2,4,6-三氯苯肼合成工艺的优化

以2,4,6-三氯苯胺为原料,经重氮化、还原、盐析及中和反应等步骤制备得2,4,6-三氯苯肼,优化了合成工艺,收率从文献报道的80%提高到90%.     

Cooling-induced increase of methane cluster size investigated under a Coulomb explosion scheme

In this letter, we discuss the increase in the average cluster size by lowering the stagnation temperature of the methane （CH4） gas. The Coulomb explosion experiments are conducted to estimate the cluster size and the size distribution. The average CH4 cluster sizes Nay of 6 230 and 6 580 are acquired with the source conditions of 30 bars at 240 K and 60 bars at 296 K, respectively. Empirical estimation suggests a five-fold increase in the average size of the CH4 clusters at 240 K compared with that at room temperature under a backing pressure of 30 bars. A strong nonlinear Hagena parameter relation （Г^＊∝ T0^-3.3） for the CH4 clusters is revealed. The results may be favorable for the production of large-sized clusters by using gases at low temperature and high back pressures.     

邻硝基酚醚上的异常取代反应

以2-(2-硝基苯氧基)-1-溴乙烷或3-(2-硝基苯氧基)-1-溴丙烷为原料分别在氢化钠作用下与N-Boc-4-羟基哌啶反应,得到了与预期结构不同的产物.该产物的结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,LC-MS分析表明,其并非为原料2-(2-硝基苯氧基)-1-溴乙烷与N-Boc-4-羟基哌啶发生Williamson反应生成预期的混合醚,而是芳环上的烷氧基被取代的异常产物.根据这个实验结果,推测上述反应的可能机理是发生了芳环上的亲核取代反应.     

A novel antimicrobial flavonoidic glycoside from the leaves of Alstonia macrophylla Wall ex A. DC (Apocynaceae)

<正>A new flavonoidic glycoside,tricin-4'-O-β-L-arabinoside(1) was isolated from the leaves of Alstonia macrophylla along with two known flavonoids,vitexin and myricetin-3′-rhamnoside-3-O-galactoside.Their structures were established by chemical and spectral evidences.The known compounds were reported for the first time from this plant.Moreover compound 1 was tested for antifungal and antibacterial activities.     

Valence of elements in HgBa_2Ca_(n-1)Cu_nO_(2n+2+δ)(n=1, 2, 3, 4)

HgBa2Can-1CunO2n+2+( (n=1, 2, 3, 4) 1 are tetragonal with space group space P4/mmm. For n=1,2,3, nearly single-phase crystals were obtained, while for n=4, the sample was primarily a mixture of the n=3 and 4 phases. These materials also possessed the highest Tc values yet observed for any superconductors. 5-(5-氯-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯分光光度法测定微量钌(Ⅲ)

研究了 5- ( 5-氯 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 2 .4-二氨基甲苯 ( 5- Cl- PADAT)与钌 ( )的显色反应。在 p H4.0～ 6.5HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,在加热的条件下 ,5- Cl-PADAT与 Ru( )形成稳定的配合物 ,加入无机酸 ( HCl,HCl O4 ,H2 SO4 ,H3 PO4 )酸化后 ,其最大吸收波长位于 50 5nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 8.5×1 0 4 L· mol-1· cm-1,钌浓度在 0～ 6μg/ 1 0 m L范围内服从比耳定律 ,Ru( )与 5- Cl- PADAT配合物的摩尔比为 1∶ 2。以 EDTA为掩蔽剂 ,方法具有良好的选择性 ,已应用于合成样中钌的测定。

离子色谱荧光检测法测定废水中痕量2-氨基联苯和4-氨基联苯

采用离子色谱荧光检测法测定废水中的2－氨基联苯（2－ADP）和4－氨基联苯（4－ADP），流动相为1．0mL/min的0．06mol/L NaCl,0.08mol/L HCl,40%(V/V)ACN，分离柱为Dinoex OmniPac PCX-500，该法具有良好的重现性和线性关系，2－ADP和4－ADP的回收率分别为98．5％－101．4％和102．2％－104．0％，检测限分别为0．006mg/L和0．10mg/L。
