Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin films are deposited on platinized silicon substrate by sol-gel process. The crystal structure and surface morphology of PZT thin films are characterized by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. Depth-sensing nanoindentation system is used to measure mechanical characteristics of PZT thin films. X-ray diffraction analyses confirm the single-phase perovskite structures of all PZT thin films. Nanoindentation measurements reveal that the indentation modulus and hardness of PZT thin films are related with the grain size and crystalline orientation. The increases of the indentation modulus and hardness with grain size are observed, indicating the reverse Hall-Petch effect. Furthermore, the indentation modulus of (1 1 1)-oriented PZT thin film is higher than those of (1 0 0)- and random-oriented films. The consistency between experimental data and numerical results of the effective indentation moduli for fiber-textured PZT thin films using Voigt-Reuss-Hill model is obtained. 相似文献

Based on diffusion-limited aggregation process, a convenient nanotechnique is demonstrated to obtain large silver fractal networks for a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-active substrate. The silver fractal networks are of high SERS enhancement factor, large dynamical range. Surface chemistry of pitch-based spherical activated carbon (PSAC) was modified by chemical vapor deposition of NH3 (NH3-CVD) to improve the adsorption properties of uric acid. The texture and surface chemistry of PSAC were studied by N2 adsorption, pHPZC (point of zero charge), acid-base titration and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). NH3-CVD has a limited effect on carbon textural characteristics but it significantly changed the surface chemical properties, resulting in positive effects on uric acid adsorption. After modification by NH3-CVD, large numbers of nitrogen-containing groups (especially valley-N and center-N) are introduced on the surface of PSAC, which is responsible for the increase of pHPZC, surface basicity and uric acid adsorption capacity. Pseudo-second-order kinetic model can be used to describe the dynamic adsorption of uric acid on PSAC, and the thermodynamic parameters show that the adsorption of uric acid on PSAC is spontaneous, endothermic and irreversible process in nature. 相似文献

Iodine release in potassium iodide solution has been investigated under the irradiations of ultrasound and visible light respectively and simultaneously. We have observed that the amount of iodine liberated under the combined irradiation of ultrasound and visible light is larger than the sum of that under the respective irradiations of ultrasound and visible light, indicating a synergistic effect of ultrasound and visible light irradiations. Based on the investigation of the reaction kinetics of iodine liberated, we have ascribed the synergistic effect to the perfect stirring of the photochemical reactor induced by the applying simultaneous ultrasound. The ideal stirring can result in the homogenization of the primary light effect in the whole reaction medium, which induces the acceleration of the photochemical reaction. On behavior of our knowledge, there are few reports on the investigations of utilizing the combination of ultrasonic energy and light energy to accelerate the reaction yield and rate as well as the kinetics of the reaction. 相似文献

Geometric distortion caused by B0 inhomogeneity is one of the most important problems for diffusion-weighted images (DWI) using single-shot, echo planar imaging (SS-EPI). In this study, large-deformation, diffeomorphic metric mapping (LDDMM) algorithm has been tested for the correction of geometric distortion in diffusion tensor images (DTI). Based on data from nine normal subjects, the amount of distortion caused by B0 susceptibility in the 3-T magnet was characterized. The distortion quality was validated by manually placing landmarks in the target and DTI images before and after distortion correction. The distortion was found to be up to 15 mm in the population-averaged map and could be more than 20 mm in individual images. Both qualitative demonstration and quantitative statistical results suggest that the highly elastic geometric distortion caused by spatial inhomogeneity of the B0 field in DTI using SS-EPI can be effectively corrected by LDDMM. This postprocessing method is especially useful for correcting existent DTI data without phase maps. 相似文献

Considering the mixture after muon‐catalyzed fusion (μ CF) reaction as overdense plasma, we study muon motion in the plasma produced by a superintense linearly polarized femtosecond laser pulse. Muon drift along the propagation of laser radiation remains after the end of the laser pulse. At the peak laser intensity of 1021W/cm2, muon goes from the skin layer into field‐free matter at short time which is much less than the pulse duration, before the laser pulse reaches its maximum. Besides, the influence of the laser on other particles in the plasma is less. Hence, this work can avoid muon sticking to alpha (α) effectively and reduce muon‐loss probability in μ CF. 利用电化学沉积方法在同一种富Co2+溶液Co2+/Cu2+=10∶1中,利用不同的沉积电位成功地制备了一系列不同成分(x=0.38—0.87)和复合相结构的CoxCu1-x纳米线阵列.发现随着纳米线中Cu含量的变化,CoxCu1-x纳米线的复相结构随之发生规律的变化,最终导致纳米线的磁性也随之规律的变化.随着纳米线中Cu含量的不断增加,一部分Cu与Co形成面心立方结构(fcc)的CoCu固溶体,减弱了磁晶各向异性与形状各向异性的竞争,从而提高样品的方形度;一部分Cu以fcc结构的Cu单质的形式存在于纳米线中,并随着Cu颗粒大小的不同分别起到破坏磁晶各向异性和钉扎畴壁的作用,从而增加纳米线的方形度和矫顽力.对比不同成分的样品,发现CoxCu1-x纳米线的方形度和矫顽力的最大值分别出现在Co75Cu25和Co60Cu40中,并且由于其特殊的复相结构致使它们的值要好于相同直径的单相结构的结果.
