An unprecedented remote construction of chiral vicinal tertiary and quaternary centers by a catalytic asymmetric 1,6‐conjugate addition of prochiral carbon nucleophiles to cyclic dienones has been developed. Both 5H‐oxazol‐4‐ones and 2‐oxindoles were found to be very efficient carbon nucleophiles in this reaction at a remote position, giving products with excellent enantio‐ and diastereoselectivities (up to 99 % ee and >19:1 d.r. for 5H‐oxazol‐4‐ones and up to 97 % ee and >19:1 d.r. for 2‐oxindoles).  相似文献

A novel method is developed for the direct determination of naphazoline hydrochloride(NAP) and pyridoxine hydrochloride(VB6) in commercial eye drops. By using excitation–emission matrix(EEM)fluorescence coupled with second-order calibration method based on the alternating trilinear decomposition(ATLD) algorithm, the proposed approach can achieve quantitative analysis successfully even in the presence of unknown and uncalibrated interferences. The method shows good linearity for NAP and VB6 with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. The results were in good agreement with the labeled contents. To further confirm the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method, the same batch samples were analyzed by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) based on LC–MS/MS method.T-test demonstrated that there are no significant differences between the prediction results of the two methods. The satisfactory results obtained in this work indicate that the use of the second-order calibration method coupled with the EEM is a promising tool for industrial quality control and pharmaceutical analysis due to its advantages of high sensitivity, low-cost and simple implementation.  相似文献

以甲醇提取样品,采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC–MS/MS)测定水果中复硝酚钠的残留量。以甲醇–10 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,质谱采用电喷雾负离子MRM检测模式。对硝基苯酚钠和5-硝基愈创木酚钠的线性范围为0.05~2.00 mg/L,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,邻硝基苯酚钠的线性范围为2.5~100.0 mg/L,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.995。实际样品中对硝基苯酚钠、邻硝基苯酚钠和5-硝基愈创木酚钠的加标回收率分别为83.0%~93.4%,81.0%~87.4%,83.0%~91.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于7%(n=6)。该法操作简单、快捷,精密度、准确度高,适用于水果中复硝酚钠的残留分析。  相似文献

Research into the electrical‐thermal aging properties of cross‐linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable has great significance, because of its wide application. This study conducted accelerated electrical‐thermal aging tests on 10‐kV XLPE cable in order to assess the cable's mechanical and dielectric properties. After being aged by applying 34.8‐kV AC voltage at the four temperatures of 90, 103, 114, and 135°C, the cable samples were taken out in five stages according to the aging time and cut into slices. The slices were conducted experiments to test the breaking elongation, tensile strength, gel content, breakdown voltage, and frequency spectrums of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss. The results demonstrate that the mechanical strength and gel content of XLPE vary greatly under different aging temperatures, a finding that is associated with the crystallization characteristics of the material. The breakdown voltage shows a slight decreasing trend with aging time. The dielectric constant decreases with aging time in high‐frequency areas (103–106 Hz), while the dielectric loss factor increases with aging time at low frequencies (10?2–0 Hz). Metal–ligand coordination has been proven to be an attractive strategy to tune a polymer network's dynamic mechanical properties, such as self-healing ability. Nonetheless, the role of counter anions is often overlooked. To address this, a series of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) films crosslinked through lanthanide metal cations (Eu3+, Tb3+)–bipyridine interactions have been prepared and studied. Neutral 2,2'-bipyridine ligands were embedded into the linear polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chain through polycondensation. With nitrate ( ) as the coordinating anions, metal salts Eu(NO3)3 and Tb(NO3)3 were found to be ineffective crosslinkers. With noncoordinating anions, such as triflate (OTf-: CF3 ), metal salts Eu(OTf)3 and Tb(OTf)3 showed improved interaction strength with bipyridine ligands. Surprisingly, the addition of Eu(OTf)3 and Tb(OTf)3 salts also increased the d-spacing distances of the phase-segregated domains between metal–ligand complexes and the PDMS polymer backbone. For the Eu(OTf)3-, Tb(OTf)3-PDMS films, the much-improved self-healing abilities are attributed to the crosslinker dynamics and the enhanced chain mobility. 以聚苯氧基磷酸联苯二酚酯(PBPP)与聚磷酸铵(APP)组成复合阻燃剂,对环氧树脂(EP)进行阻燃改性.通过氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、热失重(TGA)、锥形量热(CONE)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究改性环氧树脂的阻燃性能和阻燃机理.结果表明,PBPP/APP体系对EP具有较好的阻燃性能,阻燃剂添加量为10%时能使环氧树脂的氧指数提高到29.6%,垂直燃烧等级达到UL94 V-0级,残炭量大大增加;平均热释放速率下降45.7%,热释放速率峰值下降51.0%,有效燃烧热平均值下降21.1%;TGA、CONE、SEM等综合分析显示了PBPP/APP改性后的环氧树脂比纯环氧树脂具有更高的热稳定性,燃烧后能够形成连续、致密、封闭、坚硬的焦化炭层,在聚合物表面产生有效覆盖、隔绝了氧气,改善了环氧树脂的燃烧性能.  相似文献

We report a simple preparation method of a renewable superhydrophobic surface by ther-mally induced phase separation (TIPS) and mechanical peeling. Porous polyvinylidene fluo-ride (PVDF) membranes with hierarchical structures were prepared by a TIPS process under different cooling conditions, which were confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and mer-cury intrusion porosimetry. After peeling off the top layer, rough structures with hundreds of nanometers to several microns were obtained. A digital microscopy determines that the surface roughness of peeled PVDF membranes is much higher than that of the original PVDF membrane, which is important to obtain the superhydrophobicity. Water contact angle and sliding angle measurements demonstrate that the peeled membrane surfaces display super-hydrophobicity with a high contact angle (152°) and a low sliding angle (7.2°). Moreover, the superhydrophobicity can be easily recovered for many times by a simple mechanical peel-ing, identical to the original superhydrophobicity. This simple preparation method is low cost, and suitable for large-scale industrialization, which may offer more opportunities for practical applications.  相似文献

Porous organic polymers (POPs) have recently emerged as promising candidates for catalyzing oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Compared to conventional Pt-based ORR catalysts, these newly developed porous materials, including both non-precious metal based catalysts and metal-free catalysts, are more sustainable and cost-effective. Their porous structures and large surface areas facilitate mass and electron transport and boost the ORR kinetics. This mini-review will give a brief summary of recent development of POPs as electrocatalysts for the ORR. Some design principles, different POP structures, key factors for their ORR catalytic performance, and outlook of POP materials will be discussed.  相似文献

本文考察了一类弱奇性积分微分方程的级数展开数值解法,并给出了相应的收敛性分析.理论分析结果表明,若用已知函数的谱配置多项式逼近已知函数,那么方程的数值解以谱精度逼近方程的真解.数值实验数据也验证了这一理论分析结果.  相似文献
