呋喃甲酰基吡唑啉酮缩邻苯二胺铀(Ⅵ)钍(Ⅳ)配合物的合成、表征及生物活性

分别合成了U(Ⅵ)和Th(Ⅳ)与双席夫碱N，N’-双[(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氧-4吡唑啉基α-呋喃次甲基]邻苯二亚胺(HPMα FP)2pen形成的新配合物．通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱及摩尔电导等方法测试，确定其组成为：[UO2(PMαFP)2pen]和[Th(PMαFP)2pen(NO3)2]．对新配合物的结构与性质进行了表征．抗菌实验表明，配合物具有一定的生物活性．     

一种蓝色荧光材料的合成

本文设计和合成了一种带有吡唑啉侧链基因的低聚酰胺,可用作蓝色荧光材料。分子中特殊的氢键序列(AADADD)及芳酰胺链可与制着器件所用的高分子基材分子之间的形成较强的作用力,从而将发光基团“铆定”在功能膜中。     

吡啶酰胺在Cd(Ⅱ)存在下的醇解反应及结构表征

酰基吡唑啉酮双席夫碱配合物的电子结构、成键性与生物活性

The electronic structures of N,N′-bis[(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-oxo-4-pyrazolinyl) α-furylmethylidyne]ethylendii- mine (and -o-phenylendiimine), and their complexes of transition metals M (M=Ni, Cu, Co, Pd, Pt) have been calculated by B3LYP method of DFT. Their geometries and bonding characters are discussed, and the relationship between their bioactivities and electronic structures are also discussed from the calculated results of electronic populations and frontier orbital energies.

三嗪酮杀虫活性分子的合成及生物活性

为发展更加高效的三嗪酮杀虫活性分子,本文设计合成了16种氨基部分被取代的三嗪酮衍生物,并测试了其杀虫、抑菌活性。杀虫活性测试表明:在浓度为600mg·kg~(-1)时,化合物N-(苯基氧羰基)-N-(6-甲基-3-氧代-2,3-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪-4(5H)-基)氨基甲酸苯酯(3e,100%、100%、100%)的杀棉铃虫、玉米螟、粘虫活性高于吡蚜酮(20%,35%,50%)。在浓度为0.5mg·kg~(-1)时,化合物3e(60%)的杀蚊幼虫活性高于吡蚜酮(0)。抑菌活性测试表明:三嗪酮酰胺衍生物对玉米小斑病菌和西瓜炭疽病菌表现出较高的抑菌活性;而三嗪酮亚胺衍生物对小麦纹枯病菌表现出较高的抑菌活性。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Metronidazole-derived Compound

A MET-OH derivative,MET-OTs 1,was designed,prepared and structurally charac-terized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c,with a=16.1178(14),b=7.5473(6),c=13.4161(11),V= 1520.3(2)3,β=111.3210(10)o,Z=4,Dc=1.421 g/cm3 and F(000)=680.     

化学酶法合成光学纯亮氨酸

用化学酶法合成L-亮氨酸，先在PdCl2/PPh3/LiBr/H2SO4催化体系作用下，异戊醛酰胺羰基化合成消旋的N-乙酰基亮氨酸；然后在酰基转移酶催化下水解，得到L-亮氨酸和N-乙酰基-D-亮氨酸．文中对酰胺羰基化反应条件进行了优化，分离得到消旋N-乙酰基亮氨酸产率为66．4％．经酶对映选择地水解后得L-亮氨酸，产率为41％，产物L-亮氨酸经衍生化后由气相色谱测定其光学纯度达99％ee．

The title compound (C30H27NO3) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from β-benzoylthioacetanilide, benzaldehyde and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, and its struc- ture was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P, with a = 6.325(2), b = 11.243(3), c = 17.553(4) , α = 87.306(4), β = 80.822(4), γ = 77.798(4)°, V = 1204.2(5) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 449.53, Dc = 1.240 g/cm3, μ = 0.080 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.0970 for 2301 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).
