A straight synthesis of 2-(a-substituted N-tosylaminomethyl)-2,5-dihydrofurans by thereaction of N-sulfonylimines with arsonium 4-hydroxyl- cis -2-butenylides

On treatment of N-tosylimines (1) and 4-hydroxyl-cis-butenyl arsonium salt (5) with KOH in acetonitrile at room temperature, 2-(a-substituted N-tosylaminomethyl)-2,5-dihydrofurans (4) were obtained in moderate yields. The arsonium salt (5) acts formally as an equivalent of 2,5-dihydrofuran synon. A plausible mechanism was proposed for this new 5-membered cyclization reaction.     

Variation of Optical Quenching of Photoconductivity with Resistivity in Unintentional Doped GaN

The optical quenching of photoconduetivity under dual illumination in GaN samples with different resistivity is investigated to reveal the variation of deep levels. The samples are grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition without intentional doping. Quenching bands centered at 1.35 eV, 1.55 eV, 1.98eV, and 2.60 eV are observed. It is found that the 1.98eV quenching band is dominated in all the samples and the 2.60eV band is observed only in the high-resistivity samples. The possible defect levels responsible for the quenching bands and the origin of different quenching behaviour at 2.60eV are discussed. It is suggested that the defect level responsible for quenching at 2.60 eV plays an important role for the enhancement of resistivity.

基于三次样条插值的艾滋病治疗模型

基于数学建模提供的艾滋病治疗方案中的实验数据,依据病人的初始CD4状态,将实验数据分类筛选,采用一维三次样条插值法描绘各类病人服药时间与病情的关系图形,进而由图形确定最佳治疗终止时间;并建立了CD4与时间的函数关系模型,借助于性价比函数进行疗效、价格的综合比较分析,此模型解法对最佳治疗方案的选择提供了有力依据.     

光学胶合件的拆胶

本文从实践出发，介绍了光学胶合件的几种拆胶方法及其工艺条件。同时进一步建议：对光学环氧胶、光学光敏胶等合成树脂光学胶的光学胶合件来说，在光学工艺全过程中，应建立严格的质量检验制度，不使不合格光学胶合件流入后固化工序，以减少拆胶返修困难，并进一步提高光学胶合件的质量。     

Finite Size Effect on the in-Medium Chiral Condensate at Finite Density

The in-medium quark condensate is studied with an equivalent quark mass approach that has the advantage of no need for extra assumptions on the current mass derivatives of model parameters with respect to the quark current mass. It is found that the ratio of the quark condensate in a medium to that in a vacuum depends not only on density but also on the finite size. With decreasing volume, it decreases to a minimum, and then saturates at a radius of about 1 fro. The condensate approaches to its bulk value when the volume becomes infinitely large, and it decreases finearly with increasing density if the density is extremely low.     

Generation of Sub-2 Cycle Optical Pulses with a Differentially Pumped Hollow Fiber

We report the generation of optical pulses with an energy of 0. 55 m^3 and duration of 1.6-cycle （4.4 fs） at repetition rate of 1 kHz using a differentially pumped hollow fiber and chirped mirrors. Compared to the statically gasfilled scheme, the differentially pumping hollow fiber is demonstrated to support more energy output with higher transmission efficiency, and to increase the spectral broadening due to a reduction of ionization defocusing in plasma at the fiber entrance. The differentially pumping technique is proved to be an effective way to obtain optical pulses with mono-cycle and higher energy.     

从碳中心到硅中心:手性螺环双膦配体研究的发展

手性螺环配体和催化剂已被公认是一类优势手性配体和催化剂。手性螺环配体的相关研究，促进了不对称催化领域的发展。根据螺环骨架类型进行分类，分别讨论具有螺[4.4]壬烷骨架、螺二氢茚骨架、螺[4.4]壬二烯骨架以及螺二色烷骨架的手性螺环双膦配体的合成及在不对称催化反应中的应用，为今后发展新的不对称催化体系提供了重要参考。     

用于油/水分离的环保无氟超疏水织物的制备与性能

针对目前用于油/水分离的超疏水材料普遍存在的原料不环保、不可降解、涂层耐久性差等缺点,采用简便的浸渍法,制备了一种环保、工艺简单且性能优良的超疏水材料。首先,使用水性聚氨酯（WPU）将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯P（MMA-r-GMA）微球固定在棉织物表面,构造微纳米级粗糙结构。其次,通过水解-缩合反应,将无毒的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷（HDTMS）与甲基三乙氧基硅烷（MTES）锚定在棉织物表面,制备得到超疏水棉织物。结果表明,改性棉织物接触角最高可达157.3（°）,滚动角为5（°）。同时具有很好的耐溶剂性,在酸碱溶液中浸泡30 min后,接触角几乎无变化。油水分离效率最高可达97.8%,即使在经过10次循环分离之后,油水分离效率仍然在95%以上。该超疏水织物具有出色的油水分离效率和优良的稳定性,可用于可持续且环保的油水分离领域。
