自行设计了疲劳和扭转两用的试样,通过对试件预扭转不同的角度,系统研究35CrMo钢在不同扭转预应变下的低周疲劳性能,分析了扭转预应变后35CrMo钢的循环硬化软化特性、滞后回线、塑性应变能及循环弹性模量的变化规律,并对疲劳断口进行扫描电镜分析。结果表明:4种预扭转处理过的试件均表现出明显的循环软化行为,且循环软化规律及衰减的程度基本相同;循环应力范围及疲劳寿命随着预扭转角的增大而降低;应力应变滞后回线中加卸载曲线间的宽度随着预扭转角的增大而减小;塑性应变能都随着循环次数的增大而增加,且随着预扭转角的增大其增大速率下降;循环弹性模量都随着循环次数的增加而逐渐降低,且随着预扭转角的增大其衰减趋势减缓。 相似文献

A novel and improved atomistic simulation based cohesive zone law characterizing interfacial debonding is developed which explicitly accounts for the non-planarity of the crack propagation. Group of atoms in the simulation constituting cohesive zones which are used to obtain local stress and crack opening displacement data are determined dynamically during the non-planar crack growth as they cannot be determined apriori. The methodology is used to study the debonding of Σ5 (2 1 0)/[0 0 1] symmetric tilt grain boundary interface in a Cu bicrystal under several mixed mode loading conditions. Simulations show that such bicrystalline specimen exhibits three types of energy dissipative mechanisms – shear coupled GB migration (SCM) away from the crack-tips, change in spacial orientation of GB structural units rendering highly disordered grain boundary near the crack tips and brittle intergranular fracture. Which combination of these three deformation mechanism will be active influencing the degree of non-planarity of the crack propagation at various stages of loading depends on the loading mode-mixity. As the ratio of shear component of the loading parallel to the GB plane and normal to the tilt axis with respect to the normal loading increases (thereby increasing the mode-mixity), overall strain-to-failure also increases and SCM tends to become the dominant deformation mechanism. Through this framework, analytical functional forms and parameters describing cohesive laws for both normal and shear traction as a function of the mode-mixity of the loading and crack opening displacement are predicted. 相似文献

脆性评价是页岩气钻井以及压裂工艺设计的重要环节.然而,现今对于脆性的定义十分模糊,且脆性评价的方法没有成熟的理论作为支撑.本文以岩石应力应变关系为基础,采用能量法来进行储层岩石脆性评价.根据断裂力学裂纹尖端的非线性场理论,以前端区作为尖端特殊的屏蔽构型,来描述储层岩石在断裂过程中能量的耗散. 通过计算本征内聚力与前端区稳态阻力比值来表征储层岩石的脆性指数. 研究表明,能量耗散相对越大,岩石的脆性指数越低,其塑性特征表现得越明显. 基于能量耗散的储层岩石脆性评价是分析岩石力学特性的重要内容,也为压裂选层提供了重要依据. 相似文献

本文采用数字散斑相关方法对2A12T4铝合金紧凑拉伸试样的断裂韧性进行了实验研究。应用数字散斑相关方法计算了实验过程中试样的应变场、应力场以及位移场。针对实验所得的结果以及紧凑拉伸试样的裂纹特征,采用了矩形积分路径。选择沿裂纹方向和垂直裂纹方向的J积分路径,并且推导出各方向上J积分的数值计算公式。根据推导得到的公式选择不同的积分路径进行J积分的计算,得到了断裂韧性J0积分路径的合理选择范围,同时验证了J积分的路径守恒性。然后根据所得的路径选择标准,选择合理的积分路径,计算出2A12T4铝合金断裂韧性J0的值。将所得结果与国标计算的J0值对比,误差为1.22%,说明了此种方法的正确性。从而为数字散斑相关方法在紧凑拉伸试样断裂韧性的测试研究中提供参考。 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to examine the Dufour and Soret effects on the two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) steady flow of an electrically conducting viscous fluid bounded by infinite sheets. An incompressible viscous fluid fills the porous space. The mathematical analysis is performed in the presence of viscous dissipation, Joule heating, and a first-order chemical reaction. With suitable transformations, the governing partial differential equations through momentum, energy, and concentration laws are transformed into ordinary differential equations. The resulting equations are solved by the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The convergence of the series solutions is ensured. The effects of the emerging parameters, the skin friction coefficient, the Nusselt number, and the Sherwood number are analyzed on the dimensionless velocities, temperature, and concentration fields. 相似文献

本文主要研究框架结构悬链线效应方面的新进展,并着重对钢筋混凝土框架结构与钢框架结构悬链线效应的区别,以及强震作用下框架结构连续倒塌过程中的悬链线效应进行了探讨.本文首先介绍悬链线效应的概念,即处于结构整体中的水平构件在失去抗弯能力后,通过轴力和很大挠度形成的力矩来抵抗外载荷产生的弯矩的现象.在火灾、强震等作用下,框架结构局部梁构件会依次进入弹性状态、弹塑性状态,进而屈服产生塑性铰,成为瞬变机构,此时梁构件的挠度会迅速增大,形成悬链线效应,当塑性铰失效时,则会产生机械铰,当悬索拉力超过极限承载能力时,机械铰断裂.其次通过算例来研究两端铰接约束梁在小变形状态下轴力与挠度形成的力矩与弯曲抵抗力矩的比值随载荷、跨度以及截面高宽比变化的关系.接着对国内外学者的框架结构悬链线效应研究进行系统的分析和总结,重点研究钢筋混凝土梁构件由压拱效应向悬链线效应的转化过程.最后对框架结构悬链线效应研究需要进一步开展的工作进行探讨和展望,通过利用悬链线效应的强度储备来增强结构的潜在强度和抗倒塌能力. 相似文献

In this study, fracture propagation in large shell elements is modelled with the softening law. This law is given in a general form, enabling investigations of different softening behaviours to be conducted. The final fracture is simulated by removing elements. The softening parameters are derived using the energy-based representative volume element (RVE) approach. Tracing crack propagation through the RVE defines the physically justified softening parameters for the current model. The softening model is implemented into ABAQUS using VUMAT subroutines for the shell elements. A large-scale tearing experiment is simulated with the current model and RVE-based softening parameters. In addition, the softening laws from the literature have been used. The fracture propagation is assessed in terms of plastic energy dissipation in the RVE and the whole structure, load–displacement, and crack growth. The RVE-based model is shown to have better performance compared with other models from the literature. 相似文献

A modified-JIC test on CT (compact tension) specimens of an alloy (Ti-Modified 4330 steel) was carried out. The microstructure (primary and secondary inclusions) in the fracture process zone and fracture surface are reconstructed with a microtomography technique. The zig-zag fracture profile resulting from nucleation of microvoid sheets at the secondary population of inclusions is observed. Embedding the experimentally reconstructed microstructure into the fracture process zone, the ductile fracture process occurring at different length scales within the microstructure is modeled by a hybrid multiresolution approach. In combination with the large scale simulation, detailed studies and statistical analysis show that shearing of microvoids (the secondary population of voids) determines the mixed mode zig-zag fracture profile. The deformation in the macro and micro zones along with the interaction between them affects the fracture process. The observed zig-zag fracture profile in the experiment is also reasonably captured. Simulations can provide a more detailed understanding of the mechanics of the fracture process than experiments which is beneficial in microstructure design to improve performance of alloys. 相似文献
