摘    要:硫代碳酰腙和氨基硫脲衍生物具有一定的生理活性,可作为某些金属离子的特效试剂,本文报道在乙醇-醋酸介质中通过取代氨基硫脲,硫代碳酰腙与不同的二茂铁衍生物缩合,合成了新的缩氨基硫脲和硫代碳酰腙衍生物.

Abstract:Some new thiosemicarbazones and thiocarbohydrazones containing ferrocenyl group R1CMe:NNHC(S)NHR2R1 = h5-C5H5FeC5H4, h5-C5H5FeC5H4COCH2, R2 = Ph, 2-naphthyl], R3CMe:NNHC(S)NHNH2, R3CMe:NNHC(S)NHN:CR4R5 R3 = h5-C5H5FeC5H4; R4 = Me, R5 = h5-C5H5FeC5H4; R4 = H, R5 = 2-C6H4OH; R4 = Me, R5 = 2-hydroxy-4-methylphenyl] have been synthesized by the condensation of appropriate derivatives of ferrocene and thiocarbohydrazide or thiosemicarbazide in EtOH in the presence of AcOH. All compounds have not been reported so far and their structures have been confirmed by elemental anal., 1H NMR and IR. The reaction conditions for the synthesis of these compounds are also discussed.
