比浊法测定酸性镀铜液中微量氯离子

以乙二醇为增溶剂,硝酸银作沉淀剂,采用氯化银比浊法,在不分离硫酸铜的条件下,直接测定酸性镀铜液中微量氯离子。测定波长为440 nm,线形范围为0~50μg/25 mL,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.3×105,方法检出限为0.035μg/mL,该法用于测定酸性镀铜液中微量氯离子在不同水平的加标回收率为95.4%~104.5%。结果表明,该法准确,快速,简便,其它的常见离子无干扰。     

Effects of tributyltin(IV) chloride on the gametes and fertilization of Ascidia malaca (Ascidiacea: Tunicata)

Ascidia malaca gametes before fertilization incubated in 10^?5 or 10^?7 M solutions of tributyltin(IV) chloride, TBTCl, for 3 h appear highly damaged under transmission electron microscopy observation. Also, the fertilization process is affected by the compound: the damaged spermatozoa are present in the vitelline coat and the egg does not cleave. An increase of microbodies, structurally similar to peroxisomes, have been detected in the egg peripheral cytoplasm, probably in relation to their role in alleviating damage to some cellular components. 氯柱硼镁石在氯化镁水溶液中相转化平衡液相的红外光谱分析

采用差示FTIR光谱技术,研究了氯柱硼镁石在30℃下浓度为0.5,12和18％MgCl_2水溶液中溶解及相转化平衡饱和水溶液中硼氧配阴离子的FTIR光谱。给出了溶液中硼氧配阴离子的FTIR光谱振动频率的归属,515cm~(-1)为单和二硼氧配阴离子特征峰,630cm~(-1)为三硼氧配阴离子特征峰,550cm~(-1)为四硼氧配阴离子特征峰。对饱和水溶液中硼氧配阴离子的存在形式及其相互作用以及与相转化析出固相的关系进行了讨论。     

吡罗红为底物的辣根过氧化物酶催化荧光反应测定葡萄糖

吡罗红在辣根过氧化物酶催化下可被过氧化氢氧化而使其荧光猝灭。在pH 7.2中性介质中,稳态催化速率由酶和底物浓度决定,催化体系服从Michaelis-Menten方程,用Lineweaver-Burk作图法求得米氏常数、最大反应速度、催化常数分别为2.4×10~(-5)mol·L-1,2.5×10~(-6)mol·L-1s-1,75.8 s-1。在最佳反应条件下,荧光F0/F的猝灭程度与过氧化氢浓度在0-3.6×10~(-7)mol·L-1范围内成线性关系,检测限为6.3×10~(-9)mol·L-1;当与葡萄糖氧化酶联用时,可定量检测葡萄糖,线性关系为0-8.0×10~(-7)mol·L-1,检测限为3.4×10~(-8)mol·L-1。方法用于分析人血清中葡萄糖含量,分析结果与苯酚-4-氨基安替比林法基本一致。     

Carbonyl allylations by 3-halopropenes or 2-propenyl mesylate with tin(IV) chloride and tetrabutylammonium iodide

2-Propenyl tin species, prepared from 3-halopropenes or 2-propenyl mesylate with tin(IV) chloride and tetrabutylammonium iodide in dichloromethane, causes nucleophilic addition to aldehydes to produce the corresponding homoallylic alcohols.

Synthesis and characterization of guar gum‐graft‐polyacrylonitrile

Cerium(IV) mediated grafting of polyacrylonitrile on to guar gum was studied. Grafting parameters were studied gravimetrically, as a function of temperature, initiator concentration and Guar to acrylonitrile ratio. Higher temperatures resulted in higher monomer conversion and homopolymer formation. Both monomer conversion and extent of grafting increased with increase in cerium ion concentration in the range studied (0.91–9.12 mmol/l). Similar results were obtained with increase in monomer to guar gum ratio from 1 to 5. Grafting with this initiator was found to be generally good with high grafting efficiencies and low homopolymer formation for most experiments. The copolymers obtained were subjected to alkaline hydrolysis to convert nitrile groups in to carboxylic acid groups and the water absorbency of the resulting anionic guar gum was studied. 硫酰胺的快速分析（Ⅱ） 

硫酰胺生产过程中副产的大量氯化铵要干扰硫酰胺的测定，采用四苯硼钠将全部氯化铵呈沉淀析出，再用次溴酸钠把滤液中的硫酰胺分解成氮气，测其体积，计算出硫酰胺的含量。对样品进行测定的结果表明，该法重现性好、准确度高、分析周期在３５ｍｉｎ内，相对误差在±１％以内。

A facile synthesis of per (poly )fluoroalkyl substituted α-amino acid derivatives

Initiated by CrCl3/Fe redox couple, per(poly)fluoroalkyl iodides added to methyl a-acetylamino acrylate, giving B-per(poly)fluoroalkyl a-amino acid derivatives in good yields.
