（±）—Salvinolone的全合成研究

以２－（３，４－环己基类二氧－５－异丙基）苯基乙醇（２）和３－异丙氧基－５，５－二甲基－１，３－环己烯酮（４）为原料，利用羰基α－位的烷基化反应和分子内的Ｆｒｉｅｄｅｌ－Ｃａｒｆｔｓ反应为关键步骤，经９步反应，合成了多氧芳香型三环二萜类天然产物Ｓａｌｖｉｎｏｌｏｎｅ。     

柠檬酸与乙酸酐混合溶液中分光光度法测定盐酸西布曲明

柠檬酸和乙酸酐混合溶液与盐酸西布曲明在80℃的水浴中加热30 min,反应后使溶液呈紫黑色,在330 nm波长处吸收最大,据此建立测定盐酸西布曲明的分光光度法.盐酸西布曲明的质量浓度在0.17～18.5 mg·L-1范围内遵守比耳定律,相关系数为0.998 9,表观摩尔吸光率为8.16×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为61.5μg·L-1.用于曲美胶囊中盐酸西布曲明的测定,测定结果与高效液相色谱法结果相符,其相对标准偏差(n=6)值均小于0.5%.     

丙环唑配合物的合成、缓释性能及生物活性研究

Five propiconazole(L) complexes (ML₂Cl₂, M=Zn(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ); ML₄Cl₂, M=Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ)) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. These complexes exhibited favorable controlled release property, it took 40 to 120 hours to release 85% amount of ligand in the water. The toxicity determination to Botrytis cinera, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Gibberella zeae, Fussrium moniliforme and Colletotrichum orbiculare indicated that the fungicidal activities of the complexes were better than that of the ligand except Mn-complex to Rhizoctonia cereali. The EC50 of Zn-propiconazole were 0.045 2～0.144 1 μg·mL^-1, Co- and Ni-propiconazole were 0.066 3～0.210 4 μg·mL^-1 and 0.183 9～0.340 7 μg·mL^-1, respectively, and Mn-propiconazole were only 0.353 6～0.538 0 μg·mL^-1. The growth regulation experiment to wheat seeding by dressing treating indicated that inhibiting activities of the complexes to root length and stem height were weaker than that of the ligand.

苯丙氨酸改性树枝状聚赖氨酸的合成及表征

以双芴甲氧羰基赖氨酸(Di- Fmoc -Lysine)为支化单元采用固相多肽合成技术制备了一种树枝状聚赖氨酸.该聚合物表面活性氨基通过与芴甲氧羰基苯丙氨酸(Fmoc- Phe)反应获得表面完全替代的苯丙氨酸改性树枝状聚赖氨酸.产物的分子量和结构经MS和NMR进行了表征.研究结果表明,利用该方法得到的产物分子量单一,是一种潜在的理想非病毒治疗载体.     

电子俘获材料Zn_4B_6O_(13)∶Dy~(3+)的热释光特性研究

通过高温固相扩散反应合成了稀土元素镝掺杂的 Zn4 - x B6 O1 3∶ x Dy3+ 磷光体 .测定了该化合物在高能6 0 Co伽玛射线辐照下的热释发光曲线和三维热释光谱 .三维热释光谱表明 ,位于大约 480 nm和 5 80 nm的发光谱带来自于 Dy3+ 离子的 f-f 跃迁 .基质中掺杂的 Dy3+ 离子浓度的变化能够改变陷阱的相对分布 ,随着Dy3+浓度的增加 ,发光峰温向高温方向移动 ,这可提高剂量器的热稳定性 .当辐照剂量增加时 ,发光峰温亦向高温方向移动 ,即陷阱加深 .确定了 Zn3.86 B6 O1 3∶ 0 .1 6Dy3+样品主峰的陷阱深度 E=0 .73 e V,频率因子S=2 .43× 1 0 9s- 1 .在 1～ 1 0 0 Gy治疗级范围内 ,Zn3.86 B6 O1 3∶ 0 .1 6Dy3+ 对 6 0 Co伽玛射线辐照的热释光剂量响应呈良好的线性关系 .实验结果表明 ,Zn3.86 B6 O1 3∶ 0 .1 6Dy3+是一个潜在的应用于临床医疗的伽玛射线电离辐射热释光剂量计材料 .     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Orange-emitting Iridium（Ⅲ） Complexes with Diphenylquinoline Ligands Containing Fluorinated Substituent

Three new cyclometalated iridium（m） complexes based on ligands of diphenylquinoline with fluorinated subsfituents were prepared, and characterized by elemental analysis （EA）, ^1H NMR, and mass spectroscopy （MS）. The photophysical and electrophosphorescent properties of the complexes were briefly discussed.     

4,5-咪唑双酰腙的合成与表征

以酒石酸为原料，经成环制酸、酯化、肼解、与芳香醛缩合，制备了7个4，5－咪唑双酰腙，并用元素分析，IR，^1H NMR,^13C NMR对它们的结构进行了表征。实验结果表明，酰肼与芳香醛在冰醋酸中进行缩合酰腙化一步，具有反应快速、产率高、条件温和、操作简便等优点。     

中国的百岁老人研究Ⅲ.百岁老人聚居区——中国长寿之乡的成因和评定

探讨了中国长寿之乡的成因,提出了评定中国长寿之乡的四项指标和六项衡量标准。主张中国长寿之乡应由有资质的学术团体经过认真调查和核实后认定,被命名的长寿之乡应是相当于县(市)或大城市区一级以上的地域,总人口应在10万人以上;该地区每百万人口中应有70位以上百岁老人;并应有反映后备力量和发展速度的指标。
