Roles of Nano-Domain Switching and Non-180° Domains in Enhancing Local Piezoelectric Responses of Highly (100)-Oriented Pb(Zr_(0.60)Ti_(0.40))O_3 Thin Films

Ferroelectric Pb(Zr_(0.60)Ti_(0.40))O_3 thin films deposited on the niobium-doped SrTiO_3 and Pt(111)/Ti/SiO_2/Si substrates are fabricated by a sol-gel method.X-ray diffraction indicates that the films have a 'cube-on-cube'growth with highly(100)preferred orientation and good surface qualities.Using piezoelectric force microscopy,we investigate domain structures and butterfly amplitude loops of ferroelectric thin fims.The results indicate that the film deposited on Nb:SrTiO_3 has both kinds of 180° polarizations perpendicular or parallel to the surface while the film deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si has irregular phase differences.Excellent piezoelectric polarization are observed in the films on niobium-doped SrTiO_3 with local d_(33)~* values around 45 pm/V three times more than that of the films around 13 pm/V deposited on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si. Our findings emphasize that nanodomain switching ability and non-180° domains will contribute significantly to enhance piezoelectric responses of ferroelectric thin films.     

13.5—14·6 MeV能区中子引起的89Y39（n，2n）88Y39反应截面的测量

用^93Nb（n,2n）^92mNb和^90Zr（n,2n）^89m＋gZr截面比法测定中子能量,以^93Nb（n,2n）^92mNb反应截面作中子注量标准,用活化法测量了13．5-14．6MeV中子引起的^89Y（n,2n）^88Y的反应截面值。由（13．5±0．3）,（14.1±0．2）,（14.6±0．3）MeV中子引起的^89Y（n,2n）^88Y反应截面值分别为（759±42）,（835±42）和（958±53）mb。Cross section for （n, 2n） reaction on Yttrium have been measured at energy of 14 MeV neutrons from H（d, n）He by using activation technique. The ^93Nb（n, 2n）^92mNb reaction was used to monitor the neutron fluence, HPGe detector was used to detect the γ-rays. The cross section of ^89Y （n, 2n）^88Y reaction are 759 ± 42, 835 ±42, 958 ±53 mb for neutron energy 13.5 ±0.3, 14.1±0.2, 14.6 ±0.3 MeV, respectively.

EFFECTS OF MOLECULE AGGREGATION STATE OF HINDERED PHENOL ON DYNAMIC MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CHLORINATED POLYETHYLENE*

Hindered phenol compound 3,9-bis{1,1-dimethyl-2[β-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)propionyloxy]ethyl}-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5,5]-undecane (AO-80) is a polymorphous material with different physical structures. The initial AO80 is highly crystalline, whereas AO-80 obtained by cooling from its molten state is an amorphous material. Annealing treatment below the melting point of AO-80 results in structural development. The mixture of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and vitrified AO-80 particles exhibits a dramatic change in the dynamic mechanical properties during heat treatment at 130℃. This change can be attributed to the decomposition of the vitrified AO-80 particles and the hybridization of two constituents. The vitrified AO-80 particles can crystallize again in a CPE matrix by annealing at 100℃, but this crystal is different from that of the initial AO-80 in its microstructure. In addition, the incorporation of CPE chains caused a dramatic increase in the modulus. As a result, the AO-80 crystal particles that contain some CPE chains act as multifunctional crosslinks and the CPE/AO-80 hybrid was found to be a new type of elastomer.     

ZnS光学双稳性器件中的不稳定性

本文首次报道ZnS干涉滤光片双稳器件中的自再生脉冲现象,并对器件产生这一不稳定性的条件和过程进行了分析及模拟计算,该器件有可能作为光学脉冲发生装置用于数字光计算研究,演示了光计算回路的逻辑功能.

综述了光学双稳态的概念和理论以及光学双稳态器件的分类和材料研究。重点介绍了半导体光双稳器件研究的发展，并且指出了光学双稳态研究的最新进展、应用前景和目前的困难。
