Effect of Electric Field on Spin Polarized Current in Ferromagnetic/Organic Semiconductor Systems

Considering the special carriers in organic semiconductors, the spin polarized current under electric field in a ferromagnetic/organic semiconductor system is theoretically studied. Based on the spin-diffusion theory, the current spin polarization under the electric field is obtained. It is found that electric field can enhance the current spin polarization.     

Re-evaluation of the ^23Mg（p,γ） ^24Al reaction rate

Based on a new screening Coulomb model, this paper discusses the effect of electron screening on proton capture reaction of 23Mg. The derived result shows that, in some considerable range of stellar temperatures, the effect of electron screening on resonant reaction is prominent; on the non-resonant reaction the effect is obvious only in the low stellar temperatures. The reaction rates of ^23Mg（p,γ） ^24Al would increase 15%-25% due to the fact that the electron screening are considered in typical temperature range of massive mass white dwarfs, and the results undoubtedly affect the nucleosynthesis of some heavier nuclei in massive mass white dwarfs.     

The mass effect of the quark phase transition in supernova core

Constituent quark mass model is adopted as a tentative one to study the phase transition between two-flavour quark matter and more stable three-flavour quark matter in the core of supernovae. The result shows that the transition has a significant influence on the increasing of the core temperature, the neutrino abundance and the neutrino energies, which contributes to the enhancement of the successful probability of supernova explosion. However, the equilibrium values of these parameters （except the temperature） from the constituent quark mass model in this work are slightly bigger than those obtained from the other model. And we find that the constituent quark mass model is also applicable to describing the transition in the supernova core.

环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚基热塑性聚氨酯弹性体氢键体系的定量研究

氢键为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体内的重要键合力特征。该文基于氢键所引起基团的频移,以FTIR为主要的研究手段,并结合通过动态力学性能（DMA）研究所建立的评估硬段与软段之间混溶的定量方程,对所合成的以环氧乙烷－四氢呋喃无规共聚醚、2,4－甲苯二异氰酸酯以及1,4－丁二醇为原料的热塑性聚醚聚氨酯弹性体的氢键体系进行了定量化研究。结果表明,大约有30％的硬段混溶进入炊段相对软段的醚氧产生氢键作用,主要的氢键包括硬段羰基与硬段氨基之间的氢键以及硬段烷氧与硬段氨基之间的氢键,仍发生在硬段岛区内。
