Different electroluminescence spectrums of the blueλ max =420 nm wide-banded low-temperature low-voltage radiation of CdF2-RE films at different levels of excitation in the region of temperatures of 77–300K are investigated. The kinetic characteristics and temperature dependence of this radiation are explored. An effect of the resonance interaction of the centers of luminescence of the wide-band and line radiation of the RE-centers is found. A model of the center of the wide-band radiation is suggested. By reaction of pentacyclo[5.3.0.02,5.03,9.04,8]decane-6,10-dione 6-ethyleneketal with lithium aluminum hydride the corresponding hydroxyketal was obtained whose hydroxy group was replaced by chlorine at boiling in CCl4 in the presence of a 15% molar excess of triphenylphosphine. 6-Ethyleneketal of pentacyclo-[5.3.0.02,5.03,9.04,8]decan-6-one obtained by dechlorination of the chloroketal in a system lithium-t-BuOH in THF was hydrolyzed to ketone by heating in 10% sulfuric acid in the presence of THF. The obtained ketone was reduced along Wolf-Kishner reaction to pentacyclo[5.3.0.02,5.03,9.04,8]decane.  相似文献

A procedure for diabatization of quantum-chemical data is proposed that allows one to surmount the problem of -shaped peaks of nonadiabatic matrix elements \( < j|\frac{\partial }{{\partial R}}|k > \) by passing to a hybrid diabatic representation of a system of coupled channel equations of nuclear dynamics with the use of model nonadiabatic matrix elements that approach initially specified matrix elements. Results of the application of this method within the framework of the Landau–Zener model are presented for the example of the CaH collision system.  相似文献

Polymer-derived SiCN ceramics, annealed (also referred to as pyrolyzed) at 1000, 1100, and 1285 °C, and doped with Fe(III) acetylacetonate, are investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) from 4 to 120 K at X-band (9.425 GHz). In addition, the SiCN ceramic, annealed at 1100 °C, was studied by EPR at 300 K at W-band (93.96 GHz). There was observed a significant increase in EPR linewidth due to dangling bonds (g = 2.001) below 20 K at X-band. The low-field X-band FMR line (g ≈ 12) indicated the presence of ferromagnetic Fe5Si3 crystallites. There were found two EPR lines due to carbon-related dangling bonds: (1) those present as defects on the surface of the free-carbon phase (as sp2 carbon-related dangling bonds with g = 2.0011) and (2) those present within the bulk of carbon phase (as sp3 carbon-related dangling bonds with g = 2.0033). On the other hand, the intense low-field EPR signal observed at X-band was not observed at W-band. As well, there was observed splitting of the single broad EPR signal observed at g = 2.05 at X-band into two signals at W-band at g = 1.99 and g = 2.06, due to two different Fe-containing superparamagnetic nanocrystallites. Two new EPR signals, not observed at X-band, were observed at W-band, namely at g = 2.28 and g = 3.00, which are also due to g of these superparamagnetic nanocrystallites.  相似文献

The EPR spectra of the (BaF2)1 ? x (CeF3) x system are studied for the concentrations x = 0, 0.001, 0.002, 0.005, 0.01, and 0.02. The appearance of new tetragonal centers is detected beginning from x = 0.002, the intensity of these centers being maximal at x = 0.01. The (CaF2)1 ? x ? y (CeF3) x (YF3) y double solutions with x = 0.001 and y from 0 to 0.02 are also studied. In addition to the ordinary tetragonal center, beginning from y = 0.001, a new tetragonal center appears with the same structure as in the previously studied mixed crystals based on BaF2—namely, the Ce3+-□-R3+ chain elongated along the fourfold axis substitutes the Ca2+-Ca2+-Ca2+ and Ba2+-Ba2+-Ba2+ chains in regular CaF2 and BaF2 crystals (□ is the cation vacancy, and R3+ is the Ce3+, La3+, or Y3+ trivalent ion).  相似文献

We study paramagnetic resonance linewidth in a series of CaWO4 and CaMoO4 crystals with different concentrations of neodymium ions (0.0031–0.81 at %). Experimental data are interpreted in the framework of the statistical theory of line broadening by charged point defects. In our calculations, three different contributions are singled out: arising from the local electric fields, electric field gradients and magnetic fields of the nearby point defects. The interaction parameters are determined from the spectroscopic data available for Nd:CaWO4 crystal. Direct calculations of the linewidth are performed for different crystal orientations with respect to external magnetic field. We conclude that major contribution to the broadening comes from the interactions with random electric fields produced by neodymium and charge compensator ions.  相似文献

We report on the results of a study of the acceleration dynamics of an aluminum liner to a velocity of 5.5 km/s using continuous recording of velocity (velocity interferometer system for any reflector (VISAR) and Fabry-Perot interferometer) and motion trajectory (radiointerferometer and resistive transducer) in air and in a helium atmosphere. It is found that for liner velocities exceeding 4.0 and 5.0 km/s, the displacement of the shock wave front is recorded by the radiointerferometer in air and helium, respectively. At these velocities, the conductivities of air and helium behind the shock wave front are estimated.  相似文献
