In this article, we studied the effect of hyaluronic acid (HA) on thermogelation of poly(caprolactone‐b‐ethylene glycol‐b‐caprolactone) (PCL‐PEG‐PCL) aqueous solution designed as an injectable system for prevention of postsurgical tissue adhesion. The PCL‐PEG‐PCL triblock copolymers were simply synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone (CL) in the presence of PEG as a polymeric initiator. The synthesized copolymers were confirmed by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H‐NMR) spectroscopy. Possible interactions between HA and PCL‐PEG‐PCL triblock copolymers in the blend were evaluated by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The effect of HA on the micellization of PCL‐PEG‐PCL aqueous solution was investigated by dye solubilization method and electrophoretic lighting scattering (ELS) spectrophotometer. Also, the thermogelling behaviors of the PCL‐PEG‐PCL triblock copolymers in the presence of HA and their mechanism were investigated by test tube inverting method, 13C‐NMR, 1H‐NMR, Advanced Rheometic Expansion System (ARES), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The PCL‐PEG‐PCL/HA blend aqueous solutions undergo the sol‐gel‐sol transition in response to an increase in temperature (10–60 °C) and the gelation of the PCL‐PEG‐PCL was rather accelerated by HA. Presumably, this accelerated gelation seems to arise from the attractive interactions between them and the effect of chain confinement in the micelle corona region. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用sol-gel法制备CaSnO3:Eu3+荧光粉。研究了在制备过程中添加表面活性剂聚乙二醇(PEG10000)对CaSnO3:Eu3+结构、粒度、形貌及发光性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、激光粒度仪,扫描电镜(SEM)及荧光分光光度计对样品进行了表征。结果表明:在制备过程中添加PEG没有改变样品的结构,很好地改善样品粒度以及形貌,荧光粉的相对发光强度也稍有增强。  相似文献

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was selected as a phase‐change material (PCM) and the phase‐change fibers of its copolymers with polyethylene terephalate (PET), PET‐PEG, were successfully prepared by melt spinning. The PET‐PEG copolymers have solid‐solid phase change characteristics at 10–60°C without obvious liquid substance appearing, while PET/PEG blends will lose their phase‐change characteristics since the PEG of the blends may melt and leak under high temperature. By controlling the molecular weight and relavent proportion of PEG added, the phase‐change temperature range and the enthalpy can be adjusted.  相似文献

In this work, the solidification process and the crystal growth kinetics of polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG4000) and polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) (molecular average weight 4000 and 6000, respectively) were characterized by thermal optical microscopy (OM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The growth rate decreased with increasing crystallization temperature. The kinetic rate constant was lower for PEG6000 than for PEG4000 (29,300 and 32,900 K2, respectively). This behavior is related to the different number of folds (folding index n) of the crystal structures. From comparison of microscopy and calorimetry measurements, the kinetic rate constant values were higher by microscopy due to different melt histories, self-nucleation, and degree of entanglement.  相似文献

以硝酸铝[Al(NO3)39H2O]和硝酸钇[Y(NO3)36H2O]为原料,碳酸氢铵[NH4HCO3]为沉淀剂,PEG400,PEG800和PEG1000等为分散剂,采用正向共沉淀法合成了钇铝石榴石(YAG)前驱体粉末。并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒度测试仪等分析了粉末的形貌和性能。结果表明,分散剂的加入,减少了粉末的团聚现象,而且由PEG400,PEG800分散剂制备的先驱体粉末经1200 ℃煅烧60 min后均能形成纯度较高的YAG相,但PEG1000样品粒度更细,比表面积为1748.78 m2/kg,中位径为1.42 m,而前者所得粉末的比表面积分别为29.39和128.60 m2/kg,中位径分别为196.14和20.55 m。  相似文献

Surface coating of metal nanoparticles is one of the major aspects to be optimized in the design of antimicrobial nanoparticles. The novelty of this work is that antimicrobial derivatives have been used as stabilizers to protect silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs). Microbicidal activity studies of fabricated cotton textiles coated with these Ag@Antibio were performed. Protective ligand layers of Ag NPs resulted to be a deterministic factor in their antimicrobial activity. The best bactericidal activity was obtained for Fabric TAM (coated with Ag NPs with triarylmethane derivates in surface, Ag@TAMSH), with a bacterial decrease of 3 log units for the S. aureus strain. Intrinsic antibiotic activity and partial positive charge of the TAMSH probably enhanced their antimicrobial effects. Fabric Eu (coated with Ag NPs with eugenol derivates in surface, Ag@EugenolSH) and Fabric FQPEG (coated with Ag NPs embedded in PEG-fluoroquinolone derivatives in surface, Ag@FQPEG) displayed antibacterial activity for both Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. These coated antimicrobial cotton fabrics can be applied in different medical textiles.  相似文献

α4/7-Conotoxin LvIA is an isoform-selective inhibitor of the α3β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. An efficient strategy for the synthesis of this toxin is critical to advancing its utility as a probe for receptor function and as a potential pharmaceutical lead target. On-resin methods for peptide synthesis offer potential synthetic advantages; however, strategies for on-resin formation of multiple disulfides have historically been low-yielding. Here, we harness the reactivity of the Allocam protecting group and employ a 3-amino acid spacer strategy to synthesize α4/7-conotoxin LvIA via three different on-resin strategies, each of which results in an isolated yield higher than previous fully on-resin approaches.  相似文献

Well‐defined tertiary amine‐based pH‐responsive homopolymers and block copolymers were synthesized via reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization using 4‐cyanopentanoic acid dithiobenzoate (CPAD) as the RAFT agent for homopolymers and a poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) macro‐RAFT agent for the block copolymers. 1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography results confirmed the successful synthesis of these homopolymers and block copolymers. Kinetics studies indicated that the formation of both the homopolymers and the block copolymers were well defined. The pKa titration experiments suggested that the homopolymers and the related block copolymers have a similar pKa. The dynamic light scattering investigation showed that all of the block copolymers underwent a sharp transition from unimers to micelles around their pKa and the hydrodynamic diameter (Dh) was not only dependent on the molecular weight but also on the composition of the block copolymers. The polymer solution of PEGb‐PPPDEMA formed the largest micelle compare to the PEGb‐PDPAEMA and PEGb‐PDBAEMA with a similar molecular weight. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. This paper presents the synthesis and characterization of d ‐fructose modified poly(ethylene glycol) (Fru‐PEG) and fructose modified poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐poly(ethyl hexyl glycidyl ether) (Fru‐PEGb‐PEHG) that are both prepared by initiation with isopropyliden protected fructose, followed by deprotection of the sugar. The block copolymers are self‐assembled into micelles, and are subsequently characterized by cryo‐TEM and dynamic light scattering. The fluorescent dye Nile red is encapsulated as a model hydrophobic compound and fluorescent marker to perform initial uptake tests with breast cancer cells. The uptake of sugar and nonsugar decorated micelles is compared.  相似文献
