Local Isoperimetric Inequalities for Sectors on Surfaces and Cones

On surfaces we give conditions under which the solution of a restricted local isoperimetric problem for sectors with small solid angle is the circular sector and we characterize these surfaces. Also we study this problem for general spherical cones on hypersurfaces in higher dimensional Riemannian manifolds.

 自1990年元月10日一期阵列建成并于同年六月开始正式运行以来,羊八井宇宙线观测站己经问世五周年了。五年,在已有的高山站中是个很小的数字（见表1）,然而羊八井已挤身国际超高能γ天文实验三大主力行列而名扬海外。是什么使得它如此神奇?扩大了四倍的羊八井二期阵列将会有什么表现?羊八井三期发展计划将会给地面宇宙线实验和γ天文学科形势带来怎样的变化?这些不仅是羊八井实验的参与者也是所有关心羊八井事业、想了解羊八井立足我国自然优势发展国际合作推动学科发展的经验的人们所感兴趣的事情。     

Ge_xSi_(1-x)/Si超晶格中周期不均匀对折叠声学声子拉曼线宽的影响

本文报导了在 Ge_Si_(1-x)/Si 超晶格中观察到了超晶格周期不均匀导致的折叠声学声子拉曼谱线展宽,这种谱线展宽与折叠指数(m)有关,折叠声学声子的谱线越宽,m 相同的折叠声学声子具有相同的线宽。     

负碳离子(2s~2p~3)和(2s~12p~4)的光离解

电子关联效应在负离子中的作用相当重要，本文讨论了负碳离子（２ｓ２ｐ３）和（２ｓ１２ｐ４）的能级结构、光谱跃迁、寿命和光离解通道等。碳负离子（１ｓ２２ｓ１２ｐ４）的双重态比四重态稳定，（２ｓ２ｐ３）和（２ｓ１２ｐ４）之间各辐射谱线波长位于超紫外区域的上限附近，其光谱强度很大的波长有６条，为研制Ｘ射线激光提供了有利的工作物质。

Let n≥2. In this paper, the author establishes the L^2 (R^n)-boundedness of some oscillatory singular integrals with variable rough kernels by means of some estimates on hypergeometric functions and congqucnt hypergeometric funtions.     

A NEW SMOOTHING EQUATIONS APPROACH TO THE NONLINEAR COMPLEMENTARITY PROBLEMS

The nonlinear complementarity problem can be reformulated as a nonsmooth equation. In this paper we propose a new smoothing Newton algorithm for the solution of the nonlinear complementarity problem by constructing a new smoothing approximation function. Global and local superlinear convergence results of the algorithm are obtained under suitable conditions. Numerical experiments confirm the good theoretical properties of the algorithm.
