标题配合物 [Cu(C8H4 F3O2 S) 2 (C12 H8N2 ) ]·C3H6 O属于三斜晶系 ,空间群为P1,并测得如下晶胞参数a =10 .5 77(3) ,b =15 .72 2 (4) ,c =10 .133(2 ) ,α =94 .5 3(2 ) ,β =10 0 .81(2 ) ,γ =96 .18(2 )° ,V =16 37.0 3 3,Z =2 ,Mr =74 4.18,Dx =1.5 1× 10 6 g·m- 3,F(0 0 0 ) =5 2 6 ,μ =8 2 4cm- 1,最终偏差因子为R =0 .0 83,Rw=0 .0 74。Cu(II)与 2个 4 ,4 ,4 三氟 1 (2 噻吩基 )丁二酮 1,3中的四个氧原子和菲咯啉中的两个氮原子 ,组成了一个畸变的八面体构型。

综述了自顺铂、卡铂后符合经典构效关系的铂类抗肿瘤药物的发展概况，按载体配基和离去基团的结构特征进行了分类，总结了各类配合物的构效关系和临床进展，其中重点对手性二胺配体的铂(Ⅱ)配合物进行了介绍。并讨论了顺铂、卡铂、奥沙利铂的作用机理。     

5-氨基-1,10-菲咯啉：可异构化杂环螯合荧光载体作为比例计量型锌离子荧光探针的一种原型

5-amino-l,10-phenanthroline （5-AP）, as a tautomeric heterocyclic aromatic chelating fluorophore （THACF）, can sense Zn^2＋ selectively by shifting emission from 495 to 564 nm upon Zn^2＋ addition in ethanol. The ratiometric fluorescent sensing behavior has been correlated to the tautomerization of 5-AP affected by solvents and metal chelation. The strategy using THACF as ratiometric fluorescent sensor for Zn^2＋ not only simplifies the synthetic procedure but also gives a promising alternative for Zn^2＋ ratiometric fluorescent sensor design.

Compound [Zn(phen)₃][BDA] (1) (BDA=6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-4,4′-disulfonate, phen= 1,10-phenanthroline) composes of the anion part (racemic-(R,S)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-4,4′-disulfonate ) and the cation part which consists of a racemic octahedrally coordinated zinc center defined six nitrogen atoms from three phen rings to form an inorganic chirality that can be resolution by chiral organic ligand, the 3D framework was formed through the strong H-bonding interaction between sulfonate and water. [{Zn(3-SBA)(2，2′-bipy)(H2O)2}·H2O]n的合成和晶体结构研究

A novel coordination ploymer [{Zn(3-SBA)(2,2′-bipy)(H₂O)₂}·H₂O]_n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of 3-Na₂SBA, ZnSO₄·7H₂O and 2,2′-bipy. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title coordination ploymer crystallized in monoclinic with space group P2₁, a=0.803 42(18) nm, b=1.501 8(3) nm, c=0.821 13(19) nm, β=109.350(4)°. The coordination polymer has an infinite chain structure and its luminescent property has also been studied. CCDC: 282746.

傅里叶变换红外光谱和气相色谱-质谱法快速检测鼠药

用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)差谱技术和气相色谱．质谱(GC/MS)全扫描法及特征离子监测技术，建立了毒鼠强和氟乙酰胺的标准质谱图库。利用有机溶剂直接萃取与FT-IR和GC/MS的结合，建立了混合组分原形物中毒鼠强和氟乙酰胺的快速检测方法。对7份实际样品的鉴定获得满意的结果。建立的方法为侦破案件提供了快速、灵敏、准确、有效的分析手段。     

[NH3(CH2)5NH3][Fe2{O3PC(CH3)(OH)(PO3H)}2]@2H2O:一个新的二膦酸亚铁化合物的合成、结构与性质研究（英文）

通过水热合成得到一个新的有机二膦酸亚铁化合物[NH3(CH2)5NH3][Fe2Ⅱ(O3PC(CH3)(OH)(PO3H)}2]·2H2O,该化合物包含阴离子型共价双链[Fe2Ⅱ{O3PC(CH3)(OH)PO3H}2]n2n-,质子化的戊二胺和结晶水,双链之间通过强氢键构成一个开放型的骨架结构.另外,观察到亚铁离子之间存在弱铁磁性相互作用.     

双核三螺旋铁配合物的合成和结构

本文选择了2-羟基-1-萘醛与水合肼形成的席夫碱,[(HO)(C₁₀H₆)CH=N-N=CH(C₁₀H₆)(OH)],作为配体,设计组装了双核三螺旋的三价铁配合物。配合物中每一个铁离子以准八面体的配位方式分别与三个NO双齿单元配位, 三个配体分别桥联两个金属形成特定的三螺旋构型。分子内和分子间的π-π堆积作用对螺旋体的形成和堆积方式起着十分重要的作用。作为对照,本文还报道了配体的晶体结构。
