MSM结构GaAs探测器的抗辐照性能

研究一种双金属接触的GaAs半导体探测器在14MeV中子辐照下的性能.测量了探测器经过10¹²n/cm²中子辐照剂量后的反向漏电流、电荷收集效率和最小电离粒子能谱,并且与⁶⁰Co 1.25MeV光子辐照的测量结果相比较.对中子辐照引起探测器时间性能变化和辐照损伤机制进行了探讨.并根据实验结果提出了这种双金属接触GaAs探测器灵敏层分布的一种假设,理论计算和实验数据相符合.     

我国证券市场风险计量模型的构建

证券风险的计量准确与否,是证券组合理论能否有效运用的前提,在现有研究成果的基础上,结合我国证券市场的特点,选取“流通市值”作为影响我国证券风险的第二个因素,建立了证券风险计量模型,并使用统计软件对模型的适用性进行了检验．     

Calculation of α decay half-lives for superheavy elements using the double folding model＊

α decay half-lives of some new synthesized superheavy elements, possibly synthesized superheavy elements and decay products are calculated theoretically within the WKB approximation by using microscopic α-nucleus interaction potentials. These nuclear potentials between the α particle and daughter nuclei are obtained by using the double folding integral of the matter density distribution of the α particle and daughter nuclei with a density-dependent effective nucleon-nucleon interaction, in which the zero-range exchange term is supplemented. The calculated α decay half-lives are compared with those of the different models and experimental data. It is shown that the present calculation successfully provides the half-lives of the observed decays for some new superheavy elements and therefore gives reliable predictions for α decay of possibly synthesized superheavy elements in future experiments.     

Synthesis, Characterization, Crystal Structure and Stability of a Ternary Cu(Ⅱ) complex with 1,10-Phenanthroline and L-Valinate

Introduction It is important to research the mixed-ligand copper complexes containing bioligands,such as amino acids, nucleic acids and proteins,in exploring the functional mechanism of microelement copper in organism because the reaction of any micronutrient with two or more bioligands in the concentrated bioligands background gives mixed-ligand ternary complexes, which are more stable[1]and related with storage of substance and transportation of metal ions in the life process.     

GC-MS分析氧化亚铁硫杆菌培养液的挥发性成分

GC- MS联用技术对耐强辐射微生物氧化亚铁硫杆菌 [Thiobacillus ferroxidans(T.f) ]的挥发性代谢产物进行了研究 ,发现 4 3种代谢物 ,由标准谱图鉴定了其中 2 3种化合物。     

DAIP改性环氧树脂研究

采用共固化的方法,得到酚醛环氧树脂(F-51)和间苯二甲酸二烯丙基酯(DAIP)的共固化树脂。实验结果表明:DAIP的加入降低了F-51环氧树脂的粘度[体系粘度为150～350mPa·s(25℃)],利于工艺操作;提高了F-51环氧树脂的耐热性,热变形温度达200℃。研究了F-51环氧树脂和DAIP共固化的固化行为、不同配比对共固化物形态结构的影响;并研究了不同配比对固化物耐热性的影响。     

氯醇盐溶胶-凝胶法纳米结构氧化钨薄膜的光谱学特性

由非离子型Gemini表面活性剂TMDD(HO(EO)xC14(EO)yOH)为结构导向模板, 改进EISA(挥发诱导自组装)镀膜工艺经300 ℃焙烧制得具有连续、均一和光学透明特点的蠕虫介孔纳米晶孔壁氧化钨薄膜. 采用SEM、TEM和Raman光谱对此种薄膜的介孔纳米结构进行了表征, 通过光谱电化学、XPS和椭偏谱等方法, 研究了该薄膜在电解质溶液中的电致变色行为. 结果表明, 所制备的纳米结构氧化钨薄膜在633 nm波长处的循环可逆透过率调制幅度可达75%以上, 并且其电致变色机理具有显著的双注入吸收调制特性.     

邻菲咯啉合铜配合物与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

利用荧光光谱法研究了两种配合物,[Cu（phen）（L-Phe）（H2O）]ClO4（1）（L-Phe为L-苯丙氨酸根）和[Cu（phen）（Gly）（H2O）]ClO4·2．5H2O（2）（Cly为甘氨酸根）,与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）的相互作用。结果表明,牛血清白蛋白的荧光强度随着配合物浓度的增大而逐渐降低,配合物（2）与BSA的结合常数大于配合物（1）与BSA的结合常数,牛血清白蛋白对配合物的结合位点数为1,荧光猝灭作用机理为静态猝灭．
