水作为人类重要的生产要素,参与了卷烟生产的多个环节。水在自然条件下以分子簇的形式存在,多种处理方式可以改变水分子团簇的大小。本文以17O-核磁共振法为水分子团簇的表征手段,以自来水为水源,考察了氢气、远红外辐射陶瓷球、反渗透、磁场四种处理方法对水分子簇的影响。结果表明:四种处理方式均能使一定量水分子由氢键结合态变为自由态,从而使水分子簇变小。不同处理方法对液态水缔合结构的影响大小排序为氢气处理>远红外陶瓷球处理>反渗透处理>磁场处理。同时,对氢气处理效果的时效性进行了考察,随着放置时间增加,部分自由态水分子再次转变为氢键结合态,水分子簇尺寸变大,但三天后仍保留了一定处理效果。本研究表明氢气处理为四种处理方式中最优的水处理方式,具有提升烟草行业生产用水品质的潜在应用价值。 相似文献

This work presents the electrochemical response of a 2-(methylthio)phenol glassy carbon based electrode for a promising voltammetric pH sensor in both buffered and low-buffered solutions. Electropolymerization of the redox species was performed with the resulting polymer presenting a Nernstian response in buffered media, with a sensitivity of 51 mV/pH unit. The effectiveness of the sulfhydryl bond to facilitate proton transfer from the bulk solution to the phenol molecules has been confirmed, providing an accurate pH measurement of 8.28 in sea water media, compared to that measured with a calibrated glass pH probe of 8.30. 相似文献

A highly sensitive amperometric Prussian blue-based hydrogen peroxide sensor was developed using 3D pyrolytic carbon microelectrodes. A 3D printed multielectrode electrochemical cell enabled simultaneous highly reproducible Prussian blue modification on multiple carbon electrodes. The effect of oxygen plasma pre-treatment and deposition time on Prussian blue electrodeposition was studied. The amperometric response of 2D and 3D sensors to the addition of hydrogen peroxide in μM and sub-μM concentrations in phosphate buffer was investigated. Due to advancement in genomics and its research, development in privacy concerns is needed regarding querying, accessing and, storage and computation of the genomic data. While the genomic data is widely accessible, the privacy issues may emerge due to the untrusted third party (adversaries/researchers), they may reveal the information or strategy plans regarding the genome data of an individual when it is requested for research purposes. To mitigate this problem many privacy-preserving techniques are used along with cryptographic methods are briefly discussed. So far, coumarin dyes have been extensively studied with various means to understand their photophysical behaviors and photochemical properties. Here, our performing time‐dependent density functional theory calculation is aimed at exploring the excited‐state hydrogen bonding dynamics of coumarin 153 (C153) in protic ethanol (EtOH) solvent. The calculated results suggest that the excited‐state hydrogen bond C?O?H?O between C?O group and O?H group in the C153‐EtOH complex is strengthened, and the S0 → S1 transition of the complex corresponds to the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) hopping to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO). The excited‐state hydrogen bond strengthening has been further confirmed by its larger binding energy in the S1 state than in the S0 state. In addition, because of the formation of the hydrogen bond C?O?H?O, a red shift of about 7 nm occurs in the electronic spectra of the C153‐EtOH complex, which is in good accordance with the experiment result. 采用摩擦氧浓度实验方法, 结合原位观察、扫描电镜、能谱仪和X-射线衍射分析, 系统研究Ti-V-Cr 阻燃钛合金燃烧产物的微观组织形貌、燃烧反应过程的合金元素分布规律及微观机理. 结果表明: Ti-V-Cr 阻燃钛合金燃烧过程发出闪亮耀眼的白光, 具有典型金属燃烧的火焰特征. 燃烧产物主要有TiO2, V2O5和Cr2O3三种氧化物, 该混合氧化物以分散颗粒和致密连续体存在. 分散颗粒为规则的球形; 致密连续燃烧产物的微观组织具有分区特征, 从合金基体至燃烧表面依次为过渡区、热影响区、熔凝区和燃烧区. 其中, 过渡区存在一些微小的颗粒状凸起, 且有一定方向性; 热影响区中形成大量V基固溶体相和少量的Ti基固溶体相, V基固溶体相上存在Ti的含量远高于基体的针状析出物; 熔凝区中, 大量的Ti基固溶体中存在少量的V基固溶体; 燃烧区主要为Ti, V和Cr的氧化物混合物. 热影响区的V基固溶体相降低了Ti元素向熔凝区的迁移速率, 减慢了燃烧区Ti与O的优先反应; 燃烧区形成的TiO2, V2O5和Cr2O3混合氧化物和熔凝区O在Ti中大量固溶共同终止了O向合金基体的继续扩散, 从而使Ti-V-Cr阻燃钛合金表现出优异的阻燃功能性. 相似文献

Herein, a facile ultrasonic-assisted strategy was proposed to fabricate the Pd–Pt alloy/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Pd–Pt/CNTs) nanocomposites. A good number of Pd–Pt alloy nanoparticles with an average of 3.4 ± 0.5 nm were supported on sidewalls of CNTs with uniform distribution. The composition of the Pd–Pt/CNTs nanocomposites could also be easily controlled, which provided a possible approach for the preparation of other architectures with anticipated properties. The Pd–Pt/CNTs nanocomposites were extensively studied by electron microscopy, induced coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and applied for the ethanol and methanol electro-oxidation reaction in alkaline medium. The electrochemical results indicated that the nanocomposites had better electrocatalytic activities and stabilities, showing promising applications for fuel cells. 相似文献

The present study demonstrates ultrasound-induced cell injury using a nickel–titanium dioxide (Ni–TiO2) alloy plate as a sonocatalyst and a cell culture surface. Ultrasound irradiation of cell-free Ni–TiO2 alloy plates with 1 MHz ultrasound at 0.5 W/cm2 for 30 s led to an increased generation of hydroxyl (OH) radicals compared to nickel–titanium (Ni–Ti) control alloy plates with and without ultrasound irradiation. When human breast cancer cells (MCF-7 cells) cultured on the Ni–TiO2 alloy plates were irradiated with 1 MHz ultrasound at 0.5 W/cm2 for 30 s and then incubated for 48 h, cell density on the alloy plate was reduced to approximately 50% of the controls on the Ni–Ti alloy plates with and without ultrasound irradiation. These results indicate the injury of MCF-7 cells following sonocatalytic OH radical generation by Ni–TiO2. Further experiments demonstrated cell shrinkage and chromatin condensation after ultrasound irradiation of MCF-7 cells attached on the Ni–TiO2 alloy plates, indicating induction of apoptosis. 相似文献
