On the reduction of 1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetra-hydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-<Emphasis Type="Italic">b</Emphasis>]indole 4-oxides

Electrochemical reduction of 1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole 4-oxides, 2-oxo-1-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole, and 2-oxo-1-phenyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole was studied. The results obtained were compared with previous data for the reduction of 4-oxides with formamidinesulfinic acid.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Reactions of monothiooxamides with O-methylhydroxylamine

The reactions of monothiooxamides with O-methylhydroxylamine were studied. Depending on the substituents in monothiooxamides, the reactions result in the formation of hydroxamic acid derivatives or various N-methoxy derivatives of amidoximes.     

水杨酸与烟草铜锌超氧化物歧化酶的相互作用

利用邻苯三酚自氧化法监测了磷酸盐缓冲体系中水杨酸（SA）对超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力的影响。通过荧光光谱法研究了水杨酸与超氧化物歧化酶的相互作用机制，求得两者结合的形成常数和配位数，使用Forster非辐射能量转移技术求出了两者的结合位置距色氨酸残基间的距离为2.60nm。     

介体型乳酸脱氢酶生物传感器的研制及应用

本报道了能对丙酮酸产生良好响应的电流型乳酸脱氢酶生物传感器。该传感器以耐尔兰Ａ修饰浸石墨电极为基体电极，将酶直接固化在蚕丝蛋白膜上。在ＰＨ７．４的ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４－ＮａＯＨ介质中，当２．４×１０＾－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的辅酶Ｉ（ＮＡＤＨ）存在下，该传感器的响应电流与丙酮酸浓度在３．２×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内有良好的线性关系。响应时间为６０ｓ．本讨论了影响传感器响应的各种因素，用此传感器测定了人血清中     

Ferric borate formation in aqueous solution

Potentiometric analyses indicate that previous investigations have overestimated the stability of ferric borate complexes. The FeB(OH) ₄ ²⁺ formation constant result obtained in the present work is_Bβ ₁ ^* = [FeB(OH) ₄ ²⁺ ][H⁺][Fe³⁺]^-1[B(OH)₃]^-1 = (5.4±0.3) x 10^-3 at 25.0°C and 0.7 molal ionic strength. Our result indicates that solution concentrations of FeOH²⁺ and FeB(OH) ₄ ²⁺ are approximately equal in aqueous solution for boric acid concentrations on the order of 0.3 molal. Fe(B(OH)₄) ₂ ⁺ is a minor species in solution compared to FeB(OH)₄ ²⁺ for conditions such that [B(OH)₃][H⁺]^-1≤ 350, and ferric borate complexation is insignificant in solutions such as seawater where [B(OH)₃] ≤ 4× 10^-4 molal.     

对氟苯酚-过氧化氢-辣根过氧化物酶体系酶联荧光免疫分析研究──Ⅰ.对氟苯酚直接法及铝-钙指示剂偶合法测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原和表面抗体

对氟苯酚在辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）的催化下可被H2O2氧化，生成本酚及F-。测定对氟苯酚荧光猝灭程度及用铝－钙指示剂荧光体系检测酶促反应释放的F－，可分别建立HRP及其标记物的两种分析方法。铝－钙指示剂偶合法测定HRP的线性范围为0．031～31U／L，检测限（3δ）为0．0093U／L。两种方法分别用于测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原及抗体，结果令人满意。     

Reactions with Addition Compounds Containing Activated Formic Acid

Addition compounds of formic acid with tertiary organic bases in ratios higher than that required for salt formation (3:1 and 2:1 adducts) contain formic acid in a highly activated form. In particular, the 3:1 adducts of formic acid with trimethylamine and triethylamine are liquid reducing agents that are convenient to handle and are suitable for use in many selective reductions. These addition compounds have a surprisingly strong reducing action on sulfur dioxide, which is rapidly converted, even at low concentrations, into crystalline rhombic sulfur. Sulfones and polysulfones can be prepared in good yields by three-component reactions from activated formic acid, sulfur dioxide, and polarized vinyl compounds.     

聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸)磁性高分子微球的制备和表征

利用双层表面活性剂改性的Fe3O4磁流体为种子,通过乳液聚合法考察了苯乙烯或苯乙烯-丙烯酸对Fe3O4磁流体的包覆情况,并考察了丙烯酸浓度及加入时间对磁性微球表面羧基含量的影响.结果表明,丙烯酸的加入可以明显改善包覆效果,在反应进行2h后加入0.4mL的丙烯酸可以得到包覆效果好且表面羧基含量大的磁性微球.     

Mass Spectra of N-Arylglycines and Substituted Aniline-N,N-Diacetic Acids

The electron impact mass spectra of eleven N-arylglycines and seven substituted aniline-N,N-diacetic acids were obtained under 70 eV and 14 eV ionization energies. The fragmentation patterns are similar to those of α-amino acids except for the degree of cleavage. The dehydration process of the diacetic acids may be considered as the characterestic process for this group of compounds.     

Diffusion in aqueous copper sulfate and copper sulfate-sulfuric acid solutions

Diffusion coefficients of copper sulfate-water and copper sulfate-sulfuric acid-water solutions have been determined at 25°C using conductimetric and diaphragm-cell techniques. The ternary diffusion measurements indicate that diffusion of sulfuric acid can produce large counterflows of copper sulfate and vice versa. If diffusion of copper sulfate in aqueous sulfuric acid solutions is treated as a binary process, the measured apparent diffusivities of copper sulfate can be 1 to 8% lower than the salt's true diffusivity. Equations are developed to predict transport coefficients from the concentrations and mobilities of the diffusing species.
