重金属Pb2+对玉米苗生长的影响

以水栽培的玉米幼苗为材料，用不同浓度的醋酸铅溶液处理后，分别在第10天、第20天、第30天对玉米苗的根、茎、叶分别进行Pb^2＋含量测定。分析结果：Pb^2＋在玉米体内的分布表现为根〉叶〉茎；玉米中的叶绿素含量均降低；随着Pb^2＋浓度的增大，玉米细胞的膜透性表现根〉叶〉茎依次升高；Pb^2＋对玉米的伤害率的大小表现为根〉叶〉茎。该实验为进一步研究农作物对重金属Pb^2＋的耐性和重金属Pb^2＋在农作物体内的分布提供了可参考的数据。     

A Powerful Simple Shooting Method for Designing Multi-Pumped Fibre Raman Amplifiers

A simple shooting method dedicated to the design of multipump discrete Raman fibre amplifiers (RFAs) ispro posed and discussed in detail. A novel scheme to provide a good initial guess for backward lightwaves is also proposed to improve the efficiency and robustness of the method. Using the proposed method, a discrete RFA with four backward pumps and 93 signal channels is simulated for the maximum number of interaction waves considered simultaneously in the RFA design reported previously; to our best knowledge. The numerical simulation results show that the proposed method is fast and robust. It can be used in the design of RFAs with various configurations including co-, counter- and bi-directJonal-pump schemes to provide an actual modelling.     

Self-Mixing Interference in Dual-Polarization Microchip Nd：YAG Lasers

The self-mixing interference in dual-polarization microchip Nd: YA G lasers is demonstrated. Under optical feedback, the orthogonal polarization components of the laser would undergo antiphase intensity modulations; at high feedback level, the polarization switching appears. We also observe that the laser self-mixing sensitivity changes periodically with the frequency difference of orthogonal polarizations. An initial theoretical model is put out and agrees well with the experiments. The results are useful for self-mixing sensitivity enhancement and offer a new way of absolute distance measurement.     

对于叶轮机气动弹性力学一个基本假设的讨论

“在一个叶片排中叶片间相角为常数”是叶轮机气动弹性力学至今沿用的基本假设。但事实表明,当颤振发作时,叶片排中各叶片不仅动应力不同,而且叶片间相角亦非常数。解除了此基本假设的约束之后,本文发展了一种新的模型和计算方法。计算结果与实验数据对比表明,当气动弹性失稳时,叶片排中诸叶片动应力之所以不相等,叶片间相角并非常数是一个主要原因。     

无叶扩压段型线对离心压气机性能的影响

本文设计了无叶扩压段轮盖侧型线,并采用CFD软件数值模拟了采用两种不同轮盖侧型线结构的离心压气机级．分析了无叶扩压段内部的流动结构和熵的分布．计算结果说明无叶扩压段轮盖侧型线对上游叶轮、下游叶片扩压器以及离心压气机级性能有较大影响．     

A Fully Vectorial Effective Index Method for Accurate Dispersion Calculation of Photonic Crystal Fibres

A fully vectorial effective index method is developed for accurate dispersion calculation of photonic crystal fibres （PCFs）. In order to improve the accuracy of the model, different values for the effective core radius are used when PCFs have different fibre parameters. The accuracy of our approach is demonstrated by comparing our results with other numerical and experimental results reported in literature. It is found that the accuracy of the fully vectorial effective index method is improved and our results agree well with accurate numerical results obtained by other methods as well as the previously reported experimental data.     

概率神经网络和FTIR光谱用于食道癌的辅助分析

利用正常与相应癌化食道组织的主要FTIR特征峰aυs,CH3、sυ,CH2、σCH2、aυs,po4-、υc-o、sυ,po2-及sυ,磷酸化蛋白作为概率神经网络的输入向量,对网络的主要参数(网络径向基函数分布spread(0~5))、输入向量和网络表现(m ean accurate rate of recogn ition)之间的关系进行了研究。主要结论如下:i)无论输入向量是哪种特征频率的组合,其平均识别正确率都高于71.40%;ii)当输入向量为特征频率sυ,po2、sυ,磷酸化蛋白或υc-0、sυ,po2、sυ,磷酸化蛋白时,网络表现较佳,平均识别正确率较好。当spread介于1.4~2.3时,两者均达到网络具有的最高平均识别正确率(85.71%);iii)大多数情况下,网络的平均识别正确率与spread之间呈现二个高峰的特征,即spread介于0.1~0.3和1.5~5.0之间时,网络均具有较高的平均识别正确率。研究表明,以傅里叶变换红外光谱的主要特征峰为概率神经网络的输入向量,用于食道组织样品的癌化识别分析是完全可能的,其平均识别正确率可达85.71%。     

1+1/2对转涡轮低压动叶激波结构的研究

本文对1 1／2对转涡轮低压动叶中激波结构等进行了详细的数值模拟．通过对流道中静压和马赫数等参数的分析发现,当高压动叶外伸波扫过低压动叶流道时,低压动叶前缘吸力面处产生了一道脱体弧形激波,流道中吸力面上产生了一道正激波,在脱体激波和正激波之间,存在着较强的膨胀波,这种分布与跨音压气机叶栅中的波系结构相似．当高压动叶尾迹扫过低压动叶时,低压动叶吸力面的压力会产生明显的波动,出现一个随时间变化的低压区．     

Cascade Grating Structure for Increasing the Channel Number on Holographic Demultiplexer

The expansion capability of the channel number in the optical demultiplexer using two cascaded photopolymer volume gratings is reported. It could be accomplished by designing of two gratings with different spectral range. As a result of the experiment, a 0.4-nm-spaced 130-channel demultiplexer with the channel uniformity of 3.5 dB, the 3 riB-bandwidth of 0.12nm, and the channel crosstalk of-20 dB is experimentally demonstrated.
