A New Sesquiterpene Lactones Glucoside from Notoseris psilolepis

As a part of an investigation on plant of the genus Notoseris (Asteraceae), an endemic genus of seed plants of China1, we studied the chemical constituents of N. psololepis Shih. A new sesquiterpene lactone glucoside, named notoserolide C (1) was isolated from the methanolic extract of the whole plant of N. psilolepis by repeated column chromatography (MCI GEL, normal and reversed phase silica gel). 酶联免疫吸附分析法测定水产品及水中孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿

本文报道一种同时测定水产品及水样中孔雀石绿(MG)和无色孔雀石绿(LMG)的间接竞争酶联免疫吸附分析法。对无色孔雀石绿分子进行修饰,使其与载体蛋白交联,得到免疫原和包被抗原,经过多次免疫动物制得抗无色孔雀石绿的多克隆抗体。在优化的实验条件下,IC50值(标准曲线中吸光度抑制至最大吸光度值的50%时所对应的待测物浓度)为0.9~2.6μg/L,检出限为0.02~0.10μg/L,无色孔雀石绿在水样及水产品中的回收率为76.2~95.0%,与孔雀石绿的交叉反应率为95.25%。真实样品测定中,两种食用鱼养殖水样及一个鱼样中未检出孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿,但在观赏鱼养殖水样及另一鱼样中检出孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石,浓度分别为1.84μg/L和1.38μg/L。     

基因-基因(环境)交互作用分析方法的比较

对复杂疾病病因研究中基因-基因(环境)交互作用的3种分析方法进行了比较,剖析了它们的适用条件和优缺点.结果表明:叉生分析简单易行,但只适用于分析单个遗传和单个环境因素的交互作用; Logistic 回归易解释交互作用的流行病学意义且能很好地分析主效应,但在分析高阶交互作用时存在局限性;多因子降维法无需指定特定的遗传模式且对高维数据敏感,但无法估计主效应.鉴于这3种方法在分析交互作用时各有其优点,三者联合应用于交互作用分析效果更佳.
