在石墨烯的化学气相沉积工艺中,铜箔是决定石墨烯薄膜质量的重要因素。传统铜箔由于制备工艺的限制,存在大量的缺陷,导致石墨烯薄膜的成核密度较高。本工作选用抛光铝板、抛光不锈钢板、微晶玻璃和SiO2/Si作为基材,用热蒸镀法制备了不同粗糙度的铜箔,并详细讨论了以该系列铜箔生长高平整度石墨烯薄膜的条件及铜箔对石墨烯薄膜品质的影响。实验结果表明,铜箔以(111)取向为主,与基材分离后,表面具有纳米级平整度。在生长石墨烯后,从SiO2/Si剥离的铜箔成核密度是4种基材中最小的。同时,从SiO2/Si剥离的铜箔晶体结构变化最不明显,具有良好的结晶性,表面几乎不存在铜晶界缺陷。当压强为3 000 Pa,氢气和甲烷流速分别为300 mL/min和0.5 mL/min时,可以获得约1 mm横向尺寸的石墨烯单晶晶畴。  相似文献

优化超声变幅杆的形状结构可有效地提高水域声场分布和空化区域,提升对水域超声空化效果。通过模拟分析发现传统超声变幅杆在水域中具有声场分布均匀性差、变幅杆端部声压高等特征,不利于声波在水域中传播。基于此,提出并优化设计了一种具有碟形结构的变幅杆,位于变幅杆的最大振幅处的碟形结构,有更大的振动位移;模拟表明其水域声场和声压均衡度显著优于传统变幅杆,铝箔空化腐蚀实验进一步证实了其水域中的声压分布均匀性。同时,实验通过铝箔的空化腐蚀、KI剂量测定及工件表面油渍去除对比了传统变幅杆和碟形变幅杆,分析表明碟形变幅杆所在水域中有较大的空化腐蚀区域,腐蚀速率明显提升,声化学反应速率提高,油渍去除程度增强,说明了设计的碟形变幅杆能够促进空化泡的产生,增加水域空化区域。  相似文献

This study investigated macroscopic inhomogeneous deformation occurring in single-crystal Ni–Mn–Ga foils under uniaxial tensile loading. Two types of single-crystal Ni–Mn–Ga foil samples were examined as-received and after thermo-mechanical training. Local strain and the strain field were measured under tensile loading using laser speckle and digital image correlation. The as-received sample showed a strongly inhomogeneous strain field with intermittence under progressive deformation, but the trained sample result showed strain field homogeneity throughout the specimen surface. The as-received sample is a mainly polycrystalline-like state composed of the domain structure. The sample contains many domain boundaries and large domain structures in the body. Its structure would cause large local strain band nucleation with intermittence. However, the trained one is an ideal single-crystalline state with a transformation preferential orientation of variants after almost all domain boundary and large domain structures vanish during thermo-mechanical training. As a result, macroscopic homogeneous deformation occurs on the trained sample surface during deformation.  相似文献

 在神光-Ⅱ高功率激光装置上,以束匀滑的第九路钕玻璃二倍频激光均匀辐照薄层铝埋点靶,通过激光烧蚀作用产生较均匀的铝高温等离子体,用平面晶体谱仪在靶面前向和切向同时测量了X光发射谱信号,并将前向发射谱进行了定量化还原处理。利用辐射流体力学程序MULTI-1D首先对等离子体状态进行了模拟计算,然后采用基于碰撞辐射模型的光谱程序对该状态下的光谱开展了计算,并将实验测量光谱与理论计算光谱进行了比较和分析,符合得较好。  相似文献

 采用水热法在铁铬铝合金片载体上原位合成了MCM-22沸石膜,并采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对沸石膜进行了表征,探讨了成膜的影响因素. 结果表明,载体预处理条件对合成沸石膜的品质有较大的影响. 载体仅经碱处理后合成的沸石膜稀疏而不连续; 载体先经碱处理再经酸处理后可得到连续致密的沸石膜,且晶片取向均一; 载体预先涂覆Al2O3胶过渡层后制得的MCM-22沸石膜经超声波清洗后不会脱落,表明沸石膜与载体间的结合力增强. 此外,增大晶化母液量有利于沸石膜的生长.  相似文献

The fluid–structure interaction is investigated numerically for a two-dimensional flow (Re=2.5·106) over a sinusoid-pitching foil by the SST (Shear Stress Transport) kω model. Although discrepancies in the downstroke phase, which are also documented in other numerical studies, are observed by comparing with experimental results, our current numerical results are sufficient to predict the mean features and qualitative tendencies of the dynamic stall phenomenon. These discrepancies are evaluated carefully from the numerical and experimental viewpoints.In this study, we have utilized Λ, which is the normalized second invariant of the velocity gradient tensor, to present the evolution of the Leading Edge Vortex (LEV) and Trailing Edge Vortex (TEV). The convective, pressure, and diffusion terms during the dynamic stall process are discussed based on the transport equation of Λ. It is found that the pressure term dominates the rate of the change of the rotation strength inside the LEV. This trend can hardly be observed directly by using the vorticity transport equation due to the zero baroclinic term for the incompressible flow.The mechanisms to delay the stall are categorized based on the formation of the LEV. At the first stage before the formation of the LEV in the upper surface, the pitching foil provides extra momentum into the fluid flows to resist the flow separation, and hence the stall is delayed. At the second stage, a low-pressure area travels with the evolution of the LEV such that the lift still can be maintained. Three short periods at the second stage corresponds to different flow patterns during the dynamic stall, and these short periods can be distinguished according to the trend of the pressure variation inside the LEV. The lift stall occurs when a reverse flow from the lower surface is triggered during the shedding of the LEV. For a reduced frequency kf=0.15, the formation of the TEV happens right after the lift stall, and the lift can drop dramatically. With a faster reduced frequency kf=0.25, the shedding of the LEV is postponed into the downstroke, and the interaction between the LEV and TEV becomes weaker correspondingly. Thus, the lift drops more gently after the stall. In order to acquire more reliable numerical results within the downstroke phase, the Large Eddy Simulation (LES), which is capable of better predictions for the laminar-to-turbulent transition and flow reattachment process, will be considered as the future work.  相似文献

The power extraction efficiency improvement of a fully-activated flapping foil with the help of an auxiliary rotating foil is numerically examined in this work. A NACA0015 airfoil is placed in a two-dimensional laminar flow and synchronously performs the imposed pitching and plunging motions. An auxiliary smaller foil, which rotates about its center, is arranged below the flapping foil. As a consequence, the vortex interaction between the flapping foil and the rotating foil occurs. At a Reynolds number of 1100 and the position of the pitching axis at one-third chord, the effects of the distance between the flapping foil and the auxiliary foil, the phase difference between the rotating motion and the flapping motion as well as the frequency of flapping motion on the power extraction performance are systematically investigated. It is found that compared to the single flapping foil, the efficiency of power extraction for the flapping foil with an auxiliary device can be improved. Based on the numerical analysis, it is indicated that the enhanced plunging contribution, which is caused by the increased lift force owing to the vortex interaction, directly helps the efficiency improvement.  相似文献
