分光光度法研究镧与间乙酰基偶氮氯膦(CPAmA)配合物的形成反应

本文用分光光度法研究了间乙酰基偶氮氯膦试剂在水溶液中的离解作用和质子化作用;镧与间乙酰基偶氮氯膦配合物的组成和β型配合物形成反应的条件和动力学特征,并测定了α型配合物的积累稳定常数     

LB膜诱导Ba(NO3)2晶体取向生长

In this work, Ba(NO₃)₂ crystals with single crystal face were induced by using the the method of bio-mimetic mineralization and double LB films of behenic acid (BA) as the template. The crystals were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The crystals were observed in regular square shape with uniform size about 5～8 μm by SEM, and they were found by XRD to grow along the (111) plane. From these experiments, we can conclude that the good selection of the (111) crystal face of Ba(NO₃)₂ is due to the electrostatic interactions , the match between this crystal face and the definite lattice structure of the LB films.     

ICP—AES法直接测定纯氧化钆中十四个稀土杂质

试验采用色散率较小的国产等离子体光谱仪直接测定纯氧化钆中14个微量稀土杂质。用正交设计对ICP工作参数进行了最优化选择;研究了基体效应、共存元素干扰及基体浓度对元素的固体检出限的影响;用经验系数法对受干扰的元素进行实验校正。     

有机溶剂性质及其水含量对酶催化合成含D－氨基酸残基的二肽衍生物的影响

有机溶剂性质及其水含量对酶催化合成保护的寡肽及其衍生物有显著影响。系 统地研究了有机溶剂性质及在不同有机溶剂中水含量对α－胰凝乳蛋白酶催化合成 含D－氨基酸残基的二肽衍生物产率的影响。用α－胰凝乳蛋白酶、枯草杆菌蛋白 酶和嗜热杆菌蛋白酶在有机溶剂中催化合成了一系列保护的二肽及其衍生物，并研 究了水含量对反应产率的影响，得到了十分有意义的结果。     

大口径厚液膜毛细管柱的制备

制备出了内径从0.46～0.74mm、液膜厚度从0.9～5.6μm的SE-54大口径厚液膜玻璃毛细管柱,并对它们的性能进行了评价。对低沸点的C_1-C_4烃进行了初步分离。     

POPOP诱导环糊精形成纳米管的研究

用紫外吸收光谱、稳态荧光、荧光各向异性和动态光散射等方法研究了2,2′-p-亚苯基-双(5-苯基噁唑) (POPOP)分子与环糊精(CD)的相互作用. 结果表明, POPOP分子在浓度较低时与β-CD形成1:2的包合物, 在浓度较高时可以进一步诱导β-CD形成纳米管结构. 同时发现, POPOP分子也可以诱导γ-CD形成纳米管结构. 对比于β-CD, POPOP分子在γ-CD水溶液中的荧光发射峰, 不仅有明显的红移而且也缺失了精细结构, 呈现较宽的大包峰. 这是由于POPOP分子成对进入γ-CD空腔形成了激基缔合物的缘故. pH和温度效应实验进一步表明, POPOP诱导β-CD形成的纳米管在pH大于12和温度高于331 K的环境下不能稳定存在.     

对苯二甲酸-铕-钇配合物的合成及荧光性质

以对苯二甲酸(H2L)为配体,合成了系列(Eu1-xYx)2L3.3H2O固体粉末配合物.通过元素分析、紫外吸收光谱、X射线衍射和红外光谱确定了配合物的组成和结构,并通过荧光光谱研究了它们的荧光性质.结果表明钇掺入配合物后,能增强Eu3+的特征荧光,当铕与钇的摩尔比为0.05∶0.95时荧光强度最强.     

立体专一性地合成（Z）-α-氟-β-三氟甲基乙烯基碘化物和应用于合成多氟噻吩基双烯烃

The direct iodination of polyfluorinated vinyl stannanes by tin-iodine exchange methodology was achieved giving （Z）-α-fluoro-β-trifluoromethyl vinyl iodides stereospecifically. Changing the substituent in R group from the electron-withdrawing group to electron-donating group led to an increase in the yield from 78% to 90%, while it was moved from para to meta position the reaction did not afford a dramatic change in the yield （90% to 95%）. In addition, this reaction also can be applied to the vinyl stannane with heterocyclic group. The further coupling reaction of prepared vinyl iodide containing heterocyclic moiety with （Z）-α-fluoro-β-trifluoromethylstannanes gave polyfluorinated heterocyclic alkadienes with 2E,4E-selectivity.     

STUDY ON THE DUCTILE DEFORMATION DOMAIN OF THE SIMPLE SHEAR IN ROCKS——TAKING BRITTLE FAULTS OF THE COVERING STRATA IN THE SOUTHERN JIANGSU AREA AS AN EXAMPLE

A study on the ductile deformation domain of the brittle fault in the shallow level ofthe crust is a new probe field for the modern structural geology. Taking the southern Jiang-su Province area as an example the orientation measurement of quartz crystals, the com-positional texture observation of three pressure sensitive minerals and the rheological param-eter determination of dislocation densities, etc. have been demonstrated and analysed basedon typical samples in the present paper. In addition, their generation mechanisms arealso discussed from the cataclastic rheology, the dynamic differentiation and the simpleshearing, specially, from the Ode strength theory. Finally, a generative relationship betweenthe ductile deformation domain of the brittle fault system, in the regional layer--slip andthe formation of the stratabound ore deposit is shown as well.     

adr亚型乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原基因的核苷酸顺序

本文应用化学降解法测定了adr亚型乙型肝炎病毒pADR-1 DNA中包含表面抗原基因(s基因)的XhaI BamHI片段顺序,共1279碱基对。比较了adr亚型与已知的adw,adyw,ayw的s基因的核苷酸顺序及其编码的HBsAg氨基酸顺序的差异,发现了一些新的变异位点,差异集中分布在HBsAg的亲水区域。但在一些可能具有生物功能的位点,各亚型间并无变异,在遗传和进化中是相对保守的。比较s基因区和非s基因区的核苷酸变异情况表明,非s基因区的变异频率高一倍,s基因区是相对保守的。
