P MAS NMR.The characterization results indicate that the Keggin-structure of these HPAs is preservedwithin the mesoporous silica host.The samples were tested for catalytic aerobic oxidation of acetaldehyde hetero-geneously in liquid phase under ambient condition.The electrostatic force between heteropoly acid and aminogroups grafted on the silica channel surface leads to strong immobilization of HPA inside SBA-15 which is againstthe leaching during the reaction.The good catalytic performance and easy recycle of these catalysts make them aspotential environmental friendly catalysts for elimination of indoor air pollutants.     

A Novel Synthesis of Titania-silica Mixed Oxide with Mesoporous Structure

Mixture formed from sonicating TiCI4 and Si(OEt)4 in the absence of water is used as precursor and hydrolyzed by using a long-chain organic ammonium bromide as a structuredirecting agent. The product, titania-silica, is of mesoporous structure and characterized with SEM, FT-IR, BET, XRD and so on.     

半晶化双螺旋介孔MnO2的合成和电化学性质

Mesoporous silica KIT-6 has novel three-dimensional gyroidal channel structure, space group of 1a-3d, and ordered tunable pores up to 10 nm. In this paper, such mesostructured silica was employed as hard template to prepare semicrystalline gyroidal mesoporous MnO2. The structure was investigated by XRD, TEM and HRTEM, and found to be of high quality 1a-3d symmetry, in good accordance with the template structure. The material has a BET surface of 118 m2·g^-1 and pore volume of 0.35 cm3·g^- 1 after eliminating template. Mesoporous MnO2 has shown good electrochemical property as supercapacitor material in 1 mol·L^-1 Na2SO4 and 1 mol·L^-1 LiClO4 solutions, but interesting pseudocapacitance behavior was observed in the case of 6 mol·L^-1 KOH. It was found that mesoporous MnO2 performed stable reversible electrochemical behavior with capacitance of 220 F·g^-1 in a potential range of -0.1-0.55 V vs. Hg/HgO in alkaline solution, demonstrating that it is a promising novel electrode material for the fabrication of electrochemical capacitors.     

HPLC测定植物性农药——0.25%乌头总碱乳油中的乌头类生物碱

 选择十八烷基键合相柱 ,以甲醇 水 氯仿 三乙胺 (体积比为 6 8∶32∶2∶0 1)混合溶液为流动相 ,用高效液相法测定了一种植物性农药 0 2 5 %乌头总碱乳油中的乌头生物碱。实验结果表明中乌头碱、乌头碱及次乌头碱与其他杂质能够得到很好的分离。以安宫黄体酮作内标物 ,用峰面积比测定各生物碱含量 ,在其线性范围内分析结果准确 ,回收率高 (>92 % ) ,重现性好 (RSD <3 2 % ) 。     

有机-无机杂化中孔材料研究进展

描述了有机－无机杂化中孔材料的合成方法，对其在催化、吸附和光学等方面的应用做了评述，并对将来的发展趋势做了展望。     

大别山北缘暨邻区中新生代砂岩稀土元素的地球化学特征及对源岩的制约

肥西地区侏罗纪防虎山组、园筒山组和早白垩世周公山组稀土元素具有如下特征: ∑REE为157 μg·g-1,δEu为0.69,(La/Yb)N为11.1.根据稀土元素比值、方差和以及REE分布模型判断,类似于佛子岭群和卢镇关群,后者可能是前者的主要源岩.三尖铺组和黑石渡组具有高的稀土总量,∑REE为264.8,328.2 μg·g-1,高Eu负异常,δEu为0.57,0.67和低的Eu/Sm比值(0.18～0.19),不同于大别山地区变质岩,其源岩值得进一步研究.正阳关组稀土元素特征类似大别杂岩和卢镇关群,表明大别杂岩在新第三纪遭受剥蚀,和卢镇关群一并成为前者的源岩.淮南地区中生代砂岩具有低的稀土总量,∑REE为80.9 μg·g-1,δEu为0.66,(La/Yb)N为5.7,不同于大别山北缘砂岩以及变质岩,说明其物源不是来自于大别山地区.     

平衡施肥与农作物的平衡吸收

叙述了平衡施肥对农作物生长的重要意义，分析了平衡施肥与农作物平衡吸收的矛盾，提出了促进农作物平衡吸收的措施。大量的实践表明，只有农作物真正平衡吸收所需的营养元素，才能有效提高农作物的产量和质量，提高肥料的利用率，减少化肥对环境的污染，提高农民的投入与产出比。     

大孔吸附树脂对尿毒症和烧伤毒血症血浆中分子物质体外吸附的研究

研究了大孔吸附树脂对尿毒症和烧伤毒血症患者血浆中分子物质的体外吸附,用Sephadex G15柱层析法对血浆中分子物质进行吸附前、后的组分分析,并进行了血浆模拟灌流实验,观察中分子物质的清除率,初步探讨了大孔吸附树脂孔结构对中分子物质的吸附机理。     

牛血清白蛋白与十二烷基硫酸钠作用的机理

利用电动势法得到了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)相互作用的结合等温线. 通过四阶导数紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了相互作用过程中芳香族氨基酸残基微环境极性的变化. 通过研究发现, 随着SDS浓度的逐渐增大, SDS在BSA上的平均结合数(v)逐渐增大, 色氨酸(Trp)残基所处微环境的极性在减弱后保持基本不变, 酪氨酸残基所处微环境的极性在明显增强后稍有减弱, 苯丙氨酸残基所处微环境的极性略有增强. 结果表明, 当v由0增大到14时, SDS主要结合在BSA的Trp-213附近并逐渐形成聚集体, 从而诱导BSA由结构域ⅡA 开始逐渐展开. 此后, SDS呈正协同作用的特点与BSA 结合, v急剧增大. 当v约为302 时, SDS在BSA上的结合基本达到饱和, BSA的构象趋于稳定.
