基于β-二亚胺配体的铝氧硼六元环化合物和其中间体的合成、表征及其反应性研究

LAl H2(L=(Z)-4-[(2,6-二异丙基苯基)氨基]戊-3-烯-2-亚基-2,6-二异丙基苯胺)分别与2-噻吩苯硼酸和2-苯并噻吩硼酸反应,合成含铝氧硼六元环的化合物LAl[OB(2-thiophen)]2(μ-O)(2)和LAl[OB(2-benzo[b]thiophen)]2(μ-O)(3)。LAl H2与2,6-二甲基苯硼酸反应生成了LAl[OB(2,6-CH3C6H4)OH]2(4)。化合物4是化合物2和3的中间体。所有化合物都进行了IR、1H NMR和元素分析等表征。并通过X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物2和4的单晶结构。     

无机-有机杂化硫属化合物[Mn(1,2-dap)_2(H_2O)]_2(μ-Sn_2Q_6)(Q=S、Se)和[Mn(tren)]_2(μ-Sn_2S_6)的合成、晶体结构与性能（英文）

采用溶剂热方法合成了3个多元硫属化合物[Mn(1,2-dap)2(H2O)]2(μ-Sn2Q6)(Q=S(1)和Se(2))和[Mn(tren)]2(μ-Sn2S6)(3),用X-射线单晶衍射测定了化合物的结构,并通过红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱对其进行了表征。单晶结构解析表明,化合物1和2都属于正交晶系,Pccn空间群(No.56),晶体结构是由[Mn(1,2-dap)2(H2O)]2+配合物阳离子和[Sn2Q6]4-二聚体通过Mn-Q键连接而成的[Mn(1,2-dap)2(H2O)]2(μ-Sn2Q6)低聚体,相邻的低聚体之间通过氢键相连形成三维结构。化合物3属于三斜晶系,晶体结构是由[Mn(tren)]2(μ-Sn2S6)单元通过氢键连接而成的二维结构。紫外-可见漫反射光谱结果显示化合物1,2和3的带隙分别为2.5,2.1,2.4 e V,属于半导体材料。     

固载化烷基咪唑离子液体对盐酸体系中Fe(Ⅲ)的吸附性能研究

分别将N-甲基咪唑和N-丁基咪唑通过共价键固定于树脂载体上,制备了固载化甲基咪唑离子液体(MCl)和固载化丁基咪唑离子液体(BCl),MCl和BCl可作为一种新型的强碱型阴离子交换树脂。研究了MCl和BCl对盐酸体系中Fe(III)的吸附性能,其吸附平衡时间为6h,拟二级动力学模型能更好地描述MCl和BCl对Fe(III)的吸附动力学过程;随着温度的升高,MCl和BCl对Fe(III)的吸附量增大,表明该过程是一个吸热反应,在298K时,MCl和BCl对Fe(III)的最大吸附量分别为24.9mg/g和71.1mg/g;随着盐酸浓度的增加,MCl和BCl对Fe(III)的吸附量增大,而且溶液中Cl-浓度的增加,也会提高MCl和BCl对Fe(III)的吸附量。MCl和BCl可从盐酸体系中回收Fe(III),而且BCl的效果要优于MCl。     

Synthesis and characterization of acetylated sept-D-glucopyranose carbamate as an oligosaccharide donor简

An oligosaccharide donor, acetylated sept-o-glucopyranose tetradecyl carbamate, was designed and synthesized. This compound could be easily linked to hydroxyl-containing compounds through an Oglycosidic bond. Characterization of all the oligosaccharide intermediates and the final product was thoroughly discussed.     

Synthesis of cyclopentenyl and cyclohexenyl ketones via [3 + 2] and [4 + 2] annulations of 1,2-allenic ketones简

In this paper, an efficient synthesis of cyclopentenyl ketones and cyclohexenyl ketones through tertiary phosphine catalyzed [3 ＋ 2] and [4 ＋ 2] annulations of 1,2-allenic ketones with activated alkenes has been developed. Compared with published synthetic methods on cyclopentenyl ketones and cyclohexenyl ketones, the protocols developed in this paper have the advantages such as readily available starting materials, mild reaction conditions and high efficiency.     

A facile synthesis of a novel energetic surfactant 1-amino-3-dodecyl-1, 2, 3-triazolium nitrate

1-Amino-3-dodecyl-1,2,3-triazolium nitrate, as a novel energetic surfactant, has been synthesized in four steps, namely addition-elimination, cyclization, alkylation and metathesis. Its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, and MS. The effects of various reaction parameters, including stoichiometry, reaction temperature and time, were investigated in details. In addition, the physical and chemical properties of this energetic surfactant were measured.     

Perfluorinated compounds in blood of textile workers and barbers

12 perfluorinated compounds（PFCs） in human blood from workers in a textile mill in Shandong province and several barbershops in Tianjin were analyzed in this study. It was found that perfluorooctanesulfonate（PFOS） and perfluorooctanoate（PFOA） were the most prominent PFCs, with average concentrations of 5.73 mg/L and 5.46 mg/L for textile workers, and 2.55 mg/L and 2.84 mg/L for barbers.PFOS and perfluorohexanesulfonate（PFHxS） concentrations revealed a positive correlation in blood samples（p 〈 0.01）, and concentrations among PFOS, perfluorononanoic acid（PFNA） and perfluorodecanoic acid（PFDA） also revealed positive correlations（p 〈 0.01）. The influence of gender and age on PFC concentration in blood was also investigated, and the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the male and female samples, as well as in samples from people with different ages. Synthesis of 5-functionalized-1,2,3-triazoles via a one-pot aerobic oxidative coupling reaction of alkynes and azicles

In this paper, an efficient synthesis of 5-alkynyl-1,2,3-triazoles through a one-pot aerobic oxidative coupling reaction of various alkynes and azides has been developed. Further derivatization of 5-alkynyl-1,2,3-triazoles readily yielded 5-carbonyl-1,2,3-triazoles, 5-carboxylic-1,2,3-triazole, 5-hydroxyalkyl-1,2,3-triazoles and 5-quinoxaline-1,2,3-triazole, which provided an entry into structurally diverse 5-functionalized-1,2,3-triazoles.     

Synthesis and in vitro cytotoxic activities of sorafenib derivatives

A series of novel sorafenib derivatives have been designed and synthesized.The cytotoxic activities of these compounds were tested in three tumor cell lines.Most of the compounds showed potent antiproliferative activity against the tested cell lines with IC50= 0–20 mmol/L.Some compounds demonstrated competitive antiproliferative activities to sorafenib against all three cancer cell lines.Among them,compound 5g demonstrated significant inhibitory activity against A549,ACHN and MDAMB-231 cell lines with IC50values of 1.29,1.99,3.11 mmol/L,respectively.     

Design of novel bis-benzimidazole derivatives as DNA minor groove binding agents

A new series of bis-benzimidazole derivatives were designed and synthesized.In vitro cytotoxicity evaluation showed that these compounds exhibited high activity against the selected tumor cells.Among them,compound 9 owned the best potential,its IC_(50) values being 5.95 μmol/L(mononuclear tumor cell line(U937)) and 5.58 μmol/L(cervical cancer cell(HeLa)).Fluorescence and UV-vis studies showed that compound 9 could bind into the minor groove of DNA.
