Melamine-(H_2SO_4)_3 and PVP-(H_2SO_4)_n as solid acids:Synthesis and application in the first mono-and di-nitration of bisphenol A and other phenols

Melamine and poly vinylpyrrolidone（PVP） reacted with neat sulfuric acid readily to form two new organic solid acids namely melamine-（H₂SO₄）₃ and PVP-（H₂SO₄）_n.These solid acids were used for the first nitration of bisphenol A as well as other phenols in the presence of NH₄NO₃.Mono- and di-nitro bisphenol A have been characterized with IR and ¹H NMR techniques.     

PPA-SiO_2 catalyzed efficient synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives through Hantzsch multicomponent condensation under solvent-free conditions

Silica gel-supported polyphosphoric acid（PPA-SiO₂） was found to be an efficient catalyst for the one-pot four-component Hantzsch condensation reaction of aryl aldehydes,dimedone,ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate to afford the corresponding polyhydroquinoline derivatives in high yields.The main advantages of the present approach are short reaction times,clean reaction profiles,simple experimental and workup procedures.     

High performance liquid chromatography with immobilized Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)-KMnO_4 chemiluminescence detection and its application in metabolism of repaglinide in pig liver microsomes

A novel high performance liquid chromatography-chemiluminescence（HPLC-CL） method for investigation of in vitro metabolism of repaglinide in pig liver microsomes with microdialysis sampling technique was developed.The chromatographic separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS-C18 column with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.01 mol/L KH₂PO₄（pH 3.0）（volume ratio 75:25） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection was based on the chemiluminescence reaction of repaglinide with acidic potassium permanganate（KMnO₄） and tris（2,2’-bipyridyl）ruthenium（Ⅲ）(Ru（bpy）₃³⁺),which was immobilized on the cationic ion-exchange resin for obtaining high sensitivity and reducing consumption of expensive reagent.     

Fuzzy model prediction of Co (III)Al2O3 catalytic behavior in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis

The application of Co(Ⅲ)/Al2O3 catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS)was studied in a wide range of synthesis gas conversions and compared with Fuzzy Simulation results.Present study applies fuzzy model to predicting the product composition of CH4,CO2 and CO in Fischer-Tropsch process for natural gas synthesis,in which the input vector was 4-dimension including four variables(operating pressure, operating temperature,time and CO/H2 ratio)of 70 different experiments and the output product is a composition of CO2,CO and CH4. The Mamdani algorithm has been applied to the training of the fuzzy system and the test set was used to evaluate the performance of the system including R2,ARE,AARE and SD.The results demonstrated that the predicted values from the model were in good consistency with the experimental data.The work indicates how fuzzy inference system(FIS),as a promising predicting technique,would be effectively used in FTS.

具有抗糖尿病活性（拟）二肽分子的设计、合成及生物活性

采用液相缩合法,保护的苯丙氨酸衍生物和氨基葡萄糖衍生物分别与Fmoc氨基酸偶联,简便地得到9个未见报道的L-对硝基苯丙氨酸二肽衍生物4a～i和4个2-氨基-β-D-葡萄糖拟二肽衍生物8a～d,收率为52．4％～88．1％．4a～i选择性碱性水解,得到9个对应的水解产物5a～i,收率为64．4％-90．4％．产物的化学结构经1HNMR,13CNMR和HRMS表征及证实．体外抗糖尿病活性测试结果表明,某些化合物具有很强的抗糖尿病活性,其中化合物4c和8b的过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体反应元件（PPRE）相对激动活性分别达到150．59％和185．23％,EC50分别为1．37uM和0．64uM,作为新型抗糖尿病先导分子值得进一步研究．     

改进的GM（1,1）幂模型及其参数优化

为了提高灰色GM（1,1）幂模型的拟合精度,对灰色GM（1,1）幂模型的背景值进行了改进,建立了一类改进GM（1,1）幂模型.利用粒子群优化算法给出了改进GM（1,1）幂模型的参数优化.实例分析结果表明基于粒子群算法的改进的GM（1,1）幂模型具有更高的预测和拟合精度.
