二氧化碳促进的醛和酮等羰基化合物烯丙基化反应研究

加入二氧化碳可以促进羰基化合物的烯丙基化反应. 实验结果表明: 在1.0 MPa的二氧化碳和2 equiv.的锡存在下, 以THF/H₂O为反应介质, 芳香醛化合物与烯丙基溴可以顺利地发生烯丙基化反应得到较高的产率, 而芳香酮化合物和脂肪醛等与烯丙基溴反应只得到较低的产率.     

The versatility of salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone in the determination of copper in blood using adsorptive stripping voltammetry

The adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry technique (AdCSV) is used to determine copper(II) using salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (N, S- donor) as a complexing agent on hanging mercury drop electrode at pH 9.3. Variable factors affecting the response, i.e. the concentration of ligand, pH, adsorption potential and adsorption time are assessed and optimized. The adsorbed complex of copper(II) and salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone gives a well defined cathodic stripping peak current at −0.35 V, which has been used for the determination of copper in the concentration range of 7.85 × 10⁻⁹ to 8.00 × 10⁻⁶ M with accumulation time of 360 s at −0.1 V versus Ag/AgCl. This technique has been applied for the determination of copper in various digested samples of whole blood at trace levels.

Aliphatic aldehydes such as ethanal,propanal,n-butanal,isobutyraldehyde,n-valeraldehyde,isovaleraldehyde,n-hexanal and n-octanal were converted into the corresponding 2,4,6-trialkyl-1,3,5-trioxanes through cyclotrimer-ization in the presence of the ferric chloride based ionic liquids at room temperature without solvent in high selec-tivity.The effects of different ionic liquids,acidity of ionic liquids and temperature on cyclotrimerization were alsostudied.The results showed that the ferric chloride based ionic liquids(apparent molar fraction of FeCl_3(x(FeCl_3)=0.62))were a kind of efficient catalysts for the cyclotrimerization of aliphatic aldehyde which could be separatedconveniently from the reaction mixture and recycled without loss of catalytic activity.The conversion of isobu-tyraldehyde and the selectivity to 2,4,6-triisopropyl-1,3,5-trioxane were 91.1% and 99.8% respectively under opti-mum reaction condition(isobutyraldehyde 25.0 g,[Et_3NH]Cl/FeCl_3(x(FeCl_3)=0.62)1.0 g,25 ℃for 1 h).     

微波辐射条件下季戊四醇双缩醛和双缩酮化合物的合成

微波辐射硫酸锆-硅胶催化季戊四醇与醛、酮缩合反应,高收率制得了双缩醛和双缩酮化合物.该方法操作简便,收率高,催化剂可重复使用,是一种环境友好型催化反应.     

超氧化物歧化酶模型化合物的合成、表征及其SOD活性研究

合成了 4种过渡金属硝酸盐与三 (2 苯并咪唑亚甲基 )胺 (ntb)和水杨酸 (Hsal)的新固体配合物 ,经元素分析确定其组成分别为 [M2 (ntb) 2 (Hsal) 2 ](NO3 ) 2 ·H2 O(M =Zn ,Co)、[M2 (ntb) 2 (Hsal) ](NO3 ) 3 ·3H2 O(M =Cu)和 [M(ntb) (Hsal) ](NO3 )·2H2 O(M =Ni) ,进行了摩尔电导率、热重、红外与紫外可见光谱、1HNMR等性质的表征。研究了配合物的模拟SOD活性 ,用IC50 表征配合物的模拟SOD活性的大小。     

含二茂铁基的硫代碳酰腙和缩氨基硫脲的合成

硫代碳酰腙和氨基硫脲衍生物具有一定的生理活性,可作为某些金属离子的特效试剂,本文报道在乙醇-醋酸介质中通过取代氨基硫脲,硫代碳酰腙与不同的二茂铁衍生物缩合,合成了新的缩氨基硫脲和硫代碳酰腙衍生物.     

无外加催化剂条件下芳香醛与活性亚甲基化合物的缩合反应和迈克尔加成反应

在DMF溶剂中,不外加催化剂使芳香醛(1)与2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧六环-4,6-二酮(2)发生缩合反应生成2,2-二甲基-5-芳亚甲基-1,3-二氧六环-4,6-二酮(3a～f)。在同样条件下,芳香醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮(4)则发生缩合和迈克尔加成反应生成2,2’-芳亚甲基双(3-羟基-5,5-二甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮)(5a～h)。用单晶X-射线分析法确定了产物5b的晶体结构。     

超声辐射下一步法合成2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-5，6，7，8-四氢-4H-苯并[b]吡喃

芳醛、丙二腈和5，5-二甲基-1，3-环己二酮在乙二醇中不加任何催化剂经超 声辐射5-7min得2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-4H-5，6，7，8-四氢 苯并[b]吡喃，产率88％—96％．     

A simple and efficient one-pot synthesis of β-acetamido carbonyl compounds using sulfated zirconia as a heterogeneous recyclable catalyst

Sulfated zirconia has been employed as an efficient recyclable catalyst for the preparation of various β-acetamidoketones or esters at room temperature. The process involves the one-pot multicomponent reactions of aromatic aldehydes, enolizable ketones or β-ketoesters and acetonitrile in the presence of acetyl chloride.     

Novel one-pot expeditious synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted thiazoles through a three-component reaction under solvent free conditions

An expeditious one pot method has been developed for the synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted thiazoles under solvent free conditions via a multicomponent approach. Substituted thiazoles were synthesized with high yields by the reaction of cyclic ketones, thiosemicarbazide, and phenacyl bromides or 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2-ones in a shorter reaction time with high purity via simple purification technique.
