非线性微分系统的Lipschitz稳定性

本文主要拓展Ｄａｎｎａｎ和Ｅｌｚｙｄｉ＾［１］提出的一致Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ稳定性概念，然后系统地研究了非线性微分系统的Ｌｉｐｚｈｉｔｚ稳定性，并应用于确定非线性系统的周期解问题，获得了一系列有意义的结果。     

中立型微分方程零解的稳定性与全局Hopf分支

本文用Ｒｏｕｃｈｅ定理建立起关于一般的超越函数的零点分布定理，以此定理为基础，结合应用吴建宏等用等变拓扑度理论建立起的一般泛函微分方程的Ｈｏｐｆ分支定理，研究了描述无损传输网络线路的中立型微分方程的零解的稳定性和全局Ｈｏｐｆ分支．     

新重丰中子同位素239Pa

用50MeV/u ¹⁸O离子同天然铀靶反应产生了新重丰中子同位素²³⁹Pa.用放射化学法从反应产物中分离Pa活性,通过观测²³⁹Pa及子体²³⁹U衰变所得到的结果显示:首次合成和鉴别了新重丰中子核素²³⁹Pa,并测定出²³⁹Pa的半衰期为106±30min.     

Effect of 0h11/2 Level on Shell Model Calculations of ^105Sb and ^107Sb

The full and reduced shell model calculations have been carried out for the light odd-even ^105Sb and ^107Sb isotopes. The model space has been chosen as 1d5/2, 0g7/2, 1d3/2, 2s1/2, and 0h11/2 for the full calculations and excluded 0h11/2 for the reduced calculations. The reduced shell model calculations of ^105Sb and ^107Sb isotopes are presented for the first time. We obtain the energy spectra for the ^105Sb and ^107Sb isotopes in the full and reduced model space by using CD-Bonn two-body effective nucleon-nucleon interaction. The resulting energy spectra are compared to the experimental results to understand the effect of the 0h11/2 level on the shell model calculations. We draw conclusions about the right model space in the shell model calculations for the isotopes around the N =Z= 50 region of the periodic table.     

Isotope Dependence of Superheavy Nucleus Formation Cross Section

The dynamical process in the superheavy nucleus synthesis is studied on the basis of the two-dimensional Smoluchowski equation. Special attention is paid to the isotope dependence of the cross section for the superheavy nucleus formation by means of making a comparison among the reaction systems of ^54Re＋204pb, ^56Re ＋206Pb, and ^58Fe＋^208Pb. It is found by this comparison that the formation cross section is very sensitive to the conditional saddle-point height and the neutron separation energy of the compound nucleus. Reaction systems with lower height of conditional saddle-point and smaller neutron separation energy are more favourable for the synthesis of the superheavy nucleus.     

相变域硅薄膜材料的光稳定性

采用RF-PECVD技术，通过改变反应气体的硅烷浓度制备了一系列不同晶化率不掺杂的硅薄膜材料，研究了工艺变化对材料结构的影响及材料光电特性同微结构的关系.随后进行了光衰退试验，在分析光照前后光电特性变化规律的基础上，认为材料中的非晶成分是导致材料光电特性衰退的主要原因.在靠近过渡区非晶一侧的硅材料比普通非晶硅稳定，衰退率较少；高晶化率微晶硅材料性能稳定，基本不存在光衰退；在靠近过渡区微晶一侧的硅材料虽然不是完全不衰退，但相比高晶化率硅材料来说更适合制备高效微晶硅电池. 关键词： 射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积 硅薄膜 Staebler-Wronski(SW)效应 稳定性

30MeV/u 40Ar引起的反应中核温度参数的提取

利用同位素产额比方法,提取了30MeV/u ⁴⁰Ar轰击⁵⁸Ni,⁶⁴Ni和¹¹⁵In的反应中中等质量碎片(IMFs:3≤Z≤8)的发射体的核温度参数,给出了“表观”温度与一些物理量的依赖关系以及对边馈(side-feeding)效应的影响进行修正后的温度参数. 并就此进行了简单的讨论.
