作为天然金刚石生长环境的碳酸盐,研究其掺杂对人造金刚石晶体生长行为的影响具有重要的学术价值。本文运用高温高压下的温度梯度法,将碳酸钙(CaCO3)按照不同比例掺杂到金刚石合成腔体内的碳源中,用以研究其掺杂对金刚石分别沿(100)或(111)晶面生长行为的影响。利用光学显微成像对掺杂合成金刚石晶体形貌的表征表明:随着碳酸钙掺量的增加,沿(100)面生长的金刚石晶形由塔状变为板状且出现了裂晶、连晶现象,晶体颜色先变浅再变黑,内部出现了包裹体;同样,沿(111)面生长的金刚石晶形由板状逐渐变为塔状且出现了裂晶、孪晶现象,晶体颜色逐渐变黑,内部包裹体增多。用激光拉曼光谱对掺杂金刚石晶体质量的表征表明:随着碳酸钙掺量的增加,沿(100)或(111)面生长的掺杂金刚石的拉曼峰位偏移量均增大,半峰全宽均变大。这说明碳酸钙掺杂使得金刚石晶格畸变增加、内应力变大。本文对碳酸钙掺杂影响沿两不同面生长金刚石的晶形、颜色、内部质量等行为的成因进行了分析,为本课题后续研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

探讨还原氮化后对V2O5薄膜SERS效应的影响。以乙酰丙酮氧钒(C10H14O5V)为V源,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶法制备V2O5凝胶,通过氨气还原氮化V2O5薄膜。利用XRD、FE-SEM、UV-VIS-NIR、RAMAN测试薄膜结构、光学性能及SERS效应。结果表明,氮化后V以氮氧化合物的形式存在,随着氮化温度升高,氮元素逐步替代氧元素。随着氮化温度升高,薄膜上晶粒逐渐增大,成板条状,晶体粒径达25 nm。经600℃还原氮化得到的薄膜的紫外可见近红外区域的吸收率最高,且禁带宽度相对于未氮化时的V2O5薄膜较小。利用R6G作为探针分子研究了薄膜的SERS效应,结果表明氮化温度600℃时薄膜具有显著的拉曼增强效应,且高于未氮化时的V2O5薄膜的拉曼增强效果,在620 cm^-1处拉曼信号峰强度达485 cps.  相似文献

为了对霍尔推力器的热分析研究提供准确的能耗加载条件,开展了霍尔推力器稳态工况下的热模型研究。基于等离子体理论,分析放电室内各项能量损耗机理,并建立各能量损耗与推力器工作参数、性能参数和结构参数的相关函数,系统地得到了霍尔推力器的完整热模型。以LHT100推力器为研究对象,热模型计算结果显示:额定工况下束流能量损耗约889 W,壁面能量损耗约300 W,阳极能量损耗约44 W,电离能量损耗约43 W,辐射能量损耗约34 W等。以此能量损耗作为热边界条件进行有限元分析,并开展热平衡试验进行验证,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,最大误差小于5%。  相似文献

We investigate an automobile supply chain where a manufacturer and a retailer serve a market with a fuel-efficient automobile under a scrappage program by the government. The program awards a subsidy to each consumer who trades in his or her used automobile with a new fuel-efficient automobile, if the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the new one does not exceed a cutoff level. We derive the conditions assuring that the manufacturer has an incentive to qualify for the program, and find that when the cutoff level is low, the manufacturer may be unwilling to qualify for the program even if the subsidy is high. We also show that when the manufacturer qualifies for the program, increasing the MSRP cutoff level would raise the manufacturer’s expected profit but may decrease the expected sales. A moderate cutoff level can maximize the effectiveness of the program in stimulating the sales of fuel-efficient automobiles, whereas a sufficiently high cutoff level can result in the largest profit for the manufacturer. The retailer’s profit always increases when the manufacturer chooses to qualify for the program. Furthermore, we compute the government’s optimal MSRP cutoff level and subsidy for a given sales target, and find that as the program budget increases, the government should raise the subsidy but reduce the MSRP cutoff level to maximize sales.  相似文献

Nano‐ and microcomposite Al2O3‐ZrO2 coatings were deposited on various substrates in a sol‐gel ceramic paint by a supercentrifugal force and a gradual sintering process. Fine metal oxide powders were dispersed in a sol‐gel solution by superpower ball milling so as to form a uniform stable ceramic paint. High‐resolution microscopy (FE‐SEM) was used to characterize the coating, indicating that the coating is composed of composite particle clusters with an average diameter of ~1 µm. The clusters consisted of larger particles with an average diameter of ~0.5 µm in center and smaller particles of ~100 nm surrounding the larger ones. The coating was relatively dense and increasingly dense toward the substrate surface.  相似文献

In this work, two novel crown ether functionalized ionic liquid (FIL)-based solid phase microextraction (SPME) fibers were prepared by sol–gel technology using the synthesized 1-(trimethoxysily)propyl 3-(6′-oxo-benzo-15-crown-5 hexyl) imidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl)imide ([TMSP(Benzo15C5)HIM][N(SO2CF3)2]) and 1-allyl-3-(6′-oxo-benzo-15-crown-5 hexyl) imidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl)imide ([A(Benzo15C5)HIM][N(SO2CF3)2]) as selective stationary phases. Owing to the introduction of trimethoxysilypropyl to the imidazole cation, the [TMSP(Benzo15C5)HIM][N(SO2CF3)2] could be chemically bonded to the formed sol–gel silica substrate through the hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction. Similarly, the [A(Benzo15C5)HIM][N(SO2CF3)2] was able to participate in the formation of the organic–inorganic copolymer coatings through the free radical crosslinking reaction. These two fibers were determined to have “bubble-like” surface characteristics analogous to a previously prepared [A(Benzo15C5)HIM][PF6]-based fiber. Their thermal stabilities were much higher than that of the [A(Benzo15C5)HIM][PF6]-based coating. They were capable of withstanding temperatures as high as 400 °C without evident loss of the crown ether FILs. They also had strong solvent, acid and alkali resistance, good coating preparation reproducibility and high selectivity for medium polar to polar compounds. The high selectivity of these two fibers could be attributed to the strong ion-dipole, hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions provided by the synergetic effect of ILs and benzo-15-crown-5 functionalities. Moreover, the selectivity of these two fibers was rather different although the structures of these two crown ether FILs were very similar. This is maybe because the relative contents of the crown ether FILs chemically bonded to the organic–inorganic copolymer coatings were quite different when prepared by different sol–gel reaction approaches.  相似文献
