As(Ⅴ)存在下阻尼动力学荧光法测定痕量As(Ⅲ)

基于KBrO3与HCl反应,其产物能使丁基罗丹明B荧光猝灭,在As（Ⅴ）共存时As（Ⅲ）能灵敏抑制该反应,据此建立了测定痕量As（Ⅲ）的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,测定As（Ⅲ）的线性范围为7.7～153.8 ng/mL,方法的检出限为2.9 ng/mL.对30.8和92.3 ng/mL的As（Ⅲ）标准溶液平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差分别为1.3%和0.62%.并考察了常见物质的干扰情况.该方法用于环境水样中痕量As（Ⅲ）分析,回收率在98%～105%之间.并提出了可能的反应机理.     

新颖孤立的金属环组装而成的三维氢键超分子化合物的合成及晶体结构

A novel discrete dinuclear metaUacyclic copper（Ⅱ） complex, [Cu2L2（H2O）2]·3H2O （1） has been firstly prepared where L is derived from the 1 ; 2 condensation of 2,2＇-bipyridyl-3,3＇-diformylhydrazide and acetone during the formation of the complex. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis determines that the complex consists of dinuclear metallacyclic units [Cu2L2（H2O）2] where two metal centers are linked together through two bis（chelating） bridge ligands L to form a bizarre cavity with size 0.9417 nm× 0.4999 nm× 0.6930 nm. Interestingly, the metal coordination also creates hydrogen bond sites that further aggregate these metallacycles into a 3D supramolecular structure with 2D perpendicular hydrophilic tunnels in crystal.     

酰基硫脲分子内氢键与取代基效应的定量关系

对２３个Ｎ－二茂铁甲酰基－Ｎ’－芳基硫脲和４个Ｎ－苯甲酰基－Ｎ’－芳基硫脲的δβ－ＮＨ与各种取代胺的碱性强度ｐＫｂ及苯环下取代基常数σ进行了系统的定量关系研究。结果提示了此类化合物的分子内氢键与取代基效应之间的定量关系。     

EFFECT OF IONIC RADII ON UNIT-CELL VOLUMES OF ISOSTRUCTURAL COMPOUNDS

The relation between cell-edges or unit-cell volumes of isostructural compounds and theionic radii has wide applications in crystal chemistry. The authors have proved: (1) For a series of multiple isostructural compounds such as A_mB_n…X_p, when the anionand other cations are fixed, there exists the following relation between the unit-cell volume Vand the radius r_A of a certain cation such as A: V = (a + br_A)(r_X + r_A)~3 (a and b are constants). (2) For binary isostructural compounds A_mX_p, the above relation is reduced to V = k(r_X + r_A)~3 (k is a constant). (3) For binary isostructural compounds the relation between V and r_A~3 is approximatelylinear, and for multiple compounds, it is often curvilinear but still approximately linear whenthe variation of r_A is slight. As another approximation, a linear relation also exists betweenV and r_A for isostructural compounds. (4) The relation of ce1l-edge a vs. r_A is linear for binary isostructural compounds. Butno such a good linear relation exists fo     

间接液相色谱电化学法测定酯类化合物

本文用间接液相色谱电化学的方法对非电活性的酯类混合物甲酸甲酯、甲酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯进行了分离和测定,其线性范围分别是3.2×10~(-9)～4.4×10~(-8)mol、2.4×10~(-9)～2.8×10~(-8)mol、2.0×10~(-9)～4.0×10~(-8)mol和2.2×10~(-9)～2.4×10~(-8)mol。对甲酸甲酯8次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.89％。     

顶空/气相色谱-质谱法测定圆珠笔中8种挥发性苯系物

建立了顶空/气相色谱-质谱法测定圆珠笔中8种挥发性苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、异丙苯、邻二甲苯和苯乙烯)含量的分析方法。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为70℃和40 min,以HP-INNOWax色谱柱(60 m×320μm×0.25μm)分离,采用选择离子监测模式(SIM)检测,外标法定量。结果显示,8种苯系物在0.005～0.5 mg/L质量浓度范围内均与对应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r~20.999),检出限(S/N=3)为0.01～0.02 mg/kg,加标回收率为86.0%～104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%～9.6%。该方法操作简单,快速,且灵敏度高,适用于圆珠笔中挥发性苯系物的快速检测。     

4-酰基-双(1,3-二苯基-5-吡唑啉酮)铽(Ⅲ)配合物的和成及荧光性质

合成了3种4－酰基－双（1，3－二苯基－5－吡唑啉酮），1，5－双（1′，3′－二苯基－5′－吡唑啉酮－4′－基）－1，5－戊二酮；1，6－双（1′，3′－二苯基－5′－吡唑啉酮－4′－基）－1，6－己二酮和1，10－双（1′，3′－二苯基－5′－吡唑啉酮－4′－基）－1，10－癸二酮，通过元素分析，红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物组成进行了表征，合成了它们的Tb(Ⅲ）二元和三元[1,10-二氮杂菲（Phen)或2，2′－联吡啶（Dipy)]配合物，测定了配合物的荧光光谱，对其荧光性质进行了研究，结果表明，配合物发射Tb(Ⅲ）的特征荧光，4－酰基0双（1，3－二苯基－5－吡唑啉酮）配体的三重态能级与Tb(Ⅲ）的最低激发态（5D4）能级匹配较好，配合物荧光强度随4－酰基－双（1，3－二苯基－5－吡唑啉酮）配体2个吡唑环间碳链的增长而减弱，第2配体Phen和Dipy具有荧光增强作用，且前者优于后者。′     

三正丁基膦参与的二苯联硒与吖啶及环氧化合物的开环反应

Aziridines and epoxides were reacted with diphenyl diselenide in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of （n-Bu）3P, respectively, giving β-amino- or β-hydroxy selenides in moderate to excellent yields under mild conditions. In the reactions the （n-Bu）3P might act as a reductant though it was a nucleophilic catalyst in other similar ring-opening reactions.     

流动注射-氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定香烟接装纸中的痕量砷

将流动注射-氢化物发生和原子吸收光谱法有机的结合起来,探讨了流动注射-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定香烟接装纸中砷的最佳条件。样品经消解后,加入还原剂,使五价砷还原为三价,在盐酸介质中和硼氢化钾反应生成砷化氢,进入电热石英管原子化测定。检测结果相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为96.7%~104%,方法检出限为0.18μg/L。     

N-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑基）-N'-芳甲酰基脲的合成与生物活性

以5-氨基-1H-1，2，4-三唑-3-羧酸与酰基异氰酸酯反应，合成了15个新的N- 5-（1H-1，2，4-三唑基）-N'-芳甲酰基脲，用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分 析确证了其结构，并进行了室内生物活性测试。生测试验证明部分酰基脲类化合物 具有良好的植物生长调节活性，其中N-5（3-羧基-1，2，4-三唑基）-N'-o-氯苯甲 酰基脲、N-5-（3-羧基-1，2，4-三唑基）-N'-o-溴苯甲酰基脲和N-5-(3-羧基-1， 2，4-三唑基）-N'-p(或m)-甲基苯甲酰基脲具有优良的生长素活性。
