Hydrogen-bonded assembly and binding affinity of the multi-point acceptor and isophthalic acid

Supermolecular complexes formed by oligophenyleneethynylene derivatives and isophthalic acid were studied using AM1 method to obtain binding energy. Electronic spectra and IR spectra of the complexes were calculated by INDO/CIS and AM1 methods based on AM1 geometries. Results indicated that the dimer could be formed by the monomers via hydrogen bonding because of the negative binding energy. Binding energy of the complexes was affected by electronegativity and steric effects of the substituents. The first UV absorptions and IR frequencies of N-H bonds of the complexes were both red-shifted compared with those of the monomers. The complexes could bind small molecules via hydrogen bonds, resulting in the change in UV absorptions and an increase in IR frequencies of N-H bonds.     

吡嗪衍生物在石墨表面上的自组装单层膜结构

利用扫描隧道显微镜研究了荧光液晶分子2, 5-二-[2-(3, 4-二-十二烷氧基-苯基)-乙烯基]-3, 6-二甲基吡嗪(BPDP12)在石墨表面上自组装单层膜的结构. 实验结果表明, 该化合物在石墨表面形成两种自组装结构：一种是稳定的, 分子的共轭中心相互平行, 烷基链相互交错的密排结构；另一种是不稳定的, 分子的共轭中心彼此为烷基链所分隔的非密排结构. 分子之间较强的π-π作用和分子烷基链之间的范德华作用力对分子组装的取向形成竞争, 是产生两种不同组装结构的根本原因.     

蒂巴茵衍生物的合成研究

The reaction of 7α-acetyl-6,14-endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine with 2-（thien-2-yl）ethylmagnesium bromide was investigated. The tertiary alcohol derivative 7α-[R-l-hydroxyl-l-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl]）-6,14- endoethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrothebaine （3） and a by-product 4 were isolated. The structure of 4 was elucidated by X-ray analysis. The Grignard reaction shows high degree of stereoselectivity according with Cram rule. The crystal structure of 4 indicates that dihydrofuran ring was opened to form a phenolic hydroxyl group and a three-membered ring structure. It maintains the main rigid structure of morphine and contains a C（6）-C（14） enthano bridge. The 1-hydroxyl-1-methyl-3-（thien-2-yl）propyl group at C（7） position adopted S-configuration.     

新型纤维素衍生物手性固定相的制备及其对几种对映异构体的高效液相色谱分离

合成了一种经环十二烷修饰的纤维素酯，将其涂敷于小粒径的氨丙基化硅胶（APS）上，制备出高效液相色谱手性固定相，以正己烷、异丙醇为流动相拆分了2-对氯苯基丙腈、1-对氟苯基乙醇、1-对叔丁基苯氧基-2-丙醇、2-对氯苯基辛腈及三唑醇等5种外消旋对映体，并考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对分离效果的影响。     

盐酸吡哆辛及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量研究

建立盐酸吡哆辛及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法。盐酸吡哆辛在0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液-0.1moL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-水(体积比为1.2:8.8:990)的混合溶液中,于-0.140V(vs·Ag/AgCl)处出现一良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,盐酸吡哆辛浓度在3.6×10~(-4)～9.6×10~(-4)mol/L范围内与其峰幅值呈显著的线性关系(P<0.01),线性相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为9.0nmol/L。     

Classical Valence Similarity in Fullerene Derivatives

Summary.  The generalized Pauling bond order was enumerated in the C₆₀ fullerene cage molecule (truncated icosahedral symmetry). This index measures chemical similarity in fullerene derivatives such as dihydrofullerene (C₆₀H₂), anionized monohydrofullerene (C₆₀H⁻), N-substituted monohydrofullerene (C₅₉NH), the fullerene dimer ((C₆₀)₂), and the dianionic fullerene dimer ((C₆₀)₂ ²⁻). 一种新的环糊精衍生物手性固定相的合成及其在对映异构体过量值测定中的应用

 以 β 环糊精为原料 ,合成了一种新的环糊精衍生物 2 ,6 二 O 苄基 3 O 戊酰基 β 环糊精 ,用核磁氢谱和红外光谱对产物进行了表征 ,并将所得环糊精衍生物用作毛细管气相手性固定相制备成柱 ,用于 2 ,4 二氯苯乙酮的不对称催化氢化产物 2 ,4 二氯苯乙醇和反式 2 己烯醇的Sharpless环氧化产物 反式 3 正丙基环氧乙烷甲醇的对映异构体过量值 (e.e .值 )测定和催化反应评价 ,取得了很好的结果。     

胶束增敏导数—可变角同步荧光法同时测定两种羟基联苯

本文建立了２，２’－二羟基联苯（ＤＨＰ）和４－羟基联苯（ＨＰ）的胶束增敏导数－可变角同步荧光同时分析方法，可变角同步扫描所得到的ＤＨＰ和ＨＰ的谱峰位置均对应于常规光谱中的最佳激发－发射位置，经二阶求导后，消除分析谱带干扰，所得的二阶导数－可变角同步光谱即可用于两物质的同时测定，方法快速灵敏，ＤＨＰ测定范围为０．０５～０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＨＰ测定范围为０．０７～２ｍｇ／Ｌ。     

1,2,4-三苯基环戊二烯的合成及其烷基化反应

测定了颇哪醇在酸性条件下所得的脱水产物的分子结构.结果表明,在酸性条件下颇哪醇的脱水反应优于重排反应,由此合成了1,2,4-三苯基环戊二烯.该环戊二烯衍生物的烷基化反应,在通常条件下优先发生在碳环的第5位碳原子上,但在苛刻的剧烈反应条件下,进而发生在碳环的第3位碳原子上.讨论了脱水反应和烷基化反应的机理.     

FTIR-spectroscopy as a highly sensitive technique to study adsorption and desorption on ionic film and single crystal surfaces

Sample/spectrum relationships are investigated using both a low resolution rapid-scanning NIR monochromator and a Fourier transform instrument capable of high resolution and are evaluated in terms of whether or not the resolution of the instrument is sufficient for measuring the natural bandwidths corresponding to the sample. Based on the sample/spectrum relationship a criterion is developed which must be followed in order to apply either derivative spectroscopy or deconvolution to enhance the resolution of overlapped bands without generating spectral artifacts.
