负载型钙钛矿La0.8Sr0.2MnO3/SBA-15催化燃烧甲苯的研究

采用逐层负载-孔道内氨/水蒸气原位羟化法制备了一系列负载型钙钛矿La_0.8Sr_0.2MnO₃/SBA-15催化剂,用XRD、BET、TG-DTG、XPS、H₂-TPR等手段对催化剂的物性结构等进行了表征,并在常压连续流动固定床反应器上评价了该催化剂对甲苯催化燃烧的催化性能。结果表明,逐层负载-孔道内氨/水蒸气原位羟化法的使用有助于活性组分La_0.8Sr_0.2MnO₃进入SBA-15的孔道,并在SBA-15上形成钙钛矿结构。La_0.8Sr_0.2MnO₃/SBA-15上钙钛矿结构的形成和晶格氧的出现,可为催化剂提供较多的活性中心,有利于其催化燃烧甲苯的活性。     

Local thermal conductivity of polycrystalline AlN ceramics measured by scanning thermal microscopy and complementary scanning electron microscopy techniques

The local thermal conductivity of polycrystalline aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramics is measured and imaged by using a scanning thermal microscope (SThM) and complementary scanning electron microscope (SEM) based techniques at room temperature.The quantitative thermal conductivity for the AlN sample is gained by using a SThM with a spatial resolution of sub-micrometer scale through using the 3ω method.A thermal conductivity of 308 W/m·K within grains corresponding to that of high-purity single crystal AlN is obtained.The slight differences in thermal conduction between the adjacent grains are found to result from crystallographic misorientations,as demonstrated in the electron backscattered diffraction.A much lower thermal conductivity at the grain boundary is due to impurities and defects enriched in these sites,as indicated by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.

Rapid Thermal Annealing Effects on Structural and Optical Properties of Self-Assembled InAs／GaAs Quantum Dots Capped by InAIAs／InGaAs Layers

Effects of rapid thermal annealing on the optical and structural properties of self-assembled InAs/GaAs quantum dots capped by the InAlAs/InGaAs combination layers are studied by photoluminescence and transmission electron microscopy. The photoluminescence measurement shows that the photoluminescence peak of the sample after 850℃ rapid thermal annealing is blue shifted with 370meV and the excitation peak intensity increases by a factor of about 2.7 after the rapid thermal annealing, which indicates that the InAs quantum dots have experienced an abnormal transformation during the annealing. The transmission electron microscopy shows that the quantum dots disappear and a new InAlGaAs single quantum well structure forms after the rapid thermal annealing treatment. The transformation mechanism is discussed. These abnormal optical properties are attributed to the structural transformation of these quantum dots into a single quantum well.     

局域功函数图像及其在Cu(111)-Au/Pd表面的应用

用扫描隧道显微镜（STM）对Cu(111)-Au和Cu(111)-Pd表面的局域功函数进行了研究.通过 测量隧道电流对针尖样品间距的响应，得到了与STM形貌图一一对应的表面局域功函数图像. 实验发现，Au/Pd覆盖层和Cu衬底间的功函数有明显的不同.Pd薄膜的功函数甚至超过了其体 本征值，且功函数在台阶处变小.用偶极子的形成解释了台阶处功函数的降低.这一工作表明 ，用测量局域功函数的方法容易区分表面上不同的元素，并具有纳米尺度的空间分辨率. 关键词： 扫描隧道显微镜 局域功函数 台阶     

基于IPM策略的具有一般功能性反应的捕食与被捕食模型的动力学性质

基于综合害虫管理策略(IPM),对具有脉冲效应的一般功能反应的两种群捕食与被捕食模型进行了分析.通过利用脉冲微分方程的Floquet理论和比较原理,证明了当脉冲周期小于某个临界值时,系统存在一个全局渐近稳定的害虫根除周期解.     

全取代茂基钌化合物的合成、反应及晶体结构

本文报道了含乙基四甲基环戊二烯基钌化合物的合成、反应及晶体结构测定。由乙基四甲基环戊二烯与RuCl_3·xH_2O反应得到了含五元环及氯原子配体的二聚体2,2与不同比例的三甲基膦反应可分别得到含一个及二个三甲基膦的分子3和4。晶体结构分析表明钌原子在这三个分子中均取“三腿钢琴凳”式配位形式,3,4中的Ru—Cl键较弱,易于发生取代反应而生成其它衍生物。     

固体碳的一种新形态——富勒烯

一富勒烯(Fullerene)的发现人类对碳元素的研究和应用亘古至今,源远流长。人们熟知碳有两种同素异形体——石墨和金刚石。直到80年代中期,发现了富勒烯碳原子簇,尤其是近年来,对富勒烯的结构、性质深入广泛地研究,确认碳元素还存在着第三种晶体形态,已是顺理成章了。碳原子簇的研究始于天体物理学家对宇宙尘埃形成的兴趣,为了模拟星际空间及恒星附近碳原子簇的形成过程,早在1942年O Hahn等用质谱法证实了原子簇C_n(n<15)的存在。1984年Rohlfing等用质谱仪研究在超声氦气流中以激光蒸发石墨所得产物时,发现碳可以形成n<200的C_n原子簇。当n>40时,簇中碳原子教仅为偶数,并且还发现C_(60)的质谱峰明显高     

Birefringence Grating and Surface Grating in Azobenzene Polymer Liquid Crystal Films Investigated by Near—Field Optical method

The birefringence grating and the surface grating in azobenzene polymer liquid-crystal (Azo-PLC) films are studied by a near-fied scanning optical microscope.With laser irradiation,the refractive index change caused by birefringence and the sinusoidal surface profile are observed at the near-field transmittance image and the surface topography of the grating.The grating period and the peak-to-peak value of the sinusoidal surface profile are 0.8μm and 40nm,respectively.The maximum diffractive efficiency of the grating is 2% .The dynamic process of the grating formation is probed and analysed.The mass diffusion responsible for the formation of the surface grating due to the temperature rise is analysed.
