Three types of high-density polyethylene(HDPE)with different molecular weights(high,medium and low)were adopted to evaluate the influence of matrix molecular weight on the structure-property relation of injection-molded HDPE/mica composites through a combination of SEM,2d-WAXS,DSC,DMA and tensile testing.Various structural factors including orientation,filler dispersion,interfacial interaction between HDPE and mica,etc.,which can impact the macroscopic mechanics,were compared in detail among the three HDPE/mica composites.The transcrystallization of HDPE on the mica surface was observed and it exhibited strong matrix molecular weight dependence.Obvious transcrystalline structure was found in the composite with low molecular weight HDPE,whereas it was hard to be detected in the composites with increased HDPE molecular weight.The best reinforcement effect in the composite with low molecular weight HDPE can be understood as mainly due to substantially improved interfacial adhesion between matrix and mica filler,which arises from the transcrystallization mechanism. 相似文献

A new method for the analysis of particulate matter in lungs is proposed. It combines the exhaled breath condensate technique and Raman spectroscopy. The sampling method is noninvasive, which is suitable for the detection of occupational exposure to dust. The chemical composition of dust particles is assessed by Raman microspectroscopy. Peptide frictions in water nanofilms of various thicknesses on a mica surface are studied via molecular dynamics simulations. We find that the forced lateral motion of the peptide exhibits stick-slip behaviour at low water coverage; in contrast, the smooth gliding motion is observed at higher water coverage. The adsorbed peptide can form direct peptide-surface hydrogen bonds as well as indirect peptide-water-surface hydrogen bonds with the substrate. We propose that the stick-slip phenomenon is attributed to the overall effects of direct and indirect hydrogen bonds formed between the surface and the peptide. 相似文献

Discontinuous nanofiber films of para-hexaphenylene molecules can be routinely fabricated via vacuum deposition on muscovite mica. The fibers emit upon UV illumination blue fluorescence with excitonic spectral peaks. Their intense fluorescence makes them very attractive for the use in photonic devices, given that the spectra are reproducible for varying surface temperatures. A detailed investigation as a function of surface temperature variation from 300 to 30 K reveals three classes of spectra: (a) spectra with well resolved excitonic peaks, which shift 35 meV to the blue with decreasing temperature, (b) similar spectra with an additional intermediate broadening around 150 K, and (c) excitonic spectra similar to (b), but with a green defect emission band. Quantitative fitting of type (a) spectra results in an exciton-phonon coupling factor of and an average phonon temperature of . The Huang-Rhys factor decreases linearly from 1.2 at 300 K to 1.0 at 30 K. Fitting of type (b) spectra reveals that the apparent intermediate temperature broadening is due to additional fluorescence peaks, the relative importance of which increasing with decreasing temperature. 相似文献

利用快重离子辐照的单晶白云母片产生潜径迹,蚀刻得到直径在30—180 nm纳米孔道. 孔道形状依赖于蚀刻时间,蚀刻时间短得到圆柱形孔道,蚀刻时间长得到菱柱形孔道. 从而在云母模板孔道中电化学沉积得到不同直径和形状的Cu纳米线. 通过紫外可见光谱分析,发现铜纳米线的尺寸和形状影响其光学性质. 直径小于60 nm的近似为圆柱状Cu纳米线有一个明显的表面等离子体共振峰和一个微弱的次峰. 随着直径增加,菱柱状的Cu纳米线主峰有明显的红移,次峰逐渐增强. 同时利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射对Cu纳米线的形貌和晶体结构特征进行了表征.

Globally there are a larger number of strains of microorganisms resistant to multiple drugs mainly due to misuse and indiscriminate, resulting in increased morbidity, costs inherent benefits of health care, as well as mortality rates for infections. As a result of this a large number of researches have been conducted emphasizing the antimicrobial properties of plant products. In this study, the ethanol extract and hexane fraction of Dalbergia ecastophyllum (L.) Taub. (Leguminosae) have been used to evaluate the antibacterial and antifungal activity and for modulating the resistance of antimicrobials against bacterial strains of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans and fungal strains of Candida krusei, Candida tropicalis. The antibacterial and modulatory activity was determined by microdilution. Inhibition of the growth of bacteria and fungi tested extract was ?1024. The activity was enhanced when aminoglycosides were associated with sub-inhibitory concentrations of the ethanol extract and hexane fraction of Dalbergia ecastophyllum. Therefore, it is suggested that the ethanol extract and hexane fraction of Dalbergia ecastophyllum (L.) Taub. (Leguminosae) can be used as a source of natural products with a view to changing the resistance of these microorganisms to antimicrobials. 相似文献

Microcontact printing (µCP) is an easy and efficient way of producing patterns of self‐assembled monolayers (SAM) containing different functional groups. We have developed a simple and convenient µCP‐based technique for the modification of a mica substrate with 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and the micropatterning of proteins (chicken IgG and rabbit IgG) on the modified mica surface. Our approach provides a quick and easy way to produce protein patterns on solid surfaces. The printed immunoglobulin patterns were detected by exposing the substrate to solutions containing fluorescently labeled complementary anti‐IgGs, and the formed immunoassays were studied using fluorescence microscopy. 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定低品位锂云母中铷和铯含量的方法。通过试验确定了最佳的样品处理条件,以铑为内标校正基体干扰,确定方法对铷和铯的检出限(3s)分别为0.032,0.018μg·L^-1,标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999 7。对实际样品进行11次测定,相对标准偏差(n=11)为2.3%~4.6%;加标回收试验的回收率为96.5%~105%。经国家标准品验证,本方法的测定值与标准值相符。该方法快速准确,能满足低品位锂云母中铷和铯的分析要求。 相似文献
