三倍频激光束特性传输变换的近似模型

针对具有振幅和位相扰动的激光束的三次谐波转换，理论上研究了三倍频激光束特性的传输变换，给出了光束质量Ｍ２因子、振幅和位相扰动变换的近似解析模型，可为高功率激光驱动器的设计提供理论依据。     

Pb0.50Sr0.75Y0.70Ca0.25Cu1.70Oy单晶的磁阻研究

对低掺杂区非超导的Pb_(6.56)Sr_(?)Y_(?)Ca_(?)Cu_(?)O_y单晶样品进行了电阻和磁阻的测量,发现在低温下电阻温度关系遵从变程跳跃传导的R=R_(?)exp[(T_(?)/T)~(?)]的变化规律,这说明该样品处于强局域化区域.在低温下的磁阻为负并有明显的各向异性,这表明这类体系的磁阻主要来自于轨道效应的贡献,并且可能受到自旋-轨道散射的影响. 关键词：     

Characterization and Purification of the Mammalian COP9 Complex, a Conserved Nuclear Regulator Initially Identified as a Repressor of Photomorphogenesis in Higher Plants

The COP9 complex has been identified as a repressor of photomorphogenesis in Arabidopsis. Here we demonstrate that the COP9 complex is also present in mammals. Specific antibodies were generated against human counterparts of the Arabidopsis COP9 and COP11, the two known subunits of plant COP9 complex. Using these antibodies, we showed that indeed mammalian COP9 and COP11, also known as GPS1, could be coimmuno-precipitated using either of the two specific antibodies, definitively confirming that they are physically part of the same complex. Further, the mammalian COP9 and COP11/GPS1 were cofractionated in the same large molecular weight fractions of about 500 kDa and were absent from the monomeric fractions. The mammalian COP9 complex was present in all organs examined but abundances vary. Indirect immunofluorescence studies suggested that the mammalian COP9 complex is largely nuclear localized. Both conventional biochemical and affinity purifications of the COP9 complex from pig spleen indicated that the mammalian COP9 complex consists of eight distinct subunits. These findings indicate that mammals also have a COP9 complex with conserved molecular composition and biochemical and cellular properties similar to the higher plant counterpart.     

双水相体系中镧与钛的分离及光谱性能

在聚乙二醇-硫酸铵-铬天青S双水相体系中，用铬天青S作萃取剂，研究了La(Ⅲ），Ti(Ⅳ），Zr（Ⅳ）的液-液萃取行为，在pH5.5时，实现了体系中La(Ⅲ）与Ti(Ⅳ)的分离，通过加入表面活性剂测定光谱方法，研究了高聚物相中La(Ⅲ）的存在形态。     

Monte Carlo Simulation of Helium Transport in the Vicinity of Divertor Plate

A Monte Carlo code “1DHET” has been utilized for simulating the transport of neutral helium near divertor flat pumping target plate. The dominant atomic processes of electron impact ionization and elastic scattering by plasma ions are included. The thermal and streaming motion of the ions along the magnetic field is taken into consideration. Calculations show that the probability of neutral helium turning back to the target plate will increase by 45% if the divertor edge plasma density is smoothly raised up to 4.7 times higher at the divertor plate than that at 7cm apart inward as compared with the ordinary outward decreasing density profile while keeping temperature profile fixed. The temperature decreases smoothly from 40 eV at z = 7 cm to 3 eV at the plate. The effects of angle between the magnetic field and the target plate, the temperature of plate, edge plasma sheath potential and different target materials on the probability of helium particles scattered back to the plate are studied.

采用以分子筛为载体、负载镧制成复合吸附剂对城市污水进行深度除磷.实验结果表明:研制的稀土吸附剂适于处理弱酸性废水.对于城市污水含磷浓度为1.0 mg·L-1,当pH值3～7,吸附剂的投加量在0.06 g·L-1,吸附3 h时,磷的去除率可达99.5%,出水pH值在6.0～8.5之间.     

Cr^4＋：YAG的可饱和吸收特性与被动Q开关性能研究

运用速率方程计算了Ｃｒ＾４＋：ＹＡＧ晶体的可饱和吸收特性参数，包括初始吸收系数，饱和吸收系数，饱和光强和损耗调制度，用Ｃｒ＾４＋：ＹＡＧ对脉冲和连续Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光器进行了被动调Ｑ，在脉冲Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光器上得到了８ｎｓ的调Ｑ激光脉冲，在连续Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光器的调Ｑ中得到了间隔和幅度抖动小于５％的输出脉冲充列。     

艾纳香中黄酮化合物的研究

从中药艾纳香(Blumea balsamifera DC)中分离得到两种新的黄酮化合物,应用NMR、MS、IR、UV等波谱数据,确定其化学结构为3,5,3'-三羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ)和3,5,3',4'-四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ).
