Kontinuierliche radiometrische Staubmengenmessungen in strömenden metallurgischen Abgasen

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen automatischen Bestimmung des Staubgehalts metallurgischer Abgase. Auf Grund dieses Verfahrens wurde eine geeignete Einrichtung für das Bergbau- und Hüttenkombinat “G. Dimitroff” Elissejna konstruiert. Es werden die erhaltenen Ergebnisse aus der Prüfung des Gerätes unter industriellen Bedingungen angeführt.     

Nondestructive Quantitative Analysis of Analgini Powder Pharmaceutical by Near-Infrared Spectroscopy and Artifical Neural Network Technique

ABSTRACT

This paper demonstrates the usefulness of near-infrared (NIR) spectra and artificial neural network (ANN) in nondestructive quantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals. Real data sets from near-infrared reflectance spectra of analgini powder pharmaceutical were used to build up an artificial neural network to predict unknown samples. The parameters affecting the network were discussed. A new network evaluation criterion, the degree of approximation, was employed. The overfitting was discussed. Owing to the good nonlinear multivariate calibration nature of ANN, the predicted result was reliable and precise. The relative error of unknown samples was less than 2.5%     

Nondestructive Synchrotron Radiation X-Ray Fluorescence Imaging of Trace Elements on Methylmercury and Selenium Administered Guinea Pigs

Abstract

The dynamics of the brain distributions of Hg, Zn, Cu and Se in guinea pigs exposed to methylmercury and selenium were examined by X-ray fluorescence imaging utilizing synchrotron radiation.

Male Hartley guinea pigs were administered methyl mercury chloride and/or sodium selenite every day for ten days (s.c. 3mg as Hg/kg/day, mole ratio Hg:Se=1:1). Application of Raman spectroscopy in the nondestructive analyses of ancient Chinese jades

Jade, as one of the symbols of Chinese material cultures, is the cultural boundary between ancient Chinese and western civilizations. Amphibole, serpentine, turquoise and quartz are the four main kinds of ancient Chinese jades. In this article, the use of Raman spectroscopy in the nondestructive identification of the four kinds of Chinese jades for their phase is discussed. 红外图像处理在墙体空鼓检测上的应用研究

提出了一种基于红外图像的建筑物墙体空鼓检测方法,不但可以远距离、无损地对建筑物空鼓等缺陷进行定性检测,还能对建筑物热工缺陷进行定量分析;采用一种红外图像处理方法来消除墙体温度分布中梯度干扰的影响;通过自适应地调整参数对红外图像进行图像增强处理,有效地排除了环境干扰;通过基于空鼓缺陷边缘轮廓的连通域计算,可直接得到空鼓面积的大小数据;建筑物缺陷现场检测实验结果表明,提出的检测方法既能快速定位出建筑物空鼓等缺陷位置又能以78.3%的精度检测出空鼓面积大小,具有较高的工程应用性。     

Technological Anisotropy of Artificial Stone and Practical Use of This Phenomenon

The technology of building stones from concrete and lime-sand mixes includes the process of unidirectional pressure molding. As stated at the Laboratory of Concrete Mechanics of Riga Technical University, this leads to anisotropy of mechanical properties of the material obtained, e.g., the acoustic anisotropy, found by measuring the velocity of ultrasonic pulse waves, is about 1.1-1.25. This is due to a large number of microdefects appearing in the horizontal planes after very quick unloading of the raw mix compacted in the mould. This harmful phenomenon has found practical use in elaborating a new and simple splitting technology for production of more lightweight facing tiles. These new tiles are essentially lower in cost than the analogous traditional materials - the split facing brick or sedimentary natural stone.     

Terahertz波计算机辅助三维层析成像技术

介绍和讨论了Terahertz波计算机辅助层析成像技术(Terahertz-CT).与x射线计算机辅助层析成像技术(XCT)相比较，Terahertz-CT可获得更丰富的信息来处理图像.理论上，该技术可获得被测物在Terahertz波段的折射率和吸收率的三维分布.这意味着有可能利用Terahertz-CT进行暗箱识别探测，该技术的原理在安全检查和无损探测等方面的应用有着广阔的前景.     

具有变化热导率的不均匀材料中的光吸收系数的反演计算

In this paper,for an inhomogeneous material in which the thermal conductivity varies as a function of depth,an efficient treatment is proposed to inversely calculate the depth distribution of optical-absorption coefficient by the surface temperature of the material. It is demonstrated that the results of inverse computation by that method are more similar to the experimental ones measured by some destructive method. Thus ,the treatment is more feasible to nondestructively estimate the distribution.     

基于二阶矢量位的矩形截面回折线圈阻抗和脉冲磁场的解析建模与计算

本文基于二阶矢量位建立了回折线圈的阻抗和磁场计算的解析模型,并提出了计算磁场脉冲响应的方法.根据回折线圈用于涡流检测和电磁超声检测时的通用模型,将回折线圈的阻抗和磁场计算问题转化为多个单匝矩形线圈阻抗和磁场的叠加问题.基于二阶矢量位和时谐电磁场方程,推导了回折线圈的频域标势表达式;利用标势与矢量磁位和磁通密度间的关系,推导了计算区域的磁通密度和式样表面涡流的频域解析计算公式;通过计算线圈的感应电势和阻抗变化表达式,得到了线圈阻抗的频域解析表达式;采用FFT-IFFT方法计算了脉冲磁场的时域响应.以一双层双 关键词： 无损检测 回折线圈 二阶矢量位 解析建模
