提出了一种利用电光调制器的非线性效应实现光电振荡器倍频输出的方法,通过在光电振荡环路中引入微波分频器,使得利用低频率的电光调制器有可能产生高频率的微波倍频信号输出,从而降低了振荡频率对调制器工作频率的要求。理论和实验研究表明,在微波信号输入功率较低时,调制器将引入较大的附加噪声,会严重恶化光电振荡器输出的倍频微波信号的相位噪声。通过在振荡反馈环路中增加一个微波放大器,减小附加噪声,能够极大地改善倍频信号的相位噪声。当环路光纤为1km时,产生的9GHz倍频信号相位噪声在10kHz频率偏移时达到-104dBc/Hz,比典型光电振荡环路恶化了6dB,同时,保持了较高的输出功率。实验结果与理论分析基本一致,证明了该倍频输出光电振荡器的可行性。  相似文献

We demonstrated experimentally a synchronously pumped intracavity frequency-doubled femtosecond optical parametric oscillator (OPO) using a periodically-poled lithium niobate (PPLN) as the nonlinear material in combination with a lithium triborate (LBO) as the doubling crystal. A Kerr-lens-mode-locked (KLM) Ti:sapphire oscillator at the wavelength of 790 nm was used as the pump source, which was capable of generating pulses with a duration as short as 117 fs. A tunable femtosecond laser covering the 624-672 nm range was realized by conveniently adjusting the OPO cavity length. A maximum average output power of 260 mW in the visible range was obtained at the pump power of 2.2 W, with a typical pulse duration of 205 fs assuming a sech2 pulse profile.  相似文献

We report the generation of optical pulses with an energy of 0. 55 m^3 and duration of 1.6-cycle (4.4 fs) at repetition rate of 1 kHz using a differentially pumped hollow fiber and chirped mirrors. Compared to the statically gasfilled scheme, the differentially pumping hollow fiber is demonstrated to support more energy output with higher transmission efficiency, and to increase the spectral broadening due to a reduction of ionization defocusing in plasma at the fiber entrance. The differentially pumping technique is proved to be an effective way to obtain optical pulses with mono-cycle and higher energy.  相似文献

Coherent extreme-ultraviolet (XUV) radiation is studied by interaction of carrier-envelope (CE) phase stabilized high energy 5-fs infrared (800 nm) laser pulses with neon gas at a repetition rate of 1 kHz. A broadband continuum XUV spectrum in the cut-off region is demonstrated when the CE phase is shifted to about zero, rather than modulated spectral harmonics when setting of CE phase is nonzero. The results show the generation of isolated attosecond XUV pulses.  相似文献

以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)作引发剂引发交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)-戊二醛(GA)制备水凝胶聚合物电解质并组装成超级电容器.分别由红外光谱、交流阻抗、循环伏安与恒电流充放电曲线测定该凝胶聚合物电解质及超级电容器的电化学性能.结果表明,该聚合物电解质电导率可达1.23 mS/cm(室温).而且,以1.0 g AMPS引发0.05mL GA(5 %)与1.0 g PVA交联,制得的凝胶聚合物电解质超级电容器比电容可达139F/g,50次充放电后其值仍于80%以上.  相似文献

提出了一种基于载波抑制单边带调制的微波光子本振倍频上转换方法.通过将本振信号加载在马赫-曾德尔调制器上产生±1阶本振边带,利用光纤光栅进行边带分离,将–1阶本振边带作为载波输入双平行马赫-曾德尔调制器进行二次调制.中频信号通过90°电桥加载在双平行马赫-曾德尔调制器上,并使其工作在载波抑制单边带调制状态.最后将输出的中频单边带调制信号与光纤光栅反射的+1阶本振单边带信号进行合路拍频,即可获得频率为2w_(LO)+w_(IF)的上变频信号.为了验证该方法的有效性,搭建了上变频链路并进行了性能测试,实验结果表明链路的输出光谱和频谱较为纯净,经过单边带调制后的光谱杂散抑制比达到了22.5 dB,产生的本振倍频上转换信号的杂散抑制比达到了23.6 dB,系统的无杂散动态范围达到了96.1 dB·Hz~(2/3).该本振倍频上转换方法可有效降低对本振信号的频率需求,并且产生的上转换信号纯净度较高,为光载无线通信、光控相控阵雷达等系统中的高频发射提供了有效途径.  相似文献

以五水硝酸铋和氯化钾为原料,通过一步式水热合成法制备具有较高光催化活性的层状氯氧化铋催化剂,应用X射线衍射、电子场扫描电镜和紫外可见光谱的表征方法进行材料表征,通过光催化反应研究催化剂对罗丹明B的光催化降解特性。本实验涉及纳米材料的一步式水热合成、纳米材料的结构表征和光催化降解有机污染物的实际应用,综合化学学科知识点于一体。通过实验,本科生能够深入了解并掌握层状氯氧化铋材料的合成和催化性能测试,并且熟悉相关仪器的操作流程,能够把实际教学知识和科研内容有机结合起来,培养并提升学生的化学科研信念和知识储备。  相似文献

We report a femtosecond optical parametric oscillator based on MgO-doped PPLN synchronously pumped by a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser. The wavelengths of the signal and idler are continuously tuned from 1100 to 1300hm and from 2080 to 2930nm, respectively, by changing the pump wavelength and the OPO cavity length. The maximum signal output power of 130mW at the wavelength of 1225nm is obtained, pumped by 900roW of 800hm laser radiation. This corresponds to a total conversion efficiency of 22.1%. The signal pulse duration is measured to be 167fs by intensity autocorrelation with chirped mirrors for intracavity dispersion compensation.  相似文献

We demonstrate a high-efficiency continuous-wave Tm: YAG ceramic laser pumped with a Ti:sapphire laser. An output power up to 860mW is obtained under an absorbed pump power of 2.21 W at 785nm, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 42.1% and optical to optical efficiency of 22%. We demonstrate the generation of red light femtosecond laser pulses from an intra-cavity frequency-doubled Cr^4+ :forsterite laser. An average output power of 75 mW is obtained at the central wavelength of 647nm with a pulse width of 55 fs by inserting a 500μm-thick BBO crystal in the laser cavity. The bandwidth of the spectrum of second harmonic pulses is 9 nm, corresponding to a time-bandwidth product of 0.355.  相似文献
