Extreme fast charging (XFC) of high-energy Li-ion batteries is a key enabler of electrified transportation. While previous studies mainly focused on improving Li ion mass transport in electrodes and electrolytes, the limitations of charge transfer across electrode–electrolyte interfaces remain underexplored. Herein we unravel how charge transfer kinetics dictates the fast rechargeability of Li-ion cells. Li ion transfer across the cathode–electrolyte interface is found to be rate-limiting during XFC, but the charge transfer energy barrier at both the cathode and anode have to be reduced simultaneously to prevent Li plating, which is achieved through electrolyte engineering. By unlocking charge transfer limitations, 184 Wh kg−1 pouch cells demonstrate stable XFC (10-min charge to 80 %) which is otherwise unachievable, and the lifetime of 245 Wh kg−1 21700 cells is quintupled during fast charging (25-min charge to 80 %).  相似文献

Anionic aqueous polyurethane dispersion was prepared by using carboxyl acid group to make the polyurethane dispersible, and then nanograde core-shell and crosslinked IPN structure polyurethane/polyacrylate composite latex (PUA) were synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization method with polyurethane dispersion as seed. FTIR, DSC, dynamic light scattering, TEM, ESCA, TGA, electronic tensile machine were employed to investigate the structures and properties of the composite latex and their polymers. Meanwhile the core-shell composite PUA emulsion and the crosslinked IPN composite PUA emulsion were compared. The results showed that the particle morphology of PUA composite emulsion is inverted core-shell structure with polyacrylate as the core and with polyurethane as the shell. The morphology of the crosslinked PUA emulsion was multi-core structure. The surface in core-shell PUA contains rich PU phase. The phase structure of the crosslinked PUA is more uniform. Three transition temperatures are observed for the core-shell composite PUA, two transitions are observed for the film from the crosslinked PUA. The TGA curves of core-shell PUA and crosslinked PUA exhibit two stages, the first stage corresponds to the thermal decomposition of hard segments in seed polyurethane; the second stage corresponds to the decomposition of soft segments in PUA and decomposition of polyacrylate. With the increase of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) amounts in PUA composite emulsions, the tensile strength of the PUA films as well as the average diameter of the PUA composite emulsion particles increase, the elongation at break of the PUA films decreases.  相似文献

采用单茂钛CpTiCl3和二茂钛金属化合物(n-BuCp)2TiCl2,引发剂4-甲氧苯基缩水甘油基醚(I1),1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油基醚(I2),4,4′-亚甲基二(N,N-二缩水甘油基苯胺)(I4)和苯基缩水甘油基醚甲醛共聚物(I5)及还原剂Sn组成引发体系,引发苯乙烯活性自由基聚合,合成线型和多臂聚合物.探讨了不同茂钛金属化合物、引发剂和还原剂对苯乙烯聚合的影响;并采用13C-NMR和GPC对聚苯乙烯的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明所得聚合物是无规聚苯乙烯,聚合物分子量高,分子量分布窄.聚合行为属于活性自由基聚合.  相似文献

以超细橡胶粒子与有机磷酸盐成核剂复配的方法制备了一种新型复合成核剂,通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)比较了复合成核剂改性PP以及有机磷酸盐成核剂改性PP的结晶温度、等温结晶行为及等温结晶动力学;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的能谱附件和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了复合成核剂的微观形态及其在PP中的分散情况.研究结果表明,复合成核剂中超细橡胶粒子作为载体使有机磷酸盐成核剂附着在其表面,提高了成核剂在聚丙烯中的分散性,因而提高了成核剂的成核效率,当成核剂用量较小时,即可明显提高PP的结晶速率和力学性能.  相似文献

Graphene oxide (GO) sheets were pre-modified with a typical piezoelectric polymer, poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF), using a simple supercritical carbon dioxide (SC CO2) method, and then the PVDF-decorated GO was added into a PVDF matrix by solution blending. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed that the decorating degree of PVDF on the surface of the GO increased significantly with increasing of SC CO2 pressure and PVDF concentration. The mechanism of the polymer adsorption on the GO sheets through favorable interaction between the GO and PVDF chains was identified via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Further, the crystallization behavior of PVDF/GO composites was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), FTIR and polarized optical microscopy (POM). Interestingly, the composite with PVDF-decorated GO as the filler showed higher β-phase content compared to the composite with pristine GO as the filler. The study showed that the supercritical fluid-induced epitaxial crystallization process has significant potential for fabricating functional GO-based nanocomposties containing piezoelectric or conducting materials.  相似文献

基于低频部分元等效电路(PEEC)模型计算接地回路电流和电势分布,研究分析了共地传导干扰机理。基于混合位积分方程建立了低频PEEC模型,并与边界元方法的结果对比验证其准确性。基于PEEC模型实现对导体中三维电流分布的计算,获得了典型大导体接地回路的电流分布,分析了频率对电流分布的影响特性。结果表明,地导体中电流分布主要集中在接地极附近,两接地极间会由于电感感抗的影响而呈现出电势差,揭示了接地回路中的共地传导干扰机理,建立的PEEC模型能够有效应用于共地干扰分析与抑制。  相似文献

We have investigated the electrorheological properties of dispersions of semi-conducting particles in oils and elastomers. We focused on how the dynamic mechanical properties measured under oscillatory shearing change with the viscosity of the oil or the elasticity of the elastomer. The dependence on electric field and strain amplitude were also investigated. We found that the largest increment of the mechanical properties under electric fields was obtained when using oils of low viscosity and elastomers of low elasticity. The strain amplitude which produced the largest variation with electric field was found to be 0.1% for the elastomer systems, but significantly larger (1%) for the oil systems. These results are interpreted in terms of a model based on the competition between the dipole–dipole electrostatic interaction (which acts to maintain neighbouring particles together) and the shearing force due to the deformation of the matrix (which acts to separate the particles). We find that there are parallels between the electrorheological behaviour of particles dispersed in elastomers and the behaviour of particles dispersed in oils. These results should find application in the selection of suitable matrix materials for electrorheological suspensions.  相似文献

A thin palladium composite membrane was produced by modified electroless plating procedure. Compared with the conventional electroless plating procedure, the modified electroless plating procedure consists of the activation of a ceramic substrate by the sol–gel process of a Pd(II)-modified boehmite sol. Additionally, the infiltration of an electroless plating solution to a porous substrate during the deposition of palladium was employed with the filter device to improve adherence of a palladium layer to a substrate. The resulting membrane with a thickness of about 1 μm has a high compactness. The membrane shows a hydrogen selectivity of 20–130 for H2/N2, and a hydrogen flux of 1.8–87 m3/m2·h, depending on operation conditions.  相似文献
