A New 3D Digitizer by Cutting and Scanning Layer-by-layer

A crucial element in the reverse engineering process is to obtain 3D data of the part or its CAD model. A new method is presented in this paper, which combines layer-by-layer cutting and scanning on each cross-section of a part with a milling machine and an image scanner respectively. The method can capture the internal and external profile informations of a complex-shaped part at the same precision simultaneously. When data files of 2D edges are imported into the 3D CAD/CAM package, the 3D data or 3D CAD model is acquired. According to the customers' requirements, the system can reach the highest accuracy of 5.4 μm, and a resolution of 2.7 μm in obtaining the 2D edges. The product is completely made now, on which experiments are conducted, which demonstrate the higher accuracy and efficiency.     

Nontrivial solutions for semilinear dirichlet forms via morse theory

Using variational methods and Morse theory, we obtain some existence results of multiple solutions for certain semilinear problems associated with general Dirichlet forms.

The method of p-harmonic approximation and optimal interior partial regularity for energy minimizing p-harmonic maps under the controllable growth condition

In this paper, we are concerned with the partial regularity for the weak solutions of energy minimizing p-harmonic maps under the controllable growth condition. We get the interior partial regularity by the p-harmonic approximation method together with the technique used to get the decay estimation on some Degenerate elliptic equations and the obstacle problem by Tan and Yan. In particular, we directly get the optimal regularity.     

First-Principle Calculations for Thermodynamic Properties of LiBC Under High Temperature and High Pressure

The thermodynamic properties of LiBC are investigated by using the full-potential linearized muffin-tin orbital method (FP-LMTO) within the frame of density functional theory (DFT) and using the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The dependencies of the normalized lattice parameters a/a0 and c/c0, the ratio (c/a)/2, the normalized primitive volume V/V0 on pressure and temperature are successfully obtained. It is found that the interlayer covalent interactions (Li-B bonds or Li-C bonds) are more sensitive to temperature and pressure than intralayer ones (B-C bonds), as gives rise to the extreme lattice anisotropy in the bulk hcp LiBC.

酞菁改性聚二乙烯基二茂铁的微波介电性能研究

通过在聚1,1′-二乙烯基二茂铁侧链引入酞菁铁对其化学改性,以GPC、IR、TGA、XPS及在1~12GHz频段的介电参数(ε,′ε″)对这种新型的二茂铁高分子进行表征,分析了该聚合物微波介电性能与结构的关系,同时掺杂碳纤维调节其电磁参数,发现改性后的聚酞菁二茂铁其介电性能有明显的提高。     

Outstanding Claims Reserving under Balanced Loss Function

In the reserve model of B-F, in order to make the estimated reserve of the accident year mean independent of the specific form of prior distribution, the credibility method is adopted. On the basis of \ncite{10} model, considering the relationship between the amount of claims in different years of progress in the same accident year, the optimal non-homogeneous and homogeneous credibility estimates of the accident year means are obtained under the balanced loss function. When \omega=0, the result is consistent with that of the original model, and the original model is generalized.
