群柱虫内酯官能团化的C2-C10片段的立体选择性合成

本文以廉价的消旋甲基戊二酸酐为起始原料,完成了具有抗肿瘤活性的海洋天然产物群柱虫内酯（Clavulactone）官能团化的C2-C10片段的立体选择性合成。使用的关键方法包括不对称去对称化获得光学纯手性孤立甲基,和RCM方法构建顺式烯烃。该片段的获得为群柱虫内酯的全合成提供了基础。     

卷烟主流烟气中挥发性醛酮和苯的P&T-GC分析

挥发性羰基化合物和苯是卷烟烟气中重要的有害物质,为此建立了P&T-GC法测定卷烟样品主流烟气中的乙醛、丙醛、丁醛、丙酮、2-丁酮和苯.该方法不用2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化,不用有机溶剂萃取和浓缩,减少了对环境的污染,具有灵敏度高、检出限低、定量准确、操作简便等特点.结果表明:方法有较好的重复性,相对标准偏差在5.39%以下;检出限为0.85 ng/支～6.55 ng/支;6种物质的回收率在89.22%～98.21%之间.     

一锅法合成缩氨硫脲类化合物

香草醛和肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯经一锅法合成了两个新的缩氨硫脲类化合物,其结构经UV, 1H NMR, IR和元素分析表征.     

$L^{\Phi}(I,X)$中的最佳同时逼近

Let X be a Banach space and Ф be an Orlicz function. Denote by L^Ф（I,X） the space of X-valued （I）-integrable functions on the unit interval I equipped with the Luxemburg norm. For f1,f2,... ,fm ∈ L^Ф（I,X）, a distance formula distv（f1,f2,... ,fm,L^Ф（I,G）） is presented, where G is a close subspace of X. Moreover, some existence and characterization results concerning the best simultaneous approximation of L^Ф （I, G） in L^Ф （I, X） axe given.     

超高效液相色谱法测定卷烟生物碱向主流烟气的迁移率

建立超声萃取-超高效液相色谱法测定可替宁、降烟碱、麦斯明、新烟碱和烟碱5种烟丝生物碱向主流烟气迁移的方法。以5%氢氧化钠和乙醇溶液为溶剂,对卷烟烟丝样品和烟气样品进行超声萃取30min,将萃取液过固相萃取小柱,0.22μm滤膜,直接用配置TUV检测器的超高效液相色谱进行分析,测得可替宁、降烟碱、麦斯明、新烟碱和烟碱向主流烟气的迁移率。结果表明：该法适合批量卷烟烟气中5种生物碱的快速分析。     

吹扫捕集气相色谱法分析化妆品中挥发性化合物

建立了同时测定化妆品中7种挥发性化合物的吹扫捕集气相色谱法（PT-GC）,该方法最大的优点就是不用任何有机溶剂对样品萃取和浓缩,减少了对环境的污染,具有灵敏度高、检出限低、定量准确、操作简便等特点。结果表明：此方法有较好的重复性,相对标准偏差在6%以下;检出限为0.3056-7.1373ng/mL;7种物质的回收率在80.87%—107.15%之间。     

Existence and Stability of Static Solutions of the Landau-Lifshitz Equation with Multi-direct Effective Field

We prove the existence of solutions of the static Landau-Lifshitz equation with multidirect effective field and with Dirichlet boundary condition, and establish the stability of the solution of Landau-Lifshitz equation with respect to time.     

Butyrolactones derivatives from the fermentation products of a plant entophytic fungus Penicillium oxalicum

Two new butyrolactone derivatives, terrelactones A and B (1 and 2), together with four known butyrolactone derivatives (3–6), were isolated from the fermentation products of the fungus Penicillium oxalicum 0403. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. The anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activities of 1 and 2 were evaluated. The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 exhibited high anti-TMV activity with inhibition rates of 25.5% and 27.4%, respectively. The inhibition rate is close to that of positive control (28.9%).     

A new cyclic dipeptide from cultures of Coprinus plicatilis

Three cyclic dipeptides (1–3), including one new compound (1) were isolated from cultures of the basidiomycetes Coprinus plicatilis. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 2D NMR techniques. At the same time, all compounds were tested for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines.
