The fully substituted cyclopentenedione core of madindoline A （1） and B （2） as potent and selective inhibitor of IL-6 has been synthesized efficiently. The quaternary carbon center C-2＇ was constructed on the basis of a newly developed AIEt3-promoted tandem reductive rearrangement of α-hydroxy epoxides.     

树状催化剂在不对称氢转移反应中的回收循环使用研究

以(1S,2R)-降麻黄碱为核心的第三代手性树状催化剂在对苯乙酮的不对称氢转移反应中可以方便的回收并循环使用. 该树状催化剂可以一共使用3次而保持对映选择性基本不变.     

食品中维生素D与25-羟基维生素D检测技术及含量分布研究进展

维生素D是一种对于维持人体健康具有重要作用的脂溶性维生素,25-羟基维生素D是其在人体内循环和存储的主要形式。食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D前处理的通常采用碱皂化、有机溶剂提取、固相萃取或者半制备色谱净化;其测定方法多为放射免疫法和液相色谱法。液相色谱串联质谱凭借高灵敏度和高准确度,目前在食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D测定中发挥重要作用。近年来二维液相色谱和超高效超临界流体色谱由于其强大的分离能力,在食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D的分析中表现出强大的潜力。该文综述了近年来食品中维生素D和25-羟基维生素D的检测方法及二者在动物食品和植物食品中的含量分布研究,以期为建立适合不同食物样品的测定方法,指导居民合理膳食,进行膳食摄入量评估等研究工作提供参考。

Characterization of Nested Hollow Inorganic Fullerene-like Tungsten Disulfide Nanoparticles Prepared by Solid-Gas Reaction

Non-carbon inorganic fullerene-like(IF) nanoscale materials have recently attracted intense interest due to their nested hollow and nanotube structures,In this letter,IF-WS2 nanoparticles prepared by solid-gas reaction were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the IF-WS2 nanoparticles have a nested hollow closed spherical structure with diameter of 100-150mm.

在水溶剂中并有三乙基苄基氯化铵（TEBA）存在下，取代芳亚甲基丙二腈与3- 甲基-1-苯基-2-吡唑啉-5-酮缩合成为3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-芳基-1-苯基-1， 4-二氢吡喃[2,3-c]吡唑，此法为相应化合物的合成提供了一种快速、方便、高效 和洁净的方法。     

低价钛引起的芳酮肟的反应

在低价钛试剂 (TiCl4/Sm)作用下取代苯乙酮肟发生脱肟反应生成酮 ,而在同样条件下 ,二芳酮肟则生成二芳酮、胺或希夫碱

基于一种柔性二羧酸和不同双咪唑配体构筑的两例钴-穿插网格

利用一种柔性二羧酸,辅以不同的双咪唑配体在水热条件下构筑了两例具有穿插特征的钴配位聚合物,{[Co(bimb)(L)]·H₂O}_n(1)和{[Co(bbix)(L)]₂}_n(2)(H₂L=4,4'-(2,2'-oxybis(ethane-2,1-diyl)bis(oxy))dibenzoic acid, bimb=1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), bbix=1,4-bis(benzimidazole-1-ylmethyl)-benzene)。单晶X-射线衍射研究发现配合物1为2D→3D 4-连sql拓扑构型的三重穿插网格;配合物2为3D 4-连6⁶ dia拓扑构型的六重穿插网格。该结构分析结果表明作为辅助配体的双咪唑配体的构型对配合物的穿插特征有重要影响。另外,我们还研究了配合物1和2的热稳定性及磁性。
