摘    要:本文设计了无叶扩压段轮盖侧型线,并采用CFD软件数值模拟了采用两种不同轮盖侧型线结构的离心压气机级.分析了无叶扩压段内部的流动结构和熵的分布.计算结果说明无叶扩压段轮盖侧型线对上游叶轮、下游叶片扩压器以及离心压气机级性能有较大影响.

Abstract:This paper reports a numerical study on two centrifugal compressors with the vaneless diffuser of different contours. The influences on the performance of impeller, vane diffuser and compressor are analyzed. The mass flow close to choke conditions, the effect on impeller is primary, but close to surge conditions, the effect on vane diffuser is main. The contour is combined with different slope curves, and the circumfluence in vaneless diffuser comes forth. The vaneless diffuser with continuous slope's profile is useful for the matching between impeller and vane diffuser and the improvement of compressor performance.
